Liebe Kundin, lieber Kunde,
bitte lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch, bevor Sie Ihr Gerät ans Netz anschließen, um
Schäden durch nicht sachgemäßen Gebrauch zu vermeiden. Beachten Sie besonders die
Sicherheitshinweise. Sollten Sie dieses Gerät an Dritte weitergeben, muss diese Bedienungsanleitung mit
ausgehändigt werden.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
• Falsche Bedienung und unsachgemäße Behandlung können zu Störungen am Gerät und zu Verletzungen
des Benutzers führen.
• Das Gerät darf nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck benutzt werden. Bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßem
Gebrauch oder falscher Handhabung kann keine Haftung für evtl. auftretende Schäden übernommen
werden.
• Vor Anschluss ans Netz prüfen, ob Stromart und Netzspannung mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild am
Gerät übereinstimmen.
• Gerät und Netzstecker nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen. Sollte das Gerät dennoch
einmal ins Wasser gefallen sein, sofort den Netzstecker ziehen und das Gerät vor erneutem Gebrauch von
einem Fachmann überprüfen lassen. Es besteht Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag!
• Niemals selbst versuchen, das Gehäuse zu öffnen! Keinerlei Gegenstände in das Innere des Gehäuses
führen.
• Das Gerät nicht mit nassen Händen, auf feuchtem Boden oder wenn es nass ist benutzen.
• Den Netzstecker nie mit nassen oder feuchten Händen anfassen.
• Netzkabel und Netzstecker regelmäßig auf evtl. Beschädigungen überprüfen. Im Falle von
Beschädigungen müssen Netzkabel und Netzstecker vom Hersteller bzw. einem qualifizierten Fachmann

ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
• Das Gerät nicht in Betrieb nehmen, wenn Netzkabel oder Netzstecker Schäden aufweisen oder falls das
Gerät auf den Boden gefallen sein sollte oder anderweitig beschädigt wurde. In solchen Fällen das Gerät
zur Überprüfung und evtl. Reparatur in die Fachwerkstatt bringen.
• Nie versuchen, das Gerät selbst zu reparieren. Es besteht Gefahr durch Stromschlag!
• Das Netzkabel nicht über scharfe Kanten hängen lassen und von heißen Gegenständen und offenen
Flammen fernhalten. Nur am Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
• Einen zusätzlichen Schutz bietet der Einbau einer Fehlerstrom-Schutzeinrichtung mit einem
Nennauslösestrom von nicht mehr als 30 mA in der Hausinstallation. Lassen Sie sich von Ihrem
Elektroinstallateur beraten.
• Das Kabel sowie ein evtl. benötigtes Verlängerungskabel so verlegen, dass ein unbeabsichtigtes Ziehen
daran bzw. ein Darüberstolpern nicht möglich ist.
• Wird ein Verlängerungskabel benutzt, muss dieses für die entsprechende Leistung geeignet sein.
Ansonsten kann es zu Überhitzung von Kabel und/oder Stecker kommen.
• Das Gerät auf eine stabile, ebene und wärmebeständige Fläche stellen und nicht in der Nähe von offenen
Flammen (z.B. Gasöfen), sowie außer Reichweite von Kindern betreiben.
• Dieses Gerät ist weder für den gewerblichen Gebrauch noch für den Gebrauch im Freien geeignet.
• Kinder können die Gefahren, die im unsachgemäßen Umgang mit Elektrogeräten liegen, nicht erkennen.
Deshalb elektrische Haushaltsgeräte nie von Kindern ohne Aufsicht benutzen lassen.
• Den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen, wenn das Gerät nicht in Gebrauch ist und vor jeder Reinigung.
• Vorsicht! Das Gerät steht unter Strom solange es ans Stromnetz angeschlossen ist.
• Vor Ziehen des Netzsteckers das Gerät ausschalten.
• Das Gerät nie an dessen Netzkabel tragen.
BESONDERE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
• Verbrennungsgefahr! Teile des Gerätes werden bei Betrieb heiß, daher das Gerät während des
Betriebes nicht bewegen.
• Das Gerät nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen, wenn es eingeschaltet ist.
• Das Gerät darf ausschließlich mit Schokolade verwendet werden.
• Während des Betriebes darf das Netzkabel nicht mit den heißen Teilen des Gerätes in Berührung
kommen.
VOR ERSTER INBETRIEBNAHME
•Alle Verpackungsmaterialien entfernen.
• Das Gerät, wie unter
Reinigung und Pflege
beschrieben, reinigen und nachtrocknen.
BEDIENUNG
Vorbereitung
•Das Gerät auf eine ebene Fläche stellen.
•Um einen guten Fluss der Schokolade sicherzustellen, muss der Schokoladenbrunnen waagerecht
stehen. Zum Ausgleich evtl. Unebenheiten, können die Standfüße (9) herausgedreht werden.
•Den Brunnenaufsatz (1) so auf die Schale stellen, dass die drei Zapfen (4) in den entsprechenden
Bohrungen (2) stecken.
•Die Transportspindel (3) von oben durch die Öffnung des Brunnenaufsatz (1) stecken, so dass die
Motorwelle (5) in die Transportspindel greift.
•Den Netzstecker (6) mit einer Steckdose verbinden. Um das Gerät vorzuwärmen (ca. 3-5 Minuten), den
Drehschalter 0/I/II (7) auf Position I drehen. Die Kontrollleuchte (8) leuchtet auf.

