bitte lesen Sie folgende Hinweise vor
Inbetriebnahme aufmerksam durch. Sie geben
wichtige Informationen für Ihre Sicherheit und den
Gebrauch des Gerätes.
Achtung! Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für den
normalen Hausgebrauch und nicht für den
gewerblichen Einsatz vorgesehen.
Sicherheitsvorschriften
• Das Gerät darf nur, wie in der Bedienun gsanleitung
beschrieben, verwendet werden! Jeder andere
Gebrauch ist unzulässig! Bei Schäden dur ch falsche
Bedienung, falschen Gebrauch und Nicht beac hten
der Sicherheitsvorschriften erlischt jegliche Haftung
und Garantie!
• Für Frostschäden, die durch eine für die
Raumgröße zu geringe Heizleistung, schlechte
Wärmeisolierung des Raumes, falsche Bedienung
oder höhere Gewalt (z.B. Stromausfall) verursacht
werden, kann keine Haftung übernommen werden.
• Ger ät nur an Wechselstrom – Spannung gemäß
Typenschild – anschließen!
• Niem als unter Spannung stehende Teile berühren!

• Gerät niemals mit nassen Händen bedienen!

aufbewahrt werden!
• Gerät niemals in Betrieb nehmen, wenn Gerät oder
Kabel beschädigt sind. Verletzungsgefahr!
• Überprüfen Sie das Netzkabel regelmäßig auf
Schadstellen!
• Weist das Netzkabel Schadstellen auf oder wird das
Gerät so stark beschädigt, daß elektrische Teile
freiliegen, sofort vom Netz trennen und an Ihr
Fachgeschäft oder den Kundendienst wenden.
• Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können
erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen!
• Reparaturen und Eingriffe in das Gerät sind
ausschließlich durch autorisiertes Fach personal
zulässig!
• Keine leicht entflamm baren Stoffe oder Sprays in
der Nähe des in Betrieb befindlichen Gerätes
aufbewahren oder benutzen. Brandgefahr!
• Gerät nicht in leicht entzündbarer Atm osphäre (z.B.
in der Nähe brennbarer Gase oder Spraydosen)
benutzen! Explosions- und Brandgefahr!
• Gerät nicht in Garagen oder feuergefährdeten
Räumen wie Stallungen, Holzschuppen usw. in
Betrieb nehmen.
• Achtung! Keine Fremdobjekte in die

• Das Gerät m uß stets frei ansaugen und ausblasen
können!
• Platzieren Sie das Gerät so, daß ein zufälliges

Am Heizgerät ist das Symbol

das signalisiert, dass das Heizgerät

• Das Gerät ist nicht geeignet zum Anschluß an
festverlegte Leitungen!
• Kindern und Personen unter Med ikamenten- oder
Alkoholeinfluß ist die Benutzung nur unt er Auf sicht zu
gestatten!
• Achten Sie darauf, daß Kinder keine Ge legenheit
haben, mit elektrischen Geräten zu spielen!
• Die Steckdose m uß jederzeit zugänglich sein um
ein schnelles Entfernen des Netzsteckers zu
ermöglichen.
• Achtung! Um eine Gefährdung durch ein
unbeabsichtigtes Rücksetzen des
Schutztemperaturbegrenzers zu verm eiden, darf das
Gerät nicht über eine Zeitschaltuhr versorgt werden.

