nVent ERIFLEX Power Blocks are the main DIN mounted output/input devices for connection between primary and secondary
switchboard, or main input/output connection for machine or industrial equipment (such as inverter, air conditioning machines, etc.).
The high short circuit rated large cross-section blocks offer time savings and reliability in every panel configuration. The complete
Power Blocks range offers multiple connection possibilities with one cable up to four cables, or nVent ERIFLEX Flexibar Advanced or
IBS/IBSB Advanced power braids.

The new range extension is for panel board, energy, machinery, industry building, and transportation markets.

FEATURES

The full range includes now 28 Splice Blocks, some presenting very unique features.

• 8 new power blocks that cover the ampacity range from 110 A to 1940 A as per IEC ratings and from 85 A to 1680 A as per UL.

• Multiple connection possibilities including:

‐ Cable to Cable

‐ Cable to up to 4 cable

‐ Flat Conductors Flexibar or IBS/IBSB Advanced power braid to cable up to 4 cables

• Compact power block with high short circuit current rating

• Tinned copper or tinned aluminum block for use with copper or aluminium cables

• Screw retaining cover is hinged and removable

• Design allows for visual inspection of conductor and confirmation of connection

• Stackable for building multi-pole power blocks

• Easily clips onto DIN rail or mounts to panel with screws

• Voltage detection and measurement connection

• 95% fill ratio

• IP 20 Slider* : to ensure positioning IP20 finger safe feature with all conductors

• Halogen-free

• RoHS compliant

New SBF250 blocks are List per UL1953, when used with SB250SPCR Spacers.

CERTIFICATIONS

nVent ERIFLEX Power Blocks are tested and certified according to:

• IEC 60947-7-1 Ui = 1000 V AC/1500 V DC

• UL 1059 Vin = 1250V AC/DC (SB125, SB250, SB400, SB630) Vin = 1000V AC/DC (all other models)

• UL 1953 Vin = 1250V AC/DC (New SB’s, SBF250 together with spacers) Vin = 1000V AC/DC (SBF250 without spacers)
