Keine Asche von unzulässigen Brennstoffen

Den Aschefilter nicht dazu verwenden um

heiße, glühende oder brennbare Gegenstän­de (z.B. Holzkohle, Zigaretten, …) aufzusau­gen.
Gefahr! Der Aschesauger ist nicht geeignet

zum Einsaugen von Ruß oder Feinstaub.
Achtung! Das Sauggut darf eine Temperatur

•

von 40°C nicht überschreiten.
Gefahr! Übersteigt die Temperatur des Saug-

•

gutes 40°C, besteht Bandgefahr.
Hinweis! Wird die zulässige Temperatur

•

überschritten, können der Sauger, der
Aschefilter und die Schläuche beschädigt
werden.
Gefahr! Sauggut, welches von außen abge-

•

kühlt aussieht, kann innen immer noch heiß
sein. Heißes Sauggut kann sich im Luftstrom
wieder entzünden.
Bevor Sie mit dem Aufsaugen beginnen,

•

muss abgewartet werden, bis das Sauggut
ganz abgekühlt ist. Heiße Aschepartikel nicht
mit Wasser löschen, da durch die plötzlichen

Temperaturunterschiede Risse in Ihrem Ka­min entstehen können.
Warten Sie mit dem Aussaugen von Öfen und

•

Feuerstellen mindestens 24 Stunden, so dass
das Feuer sicher erloschen und abgekühlt ist.
Überprüfen Sie beim Saugen ständig die

•

Schläuche, den Aschefilter und den Sauger
auf Erwärmung.
Kalte Asche ist Asche, die ausreichend

•

lange erkaltet ist und keine Glutnester mehr
enthält. Dies kann festgestellt werden, indem
die Asche mit einem metallenen Hilfsmittel
durchkämmt wird, bevor der Aschesauger
zum Einsatz kommt. Von der kalten Asche
geht keine wahrnehmbare Wärmestrahlung
mehr aus.
Entleeren und reinigen Sie nach und vor dem

•

Saugen den Behälter, um die Ansammlung
von Materialien, die eine Brandlast darstellen
im Sauger zu vermeiden.
Der Aschesauger darf nicht zur Abscheidung

•

gesundheitsgefährlicher Stäube (Staubklasse
L, M, H) verwendet werden.

2.2 Lieferumfang

Öffnen Sie die Verpackung und nehmen Sie

Entfernen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial so-

Das Gerät ist mit einer Kette (z) am Behälterbo­den ausgestattet. Sie dient zur Verminderung sta­tischer Aufl adung während der Benutzung.

3. Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung

Der Akku-Aschesauger ist zum Saugen von
kalter, trockener Asche oder kaltem, trockenem
Sauggut aus Kaminen, Holz-Kohle Öfen, Aschen­bechern oder Grill geeignet.

Die Maschine darf nur nach ihrer Bestimmung
verwendet werden. Jede weitere darüber hinaus­gehende Verwendung ist nicht bestimmungsge­mäß. Für daraus hervorgerufene Schäden oder
Verletzungen aller Art haftet der Benutzer/Bedie­ner und nicht der Hersteller.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Geräte bestim­mungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen, hand­werklichen oder industriellen Einsatz konstruiert
wurden. Wir übernehmen keine Gewährleistung,
wenn das Gerät in Gewerbe-, Handwerks- oder
Industriebetrieben sowie bei gleichzusetzenden
Tätigkeiten eingesetzt wird.

5. Vor Inbetriebnahme

Überzeugen Sie sich vor dem Anschließen, dass
die Daten auf dem Typenschild mit den Daten des
Akkus übereinstimmen.

Warnung!
Ziehen Sie immer den Akku, bevor Sie Ein­stellungen am Gerät vornehmen.

5.1 Montage Gerät
Montage des Gerätekopfes (Abb. 3-6)

Der Gerätekopf (3) ist mit den Verschlusshaken
(6) am Behälter (7) befestigt. Zum Abnehmen
des Gerätekopfes (3) Verschlusshaken (6) öff nen
und Gerätekopf (3) abnehmen. Bei Montage des
Gerätekopfes (3) auf korrektes Einrasten der Ver­schlusshaken (6) achten.
Saugrohr (9) auf das Ende des Saugschlauches
(10) stecken.
Saugschlauch (10) in den Anschluss (8) stecken
und durch Drehen befestigen.