der Tieraufzucht bzw. -haltung!
• Die Gebrauchsanweisun g gehört zum Gerät und is t
sorgfältig aufzubewahren! Bei Besi tzerwechsel muß
die Anleitung mit ausgehändigt werden!
Verpackung
• Nach dem Auspacken das Gerät auf
Transportschäden und den Lieferumfang auf
Vollständigkeit prüfen! Bei Schäden oder
unvollständiger Lieferung bitte an Ihr Fachgeschäft
oder den Kundendienst wenden!
• Originalkarton nicht wegwerfen! Wird zum
Aufbewahren und beim Versenden, um
Transportschäden zu vermeiden, benötigt!
• Verpackungsmaterial ordnungsgemäß entsorgen!
Plastikbeutel können zu einem lebensgefährlichen
Spielzeug für Kinder werden!
Standort
• Der Abstand zwischen Gerät und brennbaren
Gegenständen (z.B. Vorhängen), Wänden oder
anderen Baulichkeiten muß min. 50 cm betr ag en.
• Gerät nicht auf instabile Flächen (z.B. einem Bett)
stellen, da hier ein Umkippen möglich ist!
• Gerät niemals unmittelbar unter einer
Wandsteckdose plazieren.
• Das Heizgerät darf nicht direkt auf langflorigen
Teppichen betrieben werden!
Netzkabel
• Verwenden Sie nur, der Leistungsaufnahme
entsprechende, geprüfte Verlängerungskabel!
• Stellen Sie sicher, daß niemand über das Netzk abe l
stolpern und so das Gerät umwerfen kann.
• Netzkabel darf nicht mit heißen Geräteteilen in
Berührung kommen!
• Stecker niemals am Kabel aus der Steckdose
ziehen!
• Gerät niemals durch Ziehen am Kabel bewegen
oder Kabel zum Tragen des Gerätes benutzen!
• Kabel nicht um das Gerät wickeln! Gerät nicht mit
aufgewickeltem Kabel betreiben!
Dies gilt besonders bei Verwendung einer
Kabeltrommel.
• Kabel nicht einklemmen oder über scharf e Kanten
ziehen. Kabel nicht über heiße Herdplatten oder
offene Flammen legen!
Inbetriebnahme
• Nach dem Einschalten des Heizgerätes bei der
ersten Inbetriebnahme, sowie nach längerer
Betriebspause ist eine kurzzeitige Geruchsbildung
möglich.
• Zur Inbetriebnahme den Steck er in die Steckdose
stecken.
Schalter (S) (siehe Bild 2)
Mit dem Regler stellen Sie den Ventilatorbetrieb oder
die Heizleistung ein.
Thermostat (T) (siehe Bild 2)
Um eine bestimmte Raumtemperatur zu erhalten,
den Regler auf „max“ stellen. Das Gerät bei voller
Leistung betreiben bis die gewünschte
Raumtemperatur erreicht ist. Den Thermostatregler
zurückstellen bis das Gerät mit einem „Klick“
ausschaltet.
Durch automatisches Ein- und Ausschalten des
Gerätes wird die so eingestellte Temperatur nahezu
aufrecht erhalten.
Bitte beachten Sie, daß sich das Gerät nur
einschalten läßt, wenn die Thermostateinstellung
höher ist als die Raumtemperatur.
Achtung! Auch auf der niedrigsten Stufe º ist das
Gerät immer betriebsbereit. Um das Gerät außer
Betrieb zu nehmen, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
Betrieb - siehe Abb. 3
Die Wärmeabgabe wird entsprechend der
Raumtemperatur automatisch gesteuert.
Die Einheit wird durch Drücken der Standb y-T aste
ein-/ausgeschaltet – siehe „1“ in Abb. 3.
Taste „2“ drücken, um Nur Lüfter/Niedrige
Heizstufe/Hohe Heizstufe auszuwählen. Durch
einmaliges Drücken dieser Taste wird Nur Lüfter
ausgewählt, zweimaliges Drücken aktiviert die
niedrige Heizstufe und dreimaliges Drück en aktiviert
die hohe Heizstufe.
