Step Rail Installation

INSTALLATION for Trifecta and Solid Fold Tonnos

INSTALL Step Rail on each RamBox side channel

STEP 1 Remove end plugs from the

slot in each side channel.

SUPPLEMENT to INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Factory

Rail Plug

NOTE:Seal will allow

RamBox door to

open freely.

STEP 2 Insert the RamBox
step rail into the upper
slot of the factory side
rail. Apply soapy
water to seal to
slide on

STEP 3 Attach drain
hose and route it
through hole in bed.

INSTALL Clamp Plates to RamBox side channels

STEP 1 Remove ONE (1) Cargo

Tie-down Cleat, insert ONE (1)

Double Slide-nut, then reinsert the

Cargo Tie-down Cleat into the

large slot into the RamBox side

channel.

Then insert the second (1) Double

Slide-nut.

STEP 3 Attach the Tonno Side
Clamps to the double slide
nuts and adjust position so
that they will engage the
Tonno Side Clamps.
Secure all.

STEP 2 Position the double slide nuts to

line up with the Tonno Slide Clamps.

NOTE: Reposition the Cargo Tie-down Cleats as

needed to accommodate your load.

STEP 4 Reinstall end plugs from the

slot in each factory side channel.

Do Not

Overtighten

NOTE: Factory end plug

will help to hold the

RamBox rail in place.

ATTACH Tonno to the the clamp assembly.

Hook clamp

directly into the

factory rail

Tailgate Clamp

Hook clamp

directly into the

factory rail

Solid Fold

Adjust tension by

moving Tension

Nut into Handle

1/2" – 5/8"