5.2 Montage der Filter
Hinweis!

Den Aschesauger niemals ohne Filter benutzen!
Achten Sie stets auf festen Sitz der Filter!

Demontage/ Montage des Filters (Abb. 7)

Drehen Sie die Filterkartusche für feinen Staub
(11) nach links und nehmen Sie diese vom Gerä­tekopf (3) ab. Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umge­kehrter Reihenfolge. Achten Sie stets auf festen
Sitz des Faltenfi lters!

Hinweis!

Wenn kein Filter (11) auf dem Gerätekopf (3)
montiert ist, kann der Aschesauger nicht einge­schaltet werden. Das Gerät ist mit einem Schalter
(Abb. 8/Pos. e) ausgestattet, der betätigt sein
muss, um den Betrieb zu erlauben.

5.3 Montage der Lenkrollen (Abb. 9)

Montieren Sie die Lenkrollen (4) wie in Bild 9 ge­zeigt.

5.4 Laden des Akkus (Abb. 11)

1. Akku-Pack aus dem Gerät nehmen. Dazu die

seitliche Rasttaste drücken.

2. Vergleichen, ob die auf dem Typenschild

angegebene Netzspannung mit der vorhan­denen Netzspannung übereinstimmt. Stecken
Sie den Netzstecker des Ladegeräts (d) in
die Steckdose. Die grüne LED beginnt zu
blinken.

3. Stecken Sie den Akku (14) auf das Ladegerät

(d).

4. Unter Punkt „Anzeige Ladegerät“ fi nden Sie

eine Tabelle mit den Bedeutungen der LED
Anzeige am Ladegerät.

Während des Ladens kann sich der Akku etwas
erwärmen. Dies ist jedoch normal.

Sollte das Laden des Akku-Packs nicht möglich
sein, überprüfen Sie bitte,

ob an der Steckdose die Netzspannung vor-

•

handen ist
ob ein einwandfreier Kontakt an den Lade-

•

kontakten vorhanden ist.

Sollte das Laden des Akku-Packs immer noch
nicht möglich sein, bitten wir Sie,

das Ladegerät

•

und den Akku-Pack

•

an unseren Kundendienst zu senden.

Für einen fachgerechten Versand kontaktie­ren Sie bitte unseren Kundendienst oder die
Verkaufsstelle, bei der das Gerät erworben
wurde.

Beachten Sie beim Versand oder Entsorgung
von Akkus bzw. Akkugerät, dass diese ein­zeln in Kunststoff beutel verpackt werden, um
Kurzschlüsse und Brand zu vermeiden!

Im Interesse einer langen Lebensdauer des Akku­Packs sollten Sie für eine rechtzeitige Wiederauf­ladung des Akku-Packs sorgen. Dies ist auf jeden
Fall notwendig, wenn Sie feststellen, dass die
Leistung des Geräts nachlässt. Entladen Sie den
Akku-Pack nie vollständig. Dies führt zu einem
Defekt des Akku-Packs!

Montage des Akkus (Abb. 10)

Den Akku (14) in die Aufnahme stecken und nach
vorne schieben bis der Akku hörbar einrastet.

Akku-Kapazitätsanzeige (Abb. 12)

Drücken Sie auf den Schalter für Akku­Kapazitätsanzeige (a). Die Akku-Kapazitätsan­zeige (b) signalisiert ihnen den Ladezustand des
Akkus anhand von 3 LED`s.

Alle 3 LEDs leuchten:

Der Akku ist voll aufgeladen.

2 oder 1 LED(‘s) leuchten

Der Akku verfügt über ausreichende Restladung.

1 LED blinkt:

Der Akku ist leer, laden Sie den Akku auf.

Alle LED’s blinken:

Die Temperatur des Akkus ist unterschritten. Ent­fernen Sie den Akku vom Gerät und lassen Sie
den Akku einen Tag bei Raumtemperatur liegen.
Tritt der Fehler wieder auf, so wurde der Akku tie­fentladen und ist defekt. Entfernen Sie den Akku
vom Gerät. Ein defekter Akku darf nicht mehr ver­wendet bzw. geladen werden.

6. Bedienung

6.1 Ein- / Ausschalter (Abb. 1/2)

Zum Ein- bzw. Ausschalten des Geräts auf den
Schalter (2) drücken.

6.2 Blasen (Abb. 1/2)

Verbinden Sie den Saugschlauch (10) mit dem
Blasanschluss (5) des Aschesaugers.

