PHILOSOPHY
Qstyle are noise isolating in-ear headphones, designed with maximum
emphasis on optimum sound experience, oering premium sound
quality over a broad frequency range without the need to turn up the
volume, preventing possible damage to your hearing.
Stylish design combined with comfort, make the headphones a pleasure
to wear for longer periods of time. Another great feature is overall
compatibility, the Qstyle headphones can be used with most mp3
players, cell phones and personal computers.

CAUTION
Warning
ExSilent Qstyle headphones will signicantly reduce external and
ambient noise. As a result you may not be aware of potential dangers in
a number of dierent activities. These include outdoor activities such as
running and cycling, in addition to operating vehicles and machinery.
Your hearing can be damaged and hearing loss induced by extended
exposure to high sound levels. Therefore it is strongly advised that the
ExSilent Qstyle headphones are not used at excessive volumes. As the
headphones and soft tips have been designed to form a seal in the ear
canal (signicantly reducing ambient noise), lower listening levels will
satisfy the needs of the user and allow safe listening for longer periods
of time.
If you experience any problems with your ears or hearing please consult
a doctor or audiologist.

Cerumen Screen
The cerumen screen needs to be changed to maintain protection against
moisture and cerumen build up, as well as to ensure optimum sound
quality. In case you observe that the screens have been clogged or
appear to come loose too often, you may replace them.
To change the screen:
1. Place a new screen on your ngertip with the adhesive side facing up.
2. Position the screen in the recess at the front of the tube and press
gently to ensure a secure t.

HOW TO USE
Choice of Soft Tip
Medium sized soft tips have been attached to the earphones in the box.
However, you will also nd small and large soft tips included with your
ExSilent Qstyle headphones, providing dierent tting options according
to personal tting requirements. This will enable the best seal in the
ear canal, enabling optimum sound quality and a full range of audio
frequencies.
Soft Tip Insertion Check
1. To t the soft tip, securely
push the tube of the headphone
into the inner ring of the soft tip
ensuring a tight t.
2. To create a seal in the ear
canal, place the headphone in
the ear and gently push into a
comfortable position.
By now a proper seal should have been created. However, it’s advisable
to use the following test as a check :
Without playing any music or other audio, listen carefully to determine
whether your voice is louder and ambient noise is noticeably deterred.
If this is the case then you have created a tight seal. If not, please try
adjusting the headphone position in the ear, or use a dierent size soft
tip.

It is very important that your hearing doesn’t get damaged by
exposure to high sound levels for extended periods of time. The Qstyle
headphones will reduce this possibility by reducing ambient noise when
in use, as a result of the seal they create in the ear canal. This allows
music to be played at lower volumes for longer periods of time. However,
it is important that the point of hearing damage is emphasized. The
following table shows maximum exposure times to certain sound levels
during a 24 hour period. (these gures should not be exceeded)

3. Clean or replace soft tips prior to use by others
Warranty Information
ExSilent warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for a
period of 2 years from the date of original purchase from an authorized ExSilent
distributor or reseller.
ExSilent will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion if returned within
the warranty period. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or
implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or
tness for a particular purpose.

FILOSOFÍA
Los dispositivos de Qstyle son auriculares con aislamiento de sonido
en los oídos, diseñados con el esfuerzo máximo para producir una
experiencia auditiva óptima, ofreciendo una calidad de sonido de
primera clase a través de un amplio rango de frecuencias sin necesidad
de subir el volumen, lo que evita el posible deterioro de su audición.
Su elegante diseño no reduce la comodidad de estos modelos, de modo
que resulta un placer el utilizar los auriculares por periodos más largos de
tiempo. También hemos hecho hincapié en su compatibilidad, de modo
que los auriculares de Qstyle son compatibles con la mayoría de los
reproductores de mp3, teléfonos móviles y ordenadores personales.

Los auriculares de ExSilent Qstyle reducirán signicativamente el sonido
externo y ambiental. Como resultado, usted podría no estar al tanto de

las necesidades auditivas del usuario pueden satisfacerse con menores
niveles de sonido, lo que le permitirá escuchar sus auriculares de manera

Selección de punta blanda
Las puntas blandas de tamaño mediano han sido conectadas a los
audífonos por el fabricante, pero también se incluyen puntas blandas
pequeñas y grandes con sus auriculares ExSilent Qstyle, lo que le
brinda distintas opciones para acomodar los auriculares conforme a sus
necesidades personales. Esto permite sellar más ecazmente el canal
auditivo, lo que le brinda un sonido óptimo y un rango completo de
frecuencias de audio a disfrutar.
Comprobación de inserción de punta blanda
1. Para insertar la punta blanda,
empuje rmemente el tubo
del auricular hacia adentro del
anillo interno de la punta blanda,
asegurando que ésta quede
jada seguramente.
2. Para crear un sello en el canal
auditivo, coloque el auricular en
el oído y empuje suavemente
hasta que se encuentre en una
posición cómoda.
Esto asegurará que se forme un buen sello. Sin embargo, puede
comprobarlo de la siguiente manera: sin reproducir cualquier música u
otras formas de audio, escuche para determinar si su voz es más fuerte y
el ruido ambiental signicativamente más débil que lo normal. Si éste es
el caso, existe un buen sello. De no ser así, ajuste la posición del auricular
en el oído o utilice una punta blanda de tamaño distinto.

Protector de cerumen
Será preciso cambiar los protectores de cerumen para mantener la
protección contra la humedad y contra el cerumen acumulado, y
también para asegurar la calidad óptima del sonido. Los protectores
deben ser cambiados cuando note que están sucios o están sueltos, por
lo cual le recomendamos que los compruebe con frecuencia.
Para cambiar el protector:
1. Coloque un nuevo protector en su dedo con el lado adhesivo hacia
arriba.
2. Coloque el protector en la cavidad al frente del tubo y presione
suavemente para asegurar se acomode seguramente.

Cuidado apropiado
1. No exponga los auriculares a temperaturas demasiado altas o bajas
2. Al remover los auriculares de sus oídos, no tire de los cables
3. Limpie o reemplace las puntas blandas antes de que otros utilicen los
auriculares

ExSilent garantiza este producto contra defectos en materiales o mano de obra
por un periodo de dos(2) años desde la fecha de la compra original de parte de un

ExSilent reparará o reemplazará el producto defectuoso, a su exclusiva discreción,

Es importante que su audición no resulte afectada por la exposición
a altos niveles de sonido por períodos prolongados de tiempo. Los
auriculares Qstyle, con sus puntas blandas, reducen esta posibilidad,
ya que el ruido ambiental es reducido a causa del sello que se forma
sobre el canal auditivo al utilizarlos, lo que le permite escuchar música
a menor volumen por un período más largo del tiempo. Sin embargo,
es importante hacer hincapié en el posible daño al punto auditivo, y la
siguiente tabla muestra los tiempos de exposición maximos a ciertos
niveles de sonido durante un periodo de 24horas. (Por su bienestar, no
debe exceder estas guras.)