HINWEISE ZUM UMWELTSCHUTZ
Dieses Produkt darf am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht über den normalen Haushaltsabfall
entsorgt werden, sondern muss an einem Sammelpunkt für das Recycling von elektrischen und
elektronischen Geräten abgegeben werden. Das Symbol auf dem Produkt, der
Gebrauchsanleitung oder der Verpackung weist darauf hin.
Die Werkstoffe sind gemäß ihrer Kennzeichnung wiederverwertbar. Mit der Wiederverwendung, der

GARANTIE UND KUNDENDIENST
Vor Auslieferung werden unsere Geräte einer strengen Qualitätskontrolle unterworfen. Sollte trotz aller
Sorgfalt bei der Produktion oder beim Transport ein Schaden entstanden sein, bitten wir Sie, das Gerät zu
Ihrem Händler zurückzubringen. Neben den gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsansprüchen hat der Käufer nach
seiner Wahl folgenden Garantieanspruch:
Für das gekaufte Gerät leisten wir 2 Jahre Garantie, beginnend mit dem Verkaufstag. In diesem Zeitraum
beseitigen wir kostenlos alle Mängel, die nachweislich auf Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler zurückzuführen
sind, durch Instandsetzung oder Umtausch.
Mängel, die infolge unsachgemäßer Behandlung des Gerätes und Fehler, die durch Eingriffe und
Reparaturen Dritter oder den Einbau fremder Teile entstehen, fallen nicht unter diese Garantie.