Im oberen Teil der Anzeige (siehe Abb. 3) werden
zwei Temperaturangaben angezeigt. Rechts wird die
Raumtemperatur angezeigt, links die gewünschte
Temperatur.
Über die Tasten „3“ und „4“ die gewünschte
Raumtemperatur auswählen, wenn die niedrige oder
die hohe Heizstufe ausgewählt wurde.
Die Temperatur kann von 5°C bis 35°C eingestellt
werden. Dies wird auf der Anzeige dar gestellt. Wenn
die Temperatur erreicht wurde, schaltet sich das
Heizgerät automatisch ab. Wenn die
Umgebungstemperatur sinkt, schaltet sich das
Heizgerät automatisch wieder ein. Hinweis: Das
elektronische Klimasteuerungsgerät spart Energie
und hilft bei der Temperaturregelu ng, z. B. wenn das
Heizgerät in der HOHEN Wärmeeinstellung auf 28 °C
eingestellt ist, schaltet das Heizgerät bei 27 ° C in die
NIEDRIGE Wärmeeinstellung. Bei 28° C schaltet sich
das Heizgerät AUS.
Beim Drücken von Tasten ertönt ein akustisches
Signal.
Wenn 5 °C und 35 °C, die unteren und oberen
Grenzwerte, ausgewählt werden, ertönen zwei
Tonsignale.
Der Benutzer kann die gewünschte Temperatur
schneller einstellen, indem er die T asten „3“ und „4“
gedrückt hält.
Hinweis: Das Heizgerät behält die letzte Einstellung
bei, auch wenn die Einheit ausgeschaltet wird oder
vom Stromnetz getrennt wird.
Transport (siehe Bild 4)
Zum Transport ist das Gerät mit einer Griffmulde
ausgestattet.
Frostschutz (siehe Bild 2)
• Stellen Sie den Thermostatregler (T ) auf À und den
Regler (S) auf die gewünschte Heizleistung.
• Wenn die Temperatur unter ca. +5...+8 °C a bfällt,
schaltet das Gerät automatisch ein.
Überhitzungsschutz
Der eingebaute Überhitzungsschutz schaltet das
Gerät bei einer Störung automatisch ab! Gerät
ausschalten (Schalter auf „0“, Thermostat auf À)
oder vom Netz trennen. Nach einer kurzen
Abkühlphase ist das Gerät wieder betriebsbereit!
Sollte es zu einer Wiederholung k ommen, set zen Sie
sich bitte mit Ihrem Fachgeschäft oder dem
Kundendienst in Verbindung!
Reinigung
• Zuers t Gerät ausschalten und Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose ziehen!
• G ehäuse mit einem feuchten Tuch, Staubsauger
oder Staubpinsel reinigen.
• Keine scheuern den und ätzenden Reinigungs mittel
verwenden!
• Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen des Geräts niemals
leicht entflammbare Reinigungsmittel wie z.B. Benzin
oder Spiritus.
• Das Gerät niemals ins Wasser tauchen!
Lebensgefahr!
• Ansaug- und Ausblasber eich so llten re gelm äßig m it
einem Staubsauger gereinigt werden.
• Wenn Sie das Gerät län gere Zeit nicht benutzen,
sollten Sie es vor übermäßigem Staub und Schmutz
schützen.
Recycling
Recycling in Ihrem Land erhalten Sie von den
örtlichen Behörden oder von Ihrem Händler.
Kundendienst
Reparaturen und Eingriffe in das Gerät sind nur
durch autorisiertes Fachpersonal zulässig!
Wenden Sie sich deshalb an ein Fachgeschäft oder
den Kundendienst.
Unfachmännische Eingriffe führen zum Verlus t des
Garantieanpruchs.
Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können
erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen!
Im Interesse der technischen Weiterentwicklung
sind Konstruktions- oder
Ausführungsänderungen am Gerät vorbehalten.