6.3 Filterreinigungssystem (Abb. 13)

Das Gerät ist mit einem Filterreinigungssystem
ausgestattet, das eine Reinigung des Faltenfi lters
bei nachlassender Saugleistung ermöglicht.

Hinweis! Das Filterreinigungssystem funktioniert
nur, wenn das Gerät in Betrieb ist.
Wenn die Saugleistung nachlässt, gehen Sie wie
folgt vor:

1. Schließen Sie das Schlauchende, so dass
keine Luft mehr angesaugt werden kann.

2. Drücken und halten Sie die Filterreinigungs­taste (12) für ca. 4 s.

3. Wiederholen Sie den 2. Schritt 4-5 Mal.

6.4 Reinigung des Gerätekopfes
(Abb. 1/Pos. 3)

Reinigen Sie das Gerät regelmäßig mit einem
feuchten Tuch und etwas Schmierseife. Verwen­den Sie keine Reinigungs- oder Lösungsmittel;
diese könnten die Kunststoff teile des Gerätes
angreifen.

6.5 Reinigung des Behälters (Abb. 1/Pos. 7)

Der Behälter kann, je nach Verschmutzung mit ei­nem feuchten Tuch und etwas Schmierseife oder
unter fl ießendem Wasser gereinigt werden.

6.6 Reinigung der Filter (Abb. 7)

Reinigen Sie die Filterkartusche (11) z.B. durch
Ausklopfen und Abkehren oder durch Ausblasen
mit Druckluft bei niedrigem Druck.

7. Reinigung, Wartung und

Ersatzteilbestellung

Gefahr!

Ziehen Sie vor allen Reinigungsarbeiten den
Akku heraus.

7.1 Reinigung

Halten Sie Schutzvorrichtungen, Luftschlitze

•

und Motorengehäuse so staub- und schmutz­frei wie möglich. Reiben Sie das Gerät mit
einem sauberen Tuch ab oder blasen Sie es
mit Druckluft bei niedrigem Druck aus.
Wir empfehlen, dass Sie das Gerät direkt

•

nach jeder Benutzung reinigen.

7.2 Wartung

Kontrollieren Sie die Filter des Aschesaugers
regelmäßig und vor jeder Anwendung auf festen
Sitz.

7.3 Ersatzteilbestellung:

8. Entsorgung und
Wiederverwertung

Das Gerät befi ndet sich in einer Verpackung um
Transportschäden zu verhindern. Diese Verpa­ckung ist Rohstoff und ist somit wieder verwend-
bar oder kann dem Rohstoff kreislauf zurückge-
führt werden. Das Gerät und dessen Zubehör
bestehen aus verschiedenen Materialien, wie
z.B. Metall und Kunststoff e. Defekte Geräte ge-
hören nicht in den Hausmüll. Zur fachgerechten
Entsorgung sollte das Gerät an einer geeigneten
Sammelstellen abgegeben werden. Wenn Ihnen
keine Sammelstelle bekannt ist, sollten Sie bei
der Gemeindeverwaltung nachfragen.

9. Lagerung

Lagern Sie das Gerät und dessen Zubehör an
einem dunklen, trockenen und frostfreiem Ort. Die
optimale Lagertemperatur liegt zwischen 5 und
30 ˚C. Bewahren Sie das Elektrowerkzeug in der
Originalverpackung auf.

10. Anzeige Ladegerät

Bedeutung und Maßnahme

Das Ladegerät ist an das Netz angeschlossen und betriebsbereit,
Akku ist nicht im Ladegerät

An Aus Laden

Das Ladegerät lädt den Akku im Schnellladebetrieb.
Die entsprechenden Ladezeiten fi nden Sie direkt am Ladegerät.
Hinweis! Je nach vorhandener Akkuladung können die tatsächlichen
Ladezeiten von den angegebenen Ladezeiten etwas abweichen.

Aus An Der Akku ist aufgeladen und einsatzbereit.

Danach wird bis zur vollständigen Ladung auf eine Schonladung um­geschaltet.
Lassen Sie hierzu den Akku etwa 15 min. länger am Ladegerät.
Maßnahme:
Entnehmen Sie den Akku aus dem Ladegerät. Trennen Sie das Lade­gerät vom Netz.

