•You must ensure that your battery is fully charged before using.
With this battery, you can extend the battery run time on your portable DVD player by using the newest DVD charging technology available. Not only will your new Energizer® Universal* Portable DVD Battery extend the run time on your DVD player, it allows you to run different DVD models with the same battery.
Familiarize yourself with your new battery and accessories. Notice that there are five different tips included with your battery. These allow you to use this battery with various models by simply choosing the correct tip. Please see cross-reference for a complete list of the models that this battery operates.

This package contains a Nickel-Metal Hydride battery that is 7.2 volts and 4500 mAh. Also included are an AC adapter (for recharging) and five tips for universal use. This product has been designed to operate many portable DVD players, by selecting the correct tip you need for your model (see five included tips).
Instructions
1.Select the correct tip for your device (see cross-reference table on reverse).
2.Attach the appropriate tip to the connector (ensuring that the tip fits securely).
3.Insert the tip into your DVD player and begin viewing.

This battery is designed to extend the run-time of your portable DVD player. By plugging in the Energizer® Universal* Portable DVD Battery to your portable DVD player, you will give your player added power (this does not replace the battery in your model, but attaches to add extra viewing time).
Your battery will come to you partially charged. In order for your battery to function correctly, YOU MUST CHARGE YOUR PORTABLE BATTERY FOR 16 HOURS BEFORE ITS INITIAL USE WITH THE AC ADAPTOR THAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE.
The Energizer® Universal* Portable DVD Battery is designed to extend the use of your portable DVD player. Once your battery has fully charged (16 hours on the initial use and 8 to 10 hours on recharge), you are ready to use it. When you notice the original battery (that came with your unit) is running low, simply plug the Energizer® Universal* Portable DVD Battery into the AC adaptor port on your DVD machine and extend your viewing time up to 240 minutes (depending on usage and device). It may take a few charge/discharge cycles before your ER-DVD battery is running at its full capacity.
Warning: Use of this product by the operator of an automobile may result in distraction or inattention that could cause accidents/or serious injury and may be in violation of certain state laws (which vary from state to state). Also, the use of any A/V equipment in the front seat of an automobile is illegal in several states.
Limited Warranty: This Energizer Brand Rechargeable Battery is warranted only to the original United States purchaser upon presentation of proof of original purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of original purchase and this product is manufactured by or for Technuity, Inc. and is not transferable to any subsequent end-user.