Packaging

Location
• The appliance should be place d with a m inim um

other structures! The appliance openings must not
be obstructed in any way!
• Do not place the appliance on instable surf aces
(e.g. a bed), where it can tip over!
• The appliance must not be located below a
socket outlet!
• The appliance must not be operated directly on

Power cord
• Only use an approved extension cord that is
suitable for the appliance rating!
• Position the power cord so that it does not pose
a tripping hazard and possibly cause the
appliance to be knocked over.
• The power cord must not come into contac t with
hot appliance parts!
• Never pull the plug out of the socket at the cord!
• Never move the appliance by pull ing at the c ord
or use the cord for carrying purposes!
• Do not coil the cord around the appliance! Do
not use the appliance with the cord coiled!
This applies particularly if a cable drum is used.
• Do not crush the cord or drag it over sharp
edges. Do not place it over heated hotplates or
naked flames!
Start up
• After switching on the appliance for the first tim e
and after an extended period of non-us e, a smell
may be noticed for a short time.
• To use, insert the plug in the socket.

Switch
With the selector, the fan can be switched on or
the power setting selected.
(T) (see fig. 2)
Thermostat
In order to maintain a certain room temper ature,
set the controller to “max.”. Operate the appliance
at full power until the required room temperatur e
is reached. Set back the thermos tatic controller
until the appliance switches of f with an audible
“click”. This temperature will be kept almost
constant by the thermostatic contro l switching on
and off automatically.
Please note that the appliance can only be
switched on when the thermostat setting is higher
then the room temperature.
Attention! The un it is rea dy for us e even when at
the lowest settingº.
In order to switch off the appliance, pull o ut the
power supply plug.

Operation
The heat output is electronically controlled,
according to the room temperature.
To activate the appliance press the standby
button - see ‘1’ in Fig. 3. Press button ‘2’ to select
Fan only/Low heat/High heat. By pressing this
button once Fan only is selected, pressing t wice
provides Low heat and by pressing thr ee times
High heat is selected.
On the display screen (see Fig. 3) two
temperature readings appear at the top of the
screen. The room ambient temperature appear s
on the right and the desired temperature appears
on the left hand side.
Use buttons ‘3’ and ‘4’ to set the desir ed room
temperature when Low or High heat is selected.
The temperature can be set from 5°C and 35°C
and this will be shown on the display. W hen the
temperature is reached the heater will
automatically switch off. If the ambient
temperature drops the heater will com e on again
automatically. Note the electronic clim ate control
device conserves energy and assists with
temperature regulation e.g. if the heater is set to
HIGH heat and the temperature is set to 28°C, at
27°C the heater will switch to LOW heat. Then at
28°C the heater will switch OFF completely.
An audible beep can be heard when any butto n is
pressed.
A double beep can be heard when 5°C an d 35°C
is selected; the upper and lower limits.
By keeping buttons ‘3’ and ‘4’ pressed down the
user can scroll quickly to the desired temperature.
Note: The heater retains it’s last setting once t he
appliance has been switched off or disconnected
from the power supply.

The appliance is provided with a handle for easy
carrying
Frost protection
• Set the controller (T) to À and the controller (S)
to the required the heating output.
• When the temperature falls below +5 °C…+8 °C,
the appliance switches on automatically.
Overheat cut-out
The built-in overheat cut-out switches off the
appliance automatically in the event of a fault!
Switch off the appliance (set switch to “0” and
thermostat toÀ) or disconnect the mains plug
from the socket. After a short cooling down phase,
the appliance is ready for use again! If the fault
should occur again, see your local dealer!
Cleaning
• Switch off the appliance first and disconnect the
plug from the socket!
• Clean the housing with a moist cloth, vacuum
cleaner or brush.
• Do not use any abrasive or caustic cleaning
agents!
• Do not use any flammable cleaning agents e.g.
petrol or spirit for cleaning the appliance.
• Never immerse the appliance in water! Danger
to life!
• Air inlet- and outlet area should be cleaned with
a vacuum cleaner regularly
• If the appliance is not used for extended
periods, it must be protected against ex cessive
dust and dirt.
Recycling
Check with your Local Authority or retailer for
recycling advice in your country.
After sales service
All repairs must be referred to authorised
personnel!
See your local dealer.
Any tampering with the appliance will inva lidate
the warranty.
Repairs carried out improperly and by unqualified
persons may have serious consequences f or the
user!
In the interests of further development, the
appliance may be subject to constructional or
design changes without prior notice.