Blinkt Aus Anpassungsladung

Das Ladegerät befi ndet sich im Modus für schonende Ladung.
Hierbei wird der Akku aus Sicherheitsgründen langsamer geladen
und benötigt mehr Zeit. Dies kann folgende Ursachen haben:

- Akku wurde sehr lange Zeit nicht mehr geladen.

- Die Akkutemperatur liegt nicht im Idealbereich zwischen 10° C und
45° C.

Maßnahme:

Warten Sie bis der Ladevorgang abgeschlossen ist, der
Akku kann trotzdem weiter geladen werden.

Blinkt Blinkt Fehler

Ladevorgang ist nicht mehr möglich. Der Akku ist defekt.

Maßnahme:

Ein defekter Akku darf nicht mehr geladen werden.
Entnehmen Sie den Akku aus dem Ladegerät.

An An Temperaturstörung

Der Akku ist zu heiß (z. B. direkte Sonnenbestrahlung) oder zu kalt
(unter 0° C)
Maßnahme:
Entnehmen Sie den Akku und bewahren Sie diesen
1 Tag bei Raumtemperatur (ca. 20° C) auf.

einwandfrei funktionieren, bedauern wir dies sehr und bitten Sie, sich an unseren Servicedienst unter
der auf dieser Garantiekarte angegebenen Adresse zu wenden. Gerne stehen wir Ihnen auch telefo­nisch über die angegebene Servicerufnummer zur Verfügung. Für die Geltendmachung von Garantiean­sprüchen gilt folgendes:

1. Diese Garantiebedingungen richten sich ausschließlich an Verbraucher, d. h. natürliche Personen,
die dieses Produkt weder im Rahmen ihrer gewerblichen noch anderen selbständigen Tätigkeit
nutzen wollen. Diese Garantiebedingungen regeln zusätzliche Garantieleistungen, die der u. g.
Hersteller zusätzlich zur gesetzlichen Gewährleistung Käufern seiner Neugeräte verspricht. Ihre

unserer Wahl auf die Behebung solcher Mängel am Gerät oder den Austausch des Gerätes be­schränkt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Geräte bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen,
handwerklichen oder berufl ichen Einsatz konstruiert wurden. Ein Garantievertrag kommt daher nicht
zustande, wenn das Gerät innerhalb der Garantiezeit in Gewerbe-, Handwerks- oder Industriebe­trieben verwendet wurde oder einer gleichzusetzenden Beanspruchung ausgesetzt war.

3. Von unserer Garantie ausgenommen sind:

- Schäden am Gerät, die durch Nichtbeachtung der Montageanleitung oder aufgrund nicht fach­gerechter Installation, Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanleitung (wie durch z.B. Anschluss an eine
falsche Netzspannung oder Stromart) oder Nichtbeachtung der Wartungs- und Sicherheitsbestim­mungen oder durch Aussetzen des Geräts an anomale Umweltbedingungen oder durch mangelnde
Pfl ege und Wartung entstanden sind.

- Schäden am Gerät, die durch missbräuchliche oder unsachgemäße Anwendungen (wie z.B. Über­lastung des Gerätes oder Verwendung von nicht zugelassenen Einsatzwerkzeugen oder Zubehör),
Eindringen von Fremdkörpern in das Gerät (wie z.B. Sand, Steine oder Staub, Transportschäden),
Gewaltanwendung oder Fremdeinwirkungen (wie z. B. Schäden durch Herunterfallen) entstanden
sind.

- Schäden am Gerät oder an Teilen des Geräts, die auf einen gebrauchsgemäßen, üblichen oder
sonstigen natürlichen Verschleiß zurückzuführen sind.

4. Die Garantiezeit beträgt 24 Monate und beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum des Gerätes. Garantieansprü­che sind vor Ablauf der Garantiezeit innerhalb von zwei Wochen, nachdem Sie den Defekt erkannt
haben, geltend zu machen. Die Geltendmachung von Garantieansprüchen nach Ablauf der Ga­rantiezeit ist ausgeschlossen. Die Reparatur oder der Austausch des Gerätes führt weder zu einer
Verlängerung der Garantiezeit noch wird eine neue Garantiezeit durch diese Leistung für das Gerät
oder für etwaige eingebaute Ersatzteile in Gang gesetzt. Dies gilt auch bei Einsatz eines Vor-Ort­Services.

