- DESCRIPTION -
Congratulations on your purchase of the MICRO METAL MUFF! Electro­Harmonix gave you an instant classic in the Metal Muff with Top Boost. The MICRO METAL MUFF offers the same heavy metal sound in a smaller, easier to use package.
- CONTROLS -
VOLUME CONTROL – sets the output level.
TONE CONTROL – provides up to 15dB of cut and boost in the middle
frequency range.
DISTORTION CONTROL – adjusts the amount of input gain.
TOP BOOST TOGGLE SWITCH – provides two settings for an extra ‘bite’ by boosting a narrow band of high frequencies. In the down position a low amount of Top Boost is engaged. In the up position a high amount of Top Boost is engaged. In the middle position no Top Boost is engaged.
FOOTSWITCH – Selects whether the MICRO METAL MUFF is engaged or in buffered bypassed. The corresponding LED will be lit when the pedal is engaged, and dark when bypassed.
INPUT Jack – This ¼” jack is the audio input to the MICRO METAL MUFF.
OUTPUT Jack – This ¼” jack is the audio output from the MICRO METAL
MUFF. When the MICRO METAL MUFF is in Bypass mode, the OUTPUT jack is connected to the INPUT jack through a buffer.