• Dbajte na to, aby deti nemali príležitosť hrať sa
s elektrickými prístrojmi!

Balenie
• Po vybalení skontrolujte prístroj na poš kodenia
v priebehu prepravy a rozsah dodávk y na úplnosť!
Pri poškodení alebo neúplnej dodávke sa obráťte
na svojho predajcu!
• Originálny kartón neodhadzujte! Tento je potrebný
na uschovanie prístroja a pri jeho posielaní, aby sa
predišlo škodám v priebehu prepravy!
• Obalový materiál likvidujte podľa predpisov!
Plastikové vrecká sa môžu stať životunebezpečnými
hračkami pre deti!
Stanovište
• Vzdialenosť medzi prístrojom a horľavými
predmetmi (napr. závesmi a záclonami), stenami
alebo inými stavebnými prvkam i musí byť min. 50
cm.
• Prístroj nestavajte na nestabilné plochy (napr. na
posteľ), pretože tu by sa mohol prevrhnúť!
• Prístroj nikdy neumiestňujte do tesne blízkosti
stenovej zásuvky.
• Vykurovací prístroj nesmie byť v prevádzke priamo
na pokrovcoch s dlhým vlasom!
Sieťový kábel
• Používajte iba príkonu prístroja zodpovedajúce,
odskúšané predlžovanie káble!
• Zabezpečte, aby nikto nemohol o kábel zakopnúť
a tak prevrhnúť prístroj.
• Sieťový kábel sa nesmie dostať do styku
s horúcimi časťami prístroja!
• Zástrčku nikdy zo zásuvky nevyťahujte za kábe l!
• Prístroj nikdy nepresúvajte ťahaním za kábel alebo
nepoužívajte kábel na nosenie prístroja!
• Kábel nikdy neobtáčajte okolo prístr oja! Prístroj
nezapínajte, ak je kábel navinutý!
Toto platí osobitne v prípade používania káblov
navinutých na bubnoch.
• Kábel nikdy neupínajte do svoriek alebo ho
neťahajte cez ostré hrany, horúce platne sporáka
alebo nad otvoreným plameňom!
Uvedenie do prevádzky
• Po zapnutí vykurovacieho prístroja pri prvom
uvedení do prevádzky ako aj po dlhšej prestávke
v prevádzk e je možné, že na krátku dôjde k tvorbe
zápachu.
• Pre uvedenie do prevádzky zastrčte zástrčk u do
zásuvky.
Spínače (S) (pozri obr. 2)
Prevádzku ventilátora alebo vykurovací v ýkon
môžete nastavovať regulátorom.
Termostat (T) (pozri obr. 2)
Aby ste dosiahli určitú teplotu, nastavte regulátor na
„max“. Prístroj nechajte bežať na plný výkon až do
dosiahnutia požadovanej teplot y. Regulátor
termostatu stiahnite tak, aby prístroj so šťuknutím
vypol. Táto teplota sa bude udržiavať takm er
konštantná prostredníctvom automatick ého
zapínania a vypínania prístroja.
Nezabúdajte, že prístroj je možné zapnúť iba vted y,
ak je výkon termostatu nastavený vyššie ak o je
teplota v priestore.
Pozor! Aj na najnižšom stupni je prístroj stále
pripravený na prevádzku. Keď chcete prístroj
odstaviť, vytiahnite sieťovú zástrčku.
Používanie - pozri obr. 3
Tepelný výstup sa elektronick y reguluje podľa
izbovej teploty.
Ak chcete zariadenie zapnúť alebo vypnúť, stlačte
tlačidlo pohotovostného režimu – po zri „1“ na obr. 3.
Stlačením tlačidla „2“ vyberiete režim Fan only/Low
heat/High heat (Len ventilátor/slabé
vykurovanie/silné vykurovanie). Jed ným stlačením
tohto tlačidla zvolíte režim Fan onl y (Len ventilátor),