Explanation of the symbols used (see Fig. 14)

uming an oven or a fi replace in order to be

cigarettes ...).
Danger! The ash vacuum cleaner is not sui-

table for vacuuming soot or fine dust.
Danger! The extracted material must not ex-

ceed a temperature of 40°C.
Danger! If this temperature of the extracted

material exceeds 40°C, there is a risk of fire.
Danger! If the permissible temperature is

exceeded, the extractor, the ash filter and the
hoses could be damaged.
Danger! Extracted material which looks as

though it has cooled off on the outside may
still be hot on the inside. Hot extracted materi­al could be set alight again in the air current.
Before beginning extraction, please wait until

the material is completely cooled off. Hot
ashes should not be purged with water, as
the sudden temperature difference can cause
ruptures to the chimney.
Wait at least 24 hours before vacuuming an

•

oven or a fireplace in order to be sure that
the fire has gone out and the ash has cooled
down.
Check the hoses, the ash filter and the extrac-

•

tor regularly when extracting, to assess levels

of heating.
If the appliance heats up, switch it off, pull

•

the mains plug out and remove the filter bag
immediately. Separate the ash filter from the
extractor and remove the extracted material.
Cold ash is ash which has cooled for a suf-

•

ficiently long time and no longer contains
any glowing embers. This can be checked by
combing through the ash with a metal object
before you use the ash vacuum cleaner. Cold
ash no longer radiates any perceivable heat.
After and before vacuum cleaning, empty and

•

clean the tank in order to prevent the accumu­lation of materials which could present a fire
hazard in the vacuum cleaner.
The ash vacuum cleaner is not allowed to be

•

used for collecting harmful dusts (dust class
L, M, H).

bottom. The chain helps to prevent static charging
during use.

3. Proper use

The cordless ash vacuum cleaner is suitable for
vacuuming cold dry ash or cold dry material from
fi replaces, charcoal ovens, ash-trays or barbe­cues.

The equipment is to be used only for its prescri­bed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a
case of misuse. The user / operator and not the
manufacturer will be liable for any damage or inju­ries of any kind caused as a result of this.

Please note that our equipment has not been de­signed for use in commercial, trade or industrial
applications. Our warranty will be voided if the
machine is used in commercial, trade or industrial
businesses or for equivalent purposes.

5. Before starting the equipment

Before you connect the equipment to the battery
make sure that the data on the rating plate are
identical to those of the battery.

Warning!
Always pull out the battery before making ad­justments to the equipment.

5.1 Assembling the appliance

Fitting the appliance head (Fig. 3-6)

The appliance head (3) is fastened to the con­tainer (7) by the locking hook (6). To remove the
appliance head (3), open the locking hook (6) and
remove the appliance head (3). When fi tting the
appliance head (3), make sure that the locking
hook (6) locks into place correctly.
Plug the vacuum tube (9) onto the end of the suc­tion hose (10).
Fit the suction hose (10) onto the connection (8)
and turn until securely attached.

5.2 Fitting the fi lter

Notice!

Never use the ash vacuum cleaner without fi lters.
Always make sure that the fi lters are securely
seated.

Removing/fi tting a fi lter (Fig. 7)

Turn the fi lter cartridge for fi ne dust (11) to the
left and remove it from the equipment head (3).
Assemble in reverse order. Check that the pleated
fi lter is securely seated at all times!

Important!

If no fi lter (11) is fi tted to the equipment head (3),
it will be impossible to switch on the ash vacuum
cleaner. The equipment is fi tted with a switch
(Fig. 8/Item e) which must be activated to permit
operation.

5.3 Fitting the castors (Fig. 9)

Fit the castors (4) as shown in Fig. 9.

4. In the section entitled „Charger indicator“ you
will fi nd a table with an explanation of the LED
indicator on the charger.

The battery pack can become a little warm during
the charging. This is normal.

If the battery pack fails to charge, check:

whether there is voltage at the socket outlet

•

whether there is good contact at the charging

•

contacts

If the battery pack still fails to charge, send

the charging unit

•

and the battery pack

•

to our customer service center.

To ensure that items are properly packaged
and delivered when you send them to us,
please contact our customer service or the
point of sale at which the equipment was
purchased.

When shipping or disposing of batteries and
cordless tools, always ensure that they are
packed individually in plastic bags to prevent
short circuits and fi res.

To ensure that the battery pack provides long ser­vice, you should take care to recharge it promptly.
You must recharge the battery pack when you
notice that the performance of the device drops.
Never allow the battery pack to become fully di­scharged. This will cause it to develop a defect.

