Prior to making a connection, read and follow the full instruction sheets IPP, IPX,
IPRLBR and special instructions below.

Insert stud into mold (As shown in Figure 1). Gap will be set when stud is fully

inserted in mold (Correct gap also indicated on mold tag).

Hand tighten thumb screw on mold to secure stud in position.

Place mold against web of rail with center of mold at the neutral axis ± .13"

[3.2 mm]. Use "height adjusting screw" to raise or lower. Mold should float
slightly in assembly.

Holding the mold handle, use the "quick release" to move clamp into position.

Use the locking grip clamp to secure the clamp and mold to rail. Adjust and
tighten the wing nut to lock width adjusting screw.

Follow standard rail welding procedures on IPRLBR.
