CHARgINg THE BATTERY PACK
Solar Charging
1. Put the radio in strong sunlight, the solar panel will store the solar energy into the rechargeable battery pack automatically.

play depending on volume levels.
Turbine Charging
1. Pull out the hand turbine at the back of the unit, then turn. The built-in dynamo will generate electricit y and the unit will store t he electr ic energy in to the batte ry pack au tomatical ly.

USB/Adaptor Charging
1. O pen the rub ber cover on t he side of the u nit. Plug o ne
end of the matching adaptor cable (included) into the AC elec tronic soc ket, plug th e other end of t he adaptor c able into the < mini USB jack >, the electric energy will store into the bat tery pac k automati cally.

Because cell phone batteries vary in their current ratings, we cann ot guarante e chargin g capabili ties or usa ge time.
1. Set POWER /VOLUM E control to OF F position .
2. Plug on e port of the U SB into your cel l phone and t he other p ort into < USB C ell Phone C harger > of th e unit.
3. Set < FM /FM/W B Select K nob > to CELL po sition.
NOTE: F or crank-to -cell phon e usage est imates, 10 to 15
minutes of cranking may result in 1 or more minutes of talk time. It is important to turn the crank at least 2 revolu tions per s econd, or u ntil you see t he green L ED above the c rank hand le turn on . This is an indication that the phone is receiving enough power f rom the radi o. Continu e to crank at th is rate
until yo u are satis ed that an ap propriat e level of
charge has been received by your cell phone. If you decide to stop cranking for whatever reason, please wait at le ast 5 secon ds before beg inning to cr ank again . Not followi ng these in struct ions may cau se damage to your cell phone for which Etón disclaims any liability and will not be held liable for any actual or cons equentia l damages re lated to this m atter.
USINg THE LIgHT
Press the <Light> button and the light will be on. Press t he button a gain to tur n off the ligh t.
TURNINg THE RADIO ON AND OFF
Turn it on wit h the VOLUME co ntrol. To turn it of f, set the VOLUME co ntrol.
ADJUSTINg THE VOLUME
Set VOLUM E control to th e desired le vel.
TUNINg IN STATIONS
1. Select your desired band, and then rotate the < Frequ ency Kno b >. The tuning i ndicator wi ll be on when th e antenna rec eives a stro ng signal.

WARRANTY
If your product is still in warranty and the Etón service repres entative d etermines t hat warra nty servi ce is needed , a retur n authori zation will b e issued an d instru ctions for shipment to an authorized warranty repair facility. Do not ship your radio back without obtaining the return authorization number.
NON-WARRANTY
If your product is no longer under warranty and requires service our tec hnical sta ff will refer y ou to the neare st repair fa cility that wi ll be able to be st handle t he repair.