Schokolade vorbereiten
• Es kann beliebige Schokolade verwendet werden, allerdings ist es am einfachsten Backschokolade oder
Schmelzschokolade zu verwenden. Falls normale Tafelschokolade verwendet wird, muss Öl (z. B.
Sonnenblumenöl) hinzugegeben werde, um die richtige Viskosität der Schokolade zu erhalten.
•Ca. 500 g der Schokolade, die verwendet werden soll, in kleine Stücke brechen und in einem geeignetem
Behälter in der Mikrowelle oder in einem Wasserbad schmelzen. Anschließend Öl hinzufügen, so dass die
richtige Viskosität erreicht wird. Die Schokolade sollte leicht von einem Esslöffel laufen. Als Richtwert gilt,
dass man für 3 Tassen Schokolade ca. eine 3/4 Tasse Öl benötigt.
•Bei der Zubereitung die Schokolade alle 30 Sekunden umrühren, bis Sie vollständig flüssig ist,
gegebenenfalls etwas mehr Öl hinzufügen.
Bedienung
•Sobald der Schokoladenbrunnen vorgeheizt ist und die Schokoladenmischung fertig ist, schalten Sie den
Drehschalter 0/I/II (7) in die Stellung II. Der Motor ist jetzt eingeschaltet und die Transportspindel dreht
sich. Der Schokoladenbrunnen hält die Schokolade weiterhin warm und flüssig.
•Langsam die vorbereitete Schokolade in die Schale (10) gießen. Sobald genug Schokolade in der Schale
ist, wird sie mit der Transportspindel (3) nach oben transportiert und sie läuft langsam an dem
Brunnenaufsatz (1) herunter.
•Wenn die Schokolade nur einseitig herunterläuft, steht der Schokoladenbrunnen nicht eben. An den
Standfüßen (9) drehen, um die Unebenheit auszugleichen.
•Jetzt können Früchte etc. auf einen Spieß gesteckt werden (oder auch mit der Hand gehalten werden) und
in die heruterlaufende Schokolade gehalten werden.
•Es dürfen keine kühlen oder kalten Flüssigkeiten zugegeben werden, da dadurch der Schokoladenfluss
behindert wird.
•Nach der Verwendung den Drehschalter 0/I/II (7) in die Stellung 0 drehen und den Netzstecker (6)
ziehen.
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
• Dazu auch unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise beachten.
• Vor der Reinigung das Gerät ausschalten, den Netzstecker (6) ziehen und das Gerät abkühlen lassen.
• Die Motorbasis niemals in Flüssigkeit tauchen.
• Die Transportspindel (3) und den Brunnenaufsatz (1) abnehmen.
• Die Motorbasis mit einem angefeuchteten Tuch oder Schwamm und etwas Spülmittel reinigen.
• Den Brunnenaufsatz und die Transportspindel mit heißem Wasser und Spülmittel reinigen und ausspülen.
• Motorbasis, Brunnenaufsatz und Transportspindel sind nicht Spülmaschinen geeignet!
• Verwenden Sie keine scharfen Gegenstände, um das Gerät zu reinigen!
• Das Gerät und alle Zubehörteile trocknen, bevor das Gerät wieder ans Netz angeschlossen wird.

Dear Customer,
Please read these Operating Instructions through carefully before connecting your device to the mains, in
order to avoid damage due to incorrect use. Please pay particular attention to the safety information. If you
pass the device on to a third party, these Operating Instructions must also be handed over.

SAFETY INFORMATION
• Wrong operation and improper handling can cause problems with the appliance and injury to the user.
• The unit may be used only for the intended purposes. No liability is accepted for damages arising from
improper use or faulty handling.
• Before connecting to the mains, please check whether the type of supply and the mains voltage match
with the details given on the nameplate on the appliance.
• Do not immerse the appliance and mains plug in water or other fluids. Should the appliance still fall in
water some time, pull out the power plug immediately and have the appliance checked by an expert before
using it again. There is danger to life from electrical shock!
• Do not try to open the housing yourself! Do not introduce any kind of objects into the housing.
• Do not use the appliance with wet hands, on moist floor or when the ambience is humid.
• Do not hold the mains plug with wet or moist hands.
• Check the mains plug and mains adapter regularly for damages. In case of damages, have the power cord
and mains plug changed by the manufacturer, or a qualified expert, in order to avoid danger.
• Do not operate the appliance, if power cable or the mains plug shows damage or the unit falls to the floor
or has been damaged otherwise. In such cases, bring the unit to the workshop for checking and repairs, if
necessary.
• Do not ever try to repair the unit yourselves. There is danger from electrical shock!
• Do not let the power cord hang over sharp edges and keep it away from hot objects and open flames. Pull
the plug itself to remove it from the plug socket.
• Installation of a spike protector will offer additional protection with a nominal trigger current of not more
than 30 mA in the house installation. Please consult your installing electrician
• The cable as well any extension cable required should be laid such that there will not be any risk of anyone
pulling it inadvertently or tripping over it.
• If a long extension cable is used, it must be suitable for the power supply in question. Otherwise it causes
overheating of the cable and/ or plug.
• Set the unit on a rigid, flat and heat-proof surface, not near open flames (such as gas oven) and operate it
out of reach of children.
• This appliance is suitable neither for commercial use nor for use outdoors.
• Children cannot sense the dangers caused by improper handling of electrical devices.
• Do not, therefore, let children use household devices, except under supervision.
• Pull out the plug out of the socket, when the appliance is not in use and also before cleaning.
• Caution! The appliance is on power so long as it is connected to the power circuit.
• Switch off the unit before pulling out the mains plug.
• Use only spare parts from the manufacturer or his local dealer.
• Never carry the unit by its power cord.
• Do not remove individual housing components.
SPECIAL SAFETY ADVICE
• Danger of fire!
Parts of the appliance will become hot during operation; therefore do not move the appliance while
operating.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is turned on.
• The appliance may only be used for chocolate.
• During operation, the power cable may not come in contact with hot parts of the appliance.
BEFORE INITIAL USAGE
• Remove all packaging material.
• Clean and dry the appliance as described under
Cleaning and Care
.
USAGE
Preparation
• Place the appliance on an even surface.
• The chocolate fountain must remain horizontal, to ensure a nice flow of chocolate.
To balance the eventual unevenness, the stand (9) can be unscrewed.
• Place the fountain cap (1) on the bowl in such a way that the three pivots (4) fit into the corresponding
holes (2).
• Place the transport spindle from above through the opening of the fountain cap (1), so that the motor wave
(5) reaches the transport spindle.
• Connect the power plug to an outlet.
To warm up the appliance (about 3-5 minutes), turn the turn switch 0/I/II (7) to position I.
The control light (8) will light up.
Preparation of chocolate
• Any kind of chocolate can be used.
However, it is easiest to use baking chocolate or melting chocolate.
In the case that normal bar-chocolate is used, oil (e.g. sunflower oil) must be added to achieve the
appropriate viscosity of the chocolate.
• Break the chocolate which will be used, about 500 g, into small pieces, and melt it in a designated
container in the microwave or on stovetop.
Next, add oil so that the appropriate viscosity is reached.
The chocolate should flow easily from a spoon.
As a point of reference, about ? cup of oil is needed for 3 cups of chocolate.
• During preparation, stir the chocolate for 30 seconds, until it is completely liquidities.