Fitting the battery (Fig. 10)

Slot the battery (14) into the mount and push it
forward until you hear the battery engage.

Battery capacity indicator (Fig. 12)

Press the button for the battery capacity indicator
(a). The battery capacity indicator (b) shows the
charge status of the battery using 3 LEDs.

5.4 Charging the battery (Fig. 11)

1. Take the battery pack out of the equipment.
Do this by pressing the side pushlock buttons.

2. Check that your mains voltage is the same as
that marked on the rating plate of the battery
charger. Insert the power plug of the charger
(d) into the socket outlet. The green LED will
then begin to fl ash.

3. Insert the battery pack (14) into the battery
charger (d).

All 3 LEDs are lit:

The battery is fully charged.

2 or 1 LED(s) are lit:

All LEDs blink:

The battery temperature is too low. Remove the
battery from the equipment, keep it at room tem­perature for one day. If the fault reoccurs, this me­ans that the rechargeable battery has undergone
exhaustive discharge and is defective. Remove
the battery from the equipment. Never use or
charge a defective battery.

6. Operation

6.1 ON/OFF switch (Fig. 1/2)

Press the ON/OFF switch (2) to switch the equip­ment ON and OFF.

6.2 Blowing (Fig. 1/2)

Connect the suction hose (10) to the blow con­nector (5) of the ash vacuum cleaner.

6.3 Filter cleaning system (Fig. 13)

The equipment has a fi lter cleaning system which
enables the pleated fi lter to be cleaned when the-
re is a drop in suction performance.

Important! The fi lter cleaning system works only
when the equipment is in operation.
When the suction performance drops, proceed
as follows:

1. Close the end of the hose so that no air can
be drawn in any longer.

2. Press and hold the fi lter cleaning button (12)
for approx. 4 s.

3. Repeat step 2 four or fi ve times.

6.4 Cleaning the appliance head
(Fig. 1/Item 3)

Clean the appliance regularly with a damp cloth
and some soft soap. Do not use cleaning agents
or solvents; these may be aggressive to the plas­tic parts in the appliance.

6.5 Cleaning the container (Fig. 1/Item 7)

The container can be cleaned with a damp cloth
and some soft soap or under running water, de­pending on the amount of dirt.

6.6 Cleaning the fi lters (Fig. 7)

Clean the fi lters (11) e.g. by tapping and brushing
or by blowing out with compressed air at low
pressure.

7. Cleaning, maintenance and
ordering of spare parts

Danger!

Always pull out the battery pack before starting
any cleaning work.

7.1 Cleaning

Keep all safety devices, air vents and the

•

motor housing free of dirt and dust as far as
possible.
We recommend that you clean the appliance

•

immediately after you use it.

7.2 Servicing

At regular intervals and before each use, check
that the fi lters in the ash vacuum are securely
fi tted.

8. Disposal and recycling

The equipment is supplied in packaging to pre­vent it from being damaged in transit. The raw
materials in this packaging can be reused or
recycled. The equipment and its accessories are
made of various types of material, such as metal
and plastic. Never place defective equipment in
your household refuse. The equipment should
be taken to a suitable collection center for proper
disposal. If you do not know the whereabouts of
such a collection point, you should ask in your
local council offi ces.

9. Storage

Store the equipment and accessories in a dark
and dry place at above freezing temperature.
The ideal storage temperature is between 5 and
30 °C. Store the electric tool in its original pa­ckaging.

Important! The actual charging times may vary slightly from the stated
charging times depending on the existing battery charge.

The unit then changes over to gentle charging mode until the battery is
fully charged.
To do this, leave the rechargeable battery on the charger for approx. 15
minutes longer.

Action:

Take the battery pack out of the charger. Disconnect the charger from the
mains supply.

The charger is in gentle charging mode.
For safety reasons the charging is performed less quickly and takes more
time. The reasons can be:

- The rechargeable battery has not been used for a very long time.

- The battery temperature is outside the ideal range.

Action:

Wait for the charging to be completed; you can still continue to charge the
battery pack.

Charging is no longer possible. The battery pack is defective.

Action:

Never charge a defective battery pack.
Take the battery pack out of the charger.

The battery pack is too hot (e.g. due to direct sunshine) or too cold
(below 0° C).

Action:

Remove the battery pack and keep it at room temperature (approx. 20° C)
for one day .

