NORME DI SICUREZZA

ATTENZIONE - Il decespugliatore, se ben usato, è uno strumento
di lavoro rapido, comodo ed efficace. Perchè il vostro lavoro sia
sempre piacevole e sicuro, rispettare scrupolosamente le norme
di sicurezza qui riportate.

Non usare il decespugliatore in condizioni di affaticamento fisico.

Indossare abiti adatti e articoli di sicurezza quali stivali, pantaloni

robusti, guanti, occhiali protettivi, cuffia e casco antinfortunistico.
Usare vestiario aderente ma comodo.
Non permettere ai ragazzi di usare un decespugliatore.

Non permettere ad altre persone di restare nel raggio di 15 metri

Con motore in moto non fare alcuna manutenzione e non toccare il
disco.

Riempire il serbatoio lontano da fonti di calore e a motore fermo.

Fare attenzione a non rovesciare miscela per terra o sul motore.

Pour que votre travail soit toujours agréable et sûr respectez

Le disque ne doit pas tourner quand le moteur est au ralenti. S'il

tourne réglez la vis du ralenti.
Transportez la débroussailleuse quand le moteur est arrêté et le

couvre-disque monté.
Travaillez après vous être assuré d'avoir une position stable et sûre.

Faites démarrer la débroussailleuse uniquement dans des endroits

bien aérés.
Quand le moteur tourne n'effectuez aucun entretien et ne touchez

pas au disque.
Remplissez le réservoir loin des sources de chaleur et quand le

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

WARNING: The brush cutter, if properly used, is a quick,
confortable and efficient tool. So that your work is always plea­sant and safe, please respect the following safety precautions
scrupulously.

Never use the brush cutter when you are tired or fatigued.

Wear appropriate clothing and safety articles such as: boots, heavy-

2 -

duty trousers, gloves, protective eyewear, ear protection and protec­tive helmet. Use clothing which is close-fitting but comfortable.
Do not allow children to use the brush cutter.

3 -

Do not allow other people to remain within 15 metres during brush

4 -

cutter use.
Before using the brush cutter, make sure that the blade fixing bolt is

5 -

well-tightened.
The brush cutter must be equipped with the cutting accessories

6 -

recommended by the manufacturer.
Never use the brush cutter without the blade guard or the head.

7 -

Before starting the engine, make sure that the throttle lever works

8 -

freely.
Every now and then while working, stop the engine and check the

9 -

blade. Replace it at the first sign of cracks or breaks.
Before starting the engine, make sure that the blade is free to move

10 -

and is not in contact with any foreign objects.
With the engine idling, the blade should not turn. If it does, regulate

11 -

the idle adjustment screw.
Carry the brush cutter with the engine off and with the protective blade

12 -

cover on.
Only work when you are in a stable and secure position.

Start the brush cutter only in well-ventilated areas.

Never touch the blade or attempt any maintenance work while the

engine is running.
Fill the fuel tank with the engine off and away from heat sources. Do

not smoke while filling the tank.
Do not remove the fuel tank cap when the engine is running.

Be careful not to spill fuel on the ground or on the engine.

If fuel spills out during filling, move the brush cutter away before

starting the engine.
Do not use fuel mixture for cleaning operations.

Do not check the spark plug spark near the cylinder port.

Never work with a damaged muffler.

Always keep the handles clean of oil and fuel.

Store the brush cutter in a dry place, away from heat sources, and off

the ground.
Do not start the engine with the arm not mounted.

Check the brush cutter daily to be sure that components and safety

schnelles, bequemes und wirkungsvolles Arbeitsgerät Damit Sie
immer sicher und komfortabel arbeiten können, beachten Sie
bitte unbedingt die folgenden Sicherheitsvorschriften.

Motorsense nur in gesundem und ausgeruhten Zustand gebrauchen.

2 -

Kinder und Jugendliche dürfen die Freischneidegeräte mit metalli­schen Werkzeugen nicht betreiben, ausgenommen Jugendliche in
Ausbildung unter Aufsicht eines Fachkundigen.

3 -

Stets geeignete Schutzkleidung sowie rutschfestes Schuhwerk,
Handschuhe, Lärmschutz, Schutzbrille und Helm tragen. Die Klei­dung soll anliegend aber bequem sein.

4 -

Beim Starten und beim Gebrauch der Motorsense dürfen sich im
Umkreis von mind. 15 m. des Arbeitsbereichs keine Personen oder
Tiere aufhalten. Kinder in sicherer Entfernung halten.

5 -

Vor jedem Gebrauch die Fixierungsschraube des Schneidwerkzeugs
auf festen Sitz überprüfen.

6 -

Nur Schneidwerkzenge und Ersatzteile verwenden, die vom Her­steller ausdrücklich empfohlen werden.

7 -

Die Motorsense nur mit vorgesehener Schneidschutzvorrichtung
gebrauchen. Schultergurte müssen vor Arbeitsbeginn entspre­chend der Körpergrösse eingestellt werden.

8 -

Vor dem Startvorgang Gashebel auf saubere Funktion überprüfen.
Beim Loslassen muß der Gashebel selbsttätig in Nullstellung zurückgehen.