Add more oil accordingly.
Usage
• As soon as the chocolate fountain is warmed up and the chocolate mixture is ready, turn the switch 0/I/II
(7) to position II.
The motor is now turned on and the transport spindle will begin to spin.
The chocolate fountain will keep the chocolate warm and flowing.
• Slowly pour the prepared chocolate into the bowl (10).
As soon as there is enough chocolate in the bowl, it will be transported above by the transport spindle (3)
and it will flow slowly under the fountain cap (1).
• If the chocolate only flows on one side, the chocolate fountain will stand unevenly.
Turn the stand (9) to balance the unevenness.
• Now fruit, etc. can be place on a stick (or can also be held with the hand) and can be dipped in the
flowing chocolate.
• No cool or cold fluids may be added, through which the chocolate flow will be impeded.
• After usage, turn the switch 0/I/II (7) to position 0 and pull out the power plug (6).
CLEANING AND CARE
• In addition, also pay attention to the
Safety Advice.
• Before cleaning, turn the appliance off, pull out the power plug (6), and allow the appliance to cool down.
• Never submerse the motor base in fluid.
• Detach the transport spindle (3) and the fountain cap (1).
• Clean the motor base with a moist cloth or sponge and some detergent.
• Clean and wash out the fountain cap and the transport spindle with hot water and detergent.
• The motor base, fountain cap, and transport spindle are not designated for the dishwasher!
• Do not use any sharp objects to clean the appliance!
• Dry the appliance and all its parts before it will be connected to power once again.

re-utilization of old appliances, you are making an important contribution to protect our environment.

Before delivery our devices are subjected to rigorous quality control. If, despite all care, damage has
occurred during production or transportation, please return the device to your dealer. In addition to statutory
legal rights, the purchaser has an option to claim under the terms of the following guarantee:
For the purchased device we provide 2 years guarantee, commencing from the day of sale. During this
period we will remedy all defects free of charge, which can be demonstrably attributed to material or
manufacturing defects, by repair or exchange.
Defects which arise due to improper handling of the device and malfunctions due to interventions and
repairs by third parties or the fitting of non-original parts, are not covered by this guarantee.

