General Description
The NC7WB66 is an ultr a high-speed (UHS) dual singlepole/single-throw ( SPST) bus switch. The devic e is fabricated with advanced sub-micron CMOS technology to

The device is organized as a dual switch with inde pende nt
CMOS compatible switch enable (OE) controls. When OE
is HIGH, the switch is ON and P ort A is connected to Port
B. When OE is LOW, the switch is OPEN and a highimpedance state exist s betw een the two por ts. The e nable
inputs tolerate voltage s up to 5.5 V inde pende nt of the V