2. The warranty services cover only defects due to material or manufacturing faults on a product which

4. The guarantee is valid for a period of 24 months starting from the purchase date of the device. Gu­arantee claims should be submitted before the end of the guarantee period within two weeks of the
defect being noticed. No guarantee claims will be accepted after the end of the guarantee period.
The original guarantee period remains applicable to the device even if repairs are carried out or
parts are replaced. In such cases, the work performed or parts fi tted will not result in an extension
of the guarantee period, and no new guarantee will become active for the work performed or parts
fi tted. This also applies if an on-site service is used.

5. To make a claim under the guarantee, please register the defective device at:

Avant d’aspirer des poêles ou foyers, atten-

l’aspiration de cendres froides et sèches ou de
matériaux aspirables froids et secs dans les che­minées, les poêles à charbon et à bois, les cend­riers ou les barbecues.

La machine doit exclusivement être employée

5. Avant la mise en service

Assurez-vous, avant le branchement, que
les données se trouvant sur la plaque signa­létique correspondent bien aux données de
l’accumulateur.

Avertissement !
Retirez systématiquement l’accumulateur
avant de paramétrer l’appareil.

5.1 Montage de l’appareil
Montage de la tête de l’appareil (fi g. 3-6)

La tête de l’appareil (3) est fi xée sur le réservoir
(7) avec un crochet de fermeture (6). Pour retirer
la tête de l’appareil (3), ouvrez le crochet de
fermeture (6) et enlevez la tête de l’appareil (3).
Lors du montage de la tête d’appareil (3), veillez
à ce que le crochet de fermeture (6) s’encrante
correctement.
Enfi chez le tube d’aspiration (9) au bout du tuyau
d’aspiration (10).
Enfi cher le tuyau d’aspiration (10) dans le raccor-
dement (8) et fi xer en tournant.

5.2 Montage des fi ltres
Remarque !

N’utilisez jamais l’aspirateur à cendres sans fi ltre !
Veillez toujours à la bonne fi xation des fi ltres !

Démontage / Montage du fi ltre (fi g. 7)

Tournez la cartouche du fi ltre pour poussières
fi nes (11) vers la gauche et retirez-la de la tête de

l’appareil (3). Le montage s’eff ectue dans l’ordre
inverse des étapes. Veillez toujours à la bonne
fi xation du fi ltre à plis !

Remarque !

L’aspirateur à cendres ne peut pas être mis en
marche lorsqu’aucun fi ltre (11) n’est monté sur la
tête de l’appareil (3). L’appareil est équipé d’un
interrupteur (fi g. 8/pos. e) qui doit être actionné
pour permettre son fonctionnement.

5.3 Montage des roues de guidage (fi g. 9)

Montez les roues de guidage (4) comme indiqué
dans la fi gure 9.

5.4 Chargement de l‘accumulateur (fi gure 11)

1. Sortez le bloc accumulateur de l‘appareil.

Pour cela, appuyez sur la touche
d‘enclenchement latérale.

2. Comparez si la tension du secteur indiquée

sur la plaque signalétique correspond à la
tension réseau disponible. Branchez la fi che
de contact du chargeur (d) dans la prise de
courant. Le voyant LED vert commence à cli­gnoter.

3. Mettez l’accumulateur (14) dans le chargeur

(d).

4. Au point « Affi chage chargeur », vous trou-

verez un tableau avec les signifi cations des
affi chages LED sur le chargeur.

Pendant la charge, il est possible que
l‘accumulateur chauff e quelque peu. C‘est cepen-
dant normal.

S‘il est impossible de charger l‘accumulateur,
veuillez contrôler,

si la tension secteur est présente au niveau

de la prise de courant
si un contact correct est présent au niveau

des contacts de charge du chargeur.

Si le chargement de l‘accumulateur reste toujours

Dans l‘intérêt d‘une longue durée de fonctionne­ment du bloc accumulateur, vous devez prendre
soin de recharger le bloc accumulateur en temps
voulu. Ceci est dans tous les cas indispensable
lorsque vous constatez une diminution de la
puissance de l‘appareil. Ne déchargez jamais
complètement le bloc accumulateur. Ceci cause
l‘endommagement du bloc accumulateur !

Montage de l’accumulateur (fi g. 10)

Enfi chez l’accumulateur (14) dans le loge-
ment et poussez-le vers l’avant jusqu’à ce que
l’accumulateur s’enclenche de façon audible.

