Protect Your Furniture
This mo del is equipped with non-skid rubber ‘fe et’ to pr event the product from moving when you operate the controls. These ‘feet’ are ma de from non-migra ting rubber mater ial specially formulated to avoid leav ing any marks or stai ns on your furniture. However certain types of oil based furniture po lishes, wood pres ervatives, or cleaning spray s may cause the rubber 'feet’ to soften, and leave ma rks or a rubber resid ue on the fur niture. To prevent any damage to your furniture we strong ly recommend that you purch ase small self-adhesive felt pads, ava ilable at hardware stores and home improvement centers everywhere, and apply these pads to the bott om of the rubber ‘feet ’ before you place the product on fine wooden furni ture.
Power Sources
This sy stem is designed to operate on 120V AC 60Hz hou se current only. Connecting this sy stem to any other power source may cause damage to the system and s uch damage is not covered by your warranty.
NOTE: T his system has polarized AC plug with one wide blad e and one narrow blade. This pl ug will only fit into a matching polarized AC outle t.
This is a s afety feature to reduce the possibility of electric shock . If this plug will not fit in your AC outlet, you probably have an outdated non -polarized outlet. You should have yo ur outdated outlet changed by a qualifie d, licensed electrician.
Do not fi le the wide blade on the plug, or use an adapter t o make the plug fit int o your outle t. This defeats the safety feature and could expose you t o electric shock.
