Some users can claim requesting more important maximum
speed for particular preparations

The maximum speed specified on the bill of requirments ( 8000
rpm ) seems to slow for particular preparations.

Modification of the above mentioned machines since week 17 op
2006 by the following procedure. Then increase of the maximum
speed to 9000 rpm when the variator new version with speed
indicator is installed.

This speed modification has not to done systematically, it should
be done only further to a customer conplaint.
To make this adjustment, please proceed as explained below:

1° Check that the machine is concerned by this information

2° open the cover (pos. 2) unscrewing the screw.

3° Cut the shunt as shown on the photo.

4° Refit the cover and tighten it.

5° Check the good working of the mixer.
