Electric Chill Therm
Chilltherm is the new Electrolux thermaline boiling pan, with an integral cooling system that allows to carry on the whole Cook&Chill process using only one product rather than the traditional appliances. This product offer the possibility to boil, chill, store and reheat food without frequent filling and emptying operations, thanks to the capacity to chill big quantities of food. Chilltherm boiling pans allow the customer to cut investment and operating costs and to save working time. This new kind of machine integrates the Electrolux thermaline offer of boiling pans thus covering the customer need of high productivity appliances for medium to higher size installations. Electrolux Chilltherm boiling pans range consists of either stationary or tilting boiling pans, electric or steam heated. The models detailed on this sheet are electric heated with different capacities of 100, 150,200,300 litres.
EASY TO USE
AISI 304 stainless steel construction
with the deep drawn pan with rounded edges manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel.
No overshooting of cooking
temperatures, fast reaction, integral real-time clock, digital display, error-message facility.
Error display for quick trouble
shooting.
A SOFT setting for a gentle heat
input, for delicate products - avoiding undesired spillage.
A HOLD setting to maintain boiled
food at a requested temperature in order to avoid over-heating.
Level of energy: from full power in
order to speed up the cooking process or low power for gentle simmering.
Ergonomic vessel dimensions, with
a large diameter and shallow depth to facilitate stirring and gentle food handling.
The water mixing unit (optional)
integrated into one of the consoles makes light work of filling and cleaning the pan.
The electric heating elements are
submerged directly in the water of the jacket. The heat losses are very low and the efficiency of the pan accordingly high.
Safety thermostat protects against
low water level.
Safety valve avoids overpressure of
the steam in the jacket.
Insulated and counterbalanced lid
reduces energy consumption to keep food warm at about 80°C up to 90% compared to open lid.

Motorized tilting with variable speed
control on models BOT100EMZ, BOT200EMZ and BOT300EMZ.
Stirrer with left and right rotation of
20 rpms is available as optional accessory.
Well insulated double skin lid with
heat insulation.
Three different chilling operation are
available :
- 1 step program : chill.
- 2 step program : cook&chill.
- 2 step program : chill&cook.

Cooling performance :
- Tomato sauce: 60 - 85 minutes, from 100° to 8° C.
- Zucchini risotto: 45 - 60 minutes, from 90° to 10° C.
Chilltherm is a standard pan with
integral stirrer and cooling jacket. In addition to the pan a cooling system is needed. the cooling system is third party product and not included in the delivery of therma. Electrolux will suggest you suitable suppliers.  EASY TO MAINTAIN
Electronic "Process-Comfort"
Food is uniformly heated via the
base and the side walls of the pan by an indirect heating system using integrally generated saturated steam at a temperature of 126º C in a jacket with an automatic deareation system.
Tilting axis is located at the front of
the pan to keep the pouring lip high and allow tall vessels to be filled on models BOT100EMZ, BOT200EMZ and BOT300EMZ.
Integrated hygenic efficiency
cooling device (double jacket).
Maintenance free and closed
heating system (efficiency up to 95%).
Meets the requirements of CE for