Avant de brancher votre appareil, il est indispensable, pour la sécurité d’emploi du matériel, de lire
attentivement le présent manuel d’utilisation et de respecter, en particulier, les consignes de sécurité. Si cet
appareil est cédé à des tiers, ne pas oublier de joindre le présent mode d’emploi.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
• Toute manipulation incorrecte ou utilisation impropre de l’appareil peut provoquer des dommages matériels
et des blessures corporelles.
• L’appareil a été conçu pour une destination bien précise. Tout usage non conforme à cette destination et
toute manipulation incorrecte de l’appareil peuvent provoquer des dommages pour lesquels notre
responsabilité ne saurait être engagée.
• Avant de raccorder l’appareil au réseau électrique, assurez-vous que la tension et le type d’alimentation
sont conformes aux prescriptions indiquées sur la plaque signalétique de l’appareil.
• Ne plongez jamais l’appareil ou la fiche d’alimentation dans l’eau ou dans tout autre liquide. Si l’appareil
devait tomber dans l’eau par inadvertance, débranchez immédiatement la fiche d’alimentation et faites
contrôler l’appareil par un professionnel avant toute nouvelle utilisation. Un choc électrique pourrait être
mortel !
• N’essayez jamais d’ouvrir vous-même le boîtier de l’appareil ! Et n’introduisez aucun objet ni outil à
l’intérieur du boîtier.
• N’utilisez jamais l’appareil si vous avez les mains mouillées, si le sol est humide ou si l’appareil est mouillé.
• Ne saisissez jamais la fiche d’alimentation avec les mains humides ou mouillées.
• Contrôlez régulièrement le cordon d’alimentation ainsi que sa fiche, afin de détecter tout dommage
éventuel. En cas de détérioration, et afin d’éviter tout danger, faites remplacer le cordon et la fiche par le
fabricant ou par un professionnel qualifié.
• Ne mettez jamais l’appareil en service si le cordon ou la fiche est défectueux, si l’appareil est tombé par
terre ou s’il est endommagé d’une quelconque façon. Dans un tel cas, faites contrôler et réparer l’appareil
dans un atelier qualifié.
• N’essayez jamais de réparer l’appareil vous-même. Il existe un réel danger de décharge électrique !
• Assurez-vous que le cordon électrique ne repose pas sur une arête tranchante et tenez-le éloigné des
objets chauds et des flammes vives. Pour le retirer de la prise électrique, tirez uniquement sur la fiche et
non sur le cordon lui-même.
• Vous obtiendrez une protection supplémentaire en installant chez vous un dispositif de sécurité contre les
courants différentiels résiduels (DDR 30 mA). Demandez conseil à votre électricien.
• Placez le cordon et son éventuelle rallonge de telle sorte qu’il soit impossible de tirer dessus par
inadvertance ou de les arracher avec les pieds.
• Si vous utilisez une rallonge, assurez-vous qu’elle est adaptée à la puissance électrique requise. Si tel
n’est pas le cas, la rallonge peut provoquer une surchauffe du cordon et/ou de la fiche.
• Posez l’appareil sur une surface stable, plane et résistante à la chaleur. Ne placez jamais l’appareil à
proximité d’une flamme (plaque de cuisson au gaz, par exemple) et tenez-le hors de portée des enfants.
• Cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour un usage professionnel ni pour une utilisation en plein air.
• Les enfants ne sont pas conscients du danger inhérent à l’usage non conforme des appareils
électroménagers. C’est pourquoi il ne faut jamais laisser un enfant utiliser un appareil électroménager sans
la surveillance d’un adulte.
• Débranchez la fiche lorsque l’appareil n’est pas utilisé et avant chaque nettoyage.
• Attention ! L’appareil reste sous tension aussi longtemps qu’il est raccordé au réseau électrique.
• Avant de retirer la fiche de la prise électrique, éteignez l’appareil (interrupteur de marche-arrêt).
• Utilisez uniquement les pièces détachées du fabricant ou de son représentant local.
• Ne suspendez pas l’appareil au bout de son cordon électrique.
• Ne retirez aucune pièce du boîtier.

