The CXUF is a pair of high quality, low-loss coax cables intended to relocate a wireless receiver’s antenna input jacks to the front panel of a 19” rack. The threaded flange mount connectors fit securely into the openings of either the RMK1 or RMK2 rack mounting kits for front-mounting the stock ½ wave antennas or extension coax cables. The male BNC twist-on connectors on the other ends securely connect to the receiver’s antenna A and antenna B RF input jacks.

Installation/configuration notes

To install the antenna cables, do the following:

Ensure the receiver is securely mounted with RMK1

1. or RMK2 rack kit.

2. Remove the locking nut, lock washer, and rubber insulator from the CXUF threaded flange-mount connector.

3. While aligning the flat (A) portion of the threaded connector barrel with the flat portion of the rack ear front flange opening, slide the threaded barrel through the opening until it is fully extended through the rack ear flange. (RMK2 rack ear used for illustration.)

4. Slide the rubber insulator ring onto the threaded connector barrel. Slide the lock washer onto the threaded connector

6. Thread and tighten the nut onto the threaded connector barrel.

Ensure the nut is tightened securely to the connector barrel.

Repeat steps 4-7 for the other cable and rack ear.

8. Connect the other ends of the antenna cables into antenna A and antenna B inputs of the receiver, or an antenna distribution device such as the RE3-ACCAASP active antenna splitter or RE3-ACC-PASP passive antenna splitter.