Indicateur de charge de l’accumulateur
(fi g. 12)

Appuyez sur l’interrupteur pour l’indicateur de
charge de l’accumulateur (a). L’indicateur de
charge de l’accumulateur (b) vous indique l’état
de charge de l’accumulateur à l’aide de trois vo­yants LED.

Les 3 voyants LED sont allumés :

L’accumulateur est complètement rechargé.

2 ou 1 voyant LED est (sont) allumé(s)

L‘accumulateur dispose encore d‘un résidu de
charge suffi sant.

1 voyant LED clignote :

L’accumulateur est vide, il faut le recharger.

Tous les voyants LED clignotent :

La température de l’accumulateur est trop faible.
Retirez l’accumulateur de l’appareil et laissez-le
reposer pendant un jour à température ambiante.
Si l’erreur survient à nouveau, cela signifi e que
l’accumulateur est en décharge profonde et dé­fectueux. Retirez l’accumulateur de l’appareil. Un
accumulateur défectueux ne doit plus être utilisé
ou chargé.

6.3 Système de nettoyage de fi ltre (fi g. 13)

L’appareil est doté d’un système de nettoyage de
fi ltre qui permet de nettoyer le fi ltre à plis en cas
de diminution de la puissance d’aspiration.
Remarque ! Le système de nettoyage de fi ltre
fonctionne uniquement lorsque l’appareil est en
service.
Lorsque la puissance d’aspiration diminue, procé­dez comme suit :

1. Fermez l’extrémité du tuyau de telle manière

que l’air ne puisse plus être aspiré.

2. Appuyez sur la touche de nettoyage de fi ltre

(12) et maintenez-la pendant env. 4 s.

3. Répétez la deuxième étape 4-5 fois.

6.4 Nettoyage de la tête d’appareil

(fi g. 1/pos. 3)

Nettoyez l’appareil régulièrement à l’aide d’un
chiff on humide et un peu de savon. N’utilisez
aucun produit de nettoyage ni détergent ; ils
pourraient endommager les pièces en matières
plastiques de l’appareil.

6.5 Nettoyage du réservoir (fi g. 1/pos. 7)

Le réservoir peut être nettoyé, en fonction du de­gré d’encrassement, avec un chiff on humide et un
peu de savon noir ou sous l’eau courante.

6.6 Nettoyage des fi ltres (fi g. 7)

Nettoyez la cartouche du fi ltre (11), par ex. en ta-
potant puis en balayant ou par souffl age avec de
l’air comprimé à basse pression.

Débranchez l‘accumulateur avant tous travaux de
nettoyage.

8. Mise au rebut et recyclage

L‘appareil se trouve dans un emballage per­mettant d‘éviter les dommages dus au transport.
Cet emballage est une matière première et peut
donc être réutilisé ultérieurement ou être réin­troduit dans le circuit des matières premières.
L‘appareil et ses accessoires sont en matériaux
divers, comme par ex. des métaux et matières
plastiques. Les appareils défectueux ne doivent
pas être jetés dans les poubelles domestiques.
Pour une mise au rebut conforme à la réglemen­tation, l‘appareil doit être déposé dans un centre
de collecte approprié. Si vous ne connaissez pas
de centre de collecte, veuillez vous renseigner
auprès de l‘administration de votre commune.

Entreposez l’appareil et ses accessoires dans un
endroit sombre, sec et à l’abri du gel tout comme

Remarque ! Selon la charge actuelle de la batterie, les temps de charge

Arrêt Marche La batterie est chargée et prête à l’emploi.

Ensuite, on commute sur un processus de charge lent jusqu’au charge­ment complet.
Pour ce faire, laissez la batterie env. 15 min plus longtemps sur le char­geur.

Mesures :

Retirez la batterie du chargeur. Débranchez le chargeur du réseau.

Clignote Arrêt Charge d’adaptation

Le chargeur est en mode de charge lente.
Dans ce cas, la batterie se charge plus lentement pour des raisons de sé­curité et nécessite plus de temps. Cela peut avoir les causes suivantes :

- L’accumulateur n’a pas été rechargé depuis longtemps.

Mesures :

Une batterie défectueuse ne doit plus être rechargée.
Retirez la batterie du chargeur.

Marche Marche Perturbation thermique

La batterie est trop chaude (par ex. exposition directe au soleil) ou trop
froide (en dessous de 0 °C)

Mesures :

Retirez la batterie et conservez-la un jour à température ambiante
(env. 20 °C).