Certains éléments de l’appareil deviendront chaud pendant l’utilisation ; en conséquence ne déplacez ce
dernier pendant son utilisation.
• Ne pas laisser l’appareil seul lorsque ce dernier est allumé.
• L’appareil ne doit être utilisé que pour le chocolat.
• Pendant l’utilisation, le fil d’alimentation ne doit pas être en contacte avec les éléments chauds de
l’appareil.
AVANT LA PREMIERE UTILISATION
• Déballez complètement l’appareil.
• Nettoyez et séchez l’appareil comme l’indique la section
Nettoyage et Entretien.
MODE D’EMPLOI
Préparation
• Placez l’appareil sur une surface plane.
• La fontaine à chocolat doit rester horizontale, pour assurer que le chocolat puisse couler correctement.
Pour équilibrer le support (9) vous pouvez le dévisser.
• Placez le bec de la fontaine (1) sur le bol de façon à ce que les trois pivots (4) s’enclenche dans les trous
correspondants (2).
• Placez le fuseau de mélange en l’introduisant dans le trou du bec de la fontaine (1), pour que le moteur ??
(5) atteigne le fuseau de mélange.
• Branchez la prise sur le secteur.
Pour faire préchauffer l’appareil (3 à 5 minutes), réglez le bouton 0/I/II (7) sur I.
L’indicateur lumineux (8) s’allumera.

Préparation du chocolat
• N’importe qu’elle sorte de chocolat peut être utilisé.
Néanmoins, il est plus facile de se servir de chocolat de cuisine ou du chocolat fait pour être fondu.
Si vous utilisez une barre de chocolat normal, un peu d’huile (ex : de l’huile de tournesol) doit être ajouté
pour que le chocolat atteigne la consistance adéquate.
• Cassez le chocolat que vous allez utiliser en morceau, à peu près 500 g, et faites-le fondre dans un
récipient convenable dans le micro-onde ou sur la cuisinière.
Puis, ajoutez un peu d’huile pour atteindre la consistance adéquate.
Le chocolat doit être liquide et doit couler facilement de la cuillère.
La référence est : à peu près
3/4 d’huile sont nécessaires pour 3 tasses de chocolat.
• Pendant la préparation, mélangez le chocolat pendant 30 secondes jusqu’à atteindre un consistance
liquide et onctueuse.
Rajoutez de l’huile lorsque cela est nécessaire.
Utilisation
• Dès que la fontaine de chocolat est réchauffée et le chocolat est près, réglez le bouton 0/I/II (7) sur II.
Le moteur est maintenant allumé et le fuseau de mélange commencera à tourner.
La fontaine de chocolat maintiendra le chocolat chaud.
• Versez doucement le chocolat dans le bol (10).
Dès qu’il y en a suffisamment dans le bol, celui-ci sera transporté vers le haut par le fuseau de mélange (3)
et coulera doucement à travers le bec de la fontaine (1).
• Si le chocolat coule seulement d’un côté, la fontaine de chocolat ne sera pas équilibrée.
Tournez le support (9) pour équilibrer la fontaine.
• Maintenant les fruits peuvent être placé sur des bâtons (ou peuvent être tenus à la main) puis vous pouvez
les tremper dans le chocolat.
• Ne pas ajouter de liquides frais ou froids car le chocolat se figera.
• Après l’utilisation, réglez le bouton 0/I/II (7) sur 0 et débranchez la prise de l’appareil.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
• Veuillez aussi, suivre les
Consignes de Sécurité.
• Avant nettoyage, veuillez éteindre l’appareil, débranchez-le (6) et laissez-le refroidir.
• Ne jamais immerger la base du moteur dans un liquide.
• Détachez le fuseau de mélange (3) et le bec de la fontaine (1).
• Nettoyez la base du moteur avec un chiffon ou une éponge humide et un peu de savon.
• Nettoyez et rincez le bec de la fontaine ainsi que le fuseau de mélange avec de l’eau chaude et du savon.
• La base du moteur, le bec de la fontaine et le fuseau de mélange ne sont pas faits pour être mis dans la
machine à laver !
• Ne pas utiliser d’objets pointus pour nettoyer l’appareil !
• Séchez l’appareil et tous ses éléments avant de le brancher de nouveau sur le secteur.
