An obvious quality choice, the AISI 304 steel has
always distinguished Falmec hoods. A high quality
material, it is the only steel that is truly stainless due
to its nickel content.
Steel Fasteel
No fingerprints technology. The patented imprintproof Fasteel is steel that does not leave fingerprints
or streaks. The result is a material that is very easy
to clean.
“Brillant” Steel
A special process is used to obtain a brilliant finish
from the AISI 304. This finishing touch allows the
steel to become mirror-like, emphasizing product
appearance and shape.
Halogen “Easy Open”
The halogen lighting distinguishes itself with its
square shape that combines well with modern
hoods. The front opening makes it simple to replace
the internal light bulb.
Lighting LED
The new LED lights bring together suitable lighting,
low energy consumption levels, and longevity.
Filters TOP
Stainless steel filters with five aluminium layers for a
higher level of efficiency over time. It is safe to wash
them in the dishwasher.

Perimeter suction
Using a special perimeter aspiration system, motor
capacity is concentrated within a limited space; this
increases air pressure and provides a much better
distribution of aspiration. All hoods with perimeter
aspiration are equipped with sound-absorbing
panels.
E-MOTION
E-motion conceals a sophisticated automation
that makes the appliance easier to use and grants
the maximum efficiency and the best performance.
24h FUNCTION
The 24h function allows you to refresh the air
inside the kitchen for better overall indoor air
quality. Once activated the hood works at a lower
speed for one hour and then it stops for the
following three hours. This cycle continues until
inactivated and it is useful on the suction hood
version.

NRS® technology makes the range hood
absolutely silent, ensuring optimal comfort in the
kitchen. This enhancement does not affect motor

Falmec hoods are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy. With 130 employees, all
processing phases take place at the modern Vittorio Veneto (Treviso) company. The plants
are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment utilizing numerous robotic production lines to
ensure the highest quality standard.
From laser cutting, automated bending, welding and painting to the nal assembly of
motors and electronics, each production phase is carefully carried out. As a result of this
commitment and passion, outstanding products are created, satisfying the needs of even the

STEEL
When manufacturing a premium line of hoods, the choice of materials obviously plays a
fundamental role. For all Design hoods, Falmec uses AISI 304 stainless steel, made of an 18%
chrome and 8% nickel alloy. Hygienic, easy to clean, and extremely resistant to corrosion,
AISI 304 is without a doubt the best material to be used in a kitchen environment. Falmec also
utilizes exclusive Fasteel imprint-proof stainless steel which is a contributing factor in making
Falmec hoods unique. Thanks to this innovative ”no ngerprint technology,” the surface
always retains its beautiful luster and will remain free of blemishes.
In an effort to provide quality design and value to our customers Falmec also utilizes AISI
403 in the production of the Potenza and Insert product lines. This stainless steel is most
commonly used in the luxury appliance industry and provides a beautiful nish for a lifetime
of enjoyment at a great value.

JUST SILENCE...
NOISE REDUCTION SYSTEM
Since its establishment, Falmec has been sensitive to the enviroment. We looked for a
responsible and respectful way to reconcile production with attention to resources, market
and desirability.
®
Falmec collaborated with specialized laboratories to develop the new NRS
System) project. Through studies of uid dynamics and the application of damping material
we have achieved unimaginable results.
In particular, the study of uid dynamics, performed with a highly innovative software program,
was applied to the hood and its exhaust system. It has enabled us to achieve an optimization
of reduced air ow turbulence, thereby eliminating any type of resistance, the main cause of
operational noise.
A range hood is 86% quieter with the new Falmec system: only 42 decibels at 315 CFM.
Also, the use of new materials that have been designed to contain the natural noise produced
by the mere movement of air, have allowed us to achieve further noise reductions for a quieter
kitchen.