dvojnásobným stlačením tohto tlačidla vyberiete
režim Low heat (Slabé vykurovanie) a trojnásobným
stlačením tohto tlačidla vyberiete režim High he at
(Silné vykurovanie).
Na obrazovke displeja (pozri obr. 3) sa v hornej
časti obrazovky zobrazujú dve tepelné hodnot y.
Izbová teplota okolia sa zobrazuje vpravo a
požadovaná teplota sa zobrazuje vľavo.
Ak je zvolený režim Low heat (Slabé vykurovanie)
alebo High heat (Silné vykurovanie), pom ocou
tlačidiel „3“ a „4“ nastavte požadovanú izbovú
teplotu.
Teplotu možno nastaviť v rozsahu od 5 °C do 35 °C
a bude s a zobr azovať na displeji. Po dosiahnutí
požadovanej teploty sa ohrievač autom aticky vypne.
Ak okolitá teplota klesne, ohrievač sa znova
automaticky zapne. Pamätajte, že elektronická
regulácia ovzdušia šetrí energiu a slúži ako
pomocník pri regulácii teploty, t. j. ak je ohrievač
nastavený na režim vykurovania HIGH
a teplota je nastavená na 28 °C, pri teplote 27 °C sa
ohrievač prepne do režimu vykuro vania LOW
(SLABÉ). Pri teplote 28 °C sa ohrievač VYPNE.
Po stlačení ktoréhokoľvek tlačidla zaznie pípnutie.
Po zvolení teploty 5 °C a 35 °C (horný a dolný
teplotný limit) zaznie dvojité pípnutie.
Po stlačení a podržaní tlačidiel „3“ a „4“ sa
používateľ môže rýchlo pres unúť na požadovanú
teplotu.
Poznámka: ohrievač si po vypnutí zariadenia alebo
odpojenia od napájania zachová svoje posl edné
nastavenie.
Prenášanie (pozri obr. 4)
Pre prenášanie je prístroj vybaven ý uchycovacou
priehlbinou.
Protimrazová ochrana (pozri obr. 2)
• Nastavte regulátor termostatu (T) na À a regulátor
(S) na požadovaný vykurovací výkon.
• Keď teplota klesne pod asi +5...+8 °C, prístroj sa
automaticky zapne.
Ochrana pred prehriatím
Zabudovaná ochrana pred prehriatím automaticky
prístroj v prípade poruchy vypne! Prístroj vypnite
(spínač na „0“, termostat na À) alebo odpojte od
siete. Po krátkom ochladení bude prístroj znovu
pripravený na prevádzku! Ak by sa situácia
opakovala, obráťte sa na Vášho predajcu!
Čistenie
• Prístroj najprv vypnite a vytiahnite zo sieťovej
zásuvky.
• Plášť prístroja čistite vlhkou handrou, vysávačom
alebo štetcom na prach.
• Nepoužívajte nijaké čistiace prostriedky s drhnúcim
alebo leptacím účinkom!
• Na čistenie prístroja nepoužívajte nikdy ľahko
vznietivé čistiace prostri edky ako napr. benzín alebo
lieh.
• Prístroj nikdy neponárajte do vody! Životu
nebezpečné!
• Nasávaciu a vyfukovaciu zónu je potrebné
pravidelne čistiť vysávačom.
• Pokiaľ sa prístroj po dlhšiu dobu nepoužíva, mal by
sa ochrániť pred prachom a nečistotam i.
Recyklácia
zabezpečte ich recykláciu v príslušnom zariadení. O
informácie o reyklácii platné vo vašej krajine
požiadajte miestny úrad alebo predajcu.
Servis
Opravy a zásahy do prístroja smie vykonávať iba
autorizovaný odborný personál!
Preto sa obracajte na Vášho odborného pr edajcu.
Neodborné zásahy majú za následok stratu záruky.
V dôsledku ne odborných opráv môžu pre užívateľa
vzniknúť značné riziká!
V záujme ďalšieho tec hnického rozvoja sú