9 -

Vor dem Startvorgang darauf achten, daß das Schneidwerkzeug frei drehen
kann und mit keinen Hindernissen oder Gegenständen in Berührung kommt.

10 -

Vor und in regelmäßig kurzen Abständen während des Betriebs ist
das Schneidwerkzeug -bei abgestelltem Motor - zu überprüfen. Bei
Brüchen oder Rissbildungen ist das Schneidblatt bei abgestelltem
Motor (Montageanleitung beachten) auszuwechseln.

Im Leerlauf darf das Schneidwerkzeug nicht mitdrehen Sollte dies
der Fall sein, muss die Leerlauf- Stellschraube T eingestellt werden
(siehe Abschnitt "Vergaser")

12 -

Die Motorsense nur mit abgestelltem Motor und mit montierter
Schneidschutzvorrichtung transportieren.

13 -

Beim Arbeiten ist auf einen sicheren Stand zu achten.

14 -

Die Motorsense darf nicht in geschlossenen Räumen (ohne Lüf­tung) gestartet oder betrieben werden.

15 -

Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten dürfen nur bei abgestelltem
Motor vorgenommen werden (ausgenommen Vergaser- und
Leerlaufeinstellung), Zündkerzenstecker vorher abziehen.

16 -

Nachfüllen von Kraftstoff nur bei abgestelltem Motor und fern von
offenem Feuer, dabei nicht rauchen.

17 -

Den Tankdeckel nicht bei laufendem oder nach warmem Motor abnehmen.

18 -

Darauf achten, daß kein Kraftstoff auf den Boden oder auf den
Motor vergossen wird.

19 -

Bei übergeschwapptem Kraftstoff ist die Motorsense an einen
anderen Ort zu starten.

20 -

Reinigungsarbeiten nicht mit dem Kraftstoff (Benzingemisch) ausführen.

21 -

Den Zündkerzenfunken nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe der Zylinder­öffnung überprüfen.

22 -

Die Motorsense nicht mit defektem Schalldämpfer betreiben.

23 -

Die Griffe immer sauber und frei von Öl bzw. Kraftstoff halten.

24 -

Die Motorsense nur an trockenen Stellen lagern, desweiteren nicht
an Boden aufliegend und fern von offenem Feuer.

25 -

Den Motor nicht starten, bevor Motor und Schaft fertig montiert sind.

26 -

Nicht zu nah am Boden schneiden, um die Berührung von Schneid­werkzeug mit Steinen oder Hindernissen zu vermeiden.

27 -

Vor jedem Einsatz alle Vorrichtungen (auch die an der Motorsense vorgese­henen Sicherheitsvorrichtungen) auf korrekte Funktion überprüfen.

28 -

Reparaturen oder Eingriffe ausserhalb der normalen Wartung müssen
vom Händler oder von der Vertragswerkstatt durchgeführt werden.

instrumento de trabajo rápido, cómodo y eficaz. Para que su
trabajo sea siempre placentero y seguro, respete escrupulosa­mente las normas de seguridad indicadas a continuación.

No use nunca la desbrozadora cuando esté físicamente cansado.

Use ropa apta y articulos de seguridad como botas, pantalones

resistentes, guantes, gafas y casco de protección. No use ropa
demasiado suelta, más bien adherente, pero cómoda.

LET OP: De bosmaaier, indien goed gebruikt, vormt een snel,
gemakkelijk en doeltreftend werktuig. Opdat uw werk altijd
pretting en veiling is, de hier weergegeven veiligheidenormen
nauwkeurig in acht nemen.

Gebruik de bosmaaier nooit als u vermoeid bent.

Draag altijd gepaste stevige kleding en veiligheidsuitrusting (schoenen,

een lange broek, handschoenen, oor-, oogbeschermig en een helm).
De kleding moet aangenaam zitten, maar mag niet te los worden
gedragen.

Laat nooit een kind met de bosmaaier werken.

4 -

De gebruiker moet erop letten, dat er zich in een straal van 15 meter
van de in werking zijnde bosmaaier niemand anders bevindt.

5 -

Voordat u de bosmaaier gebruikt dient u te controleren of de schroef,
die het maaiblad bevestigt, stevig vast zit.

6 -

Gebruik nooit een ander snijwerktuig of -onderdeel, dat niet expliciet
is aanbevolen voor deze machine.

De bosmaaier mag niet zonder maaibladbeveiliging worden gebruikt.

8 -

Voordat u de machine start, dient u te controleren of de gashendel vrij
functioneert.

Tijdens het werk moet u regelmatig het maaiblad controleren (als de
motor uit staat). Gebruik de bosmaaier nooit als het maaiblad kapot is
of breuken vertoont: u dient dan het maaiblad onmiddellijk te vervangen.

Voordat u de machine start, moet u ervoor zorgen dat het maaiblad vrij
kan draaien.

Het maaiblad mag niet draaien wanneer de motor stationair draait. Als
dit toch het geval is, dan dient u de stationairschroef op de carburateur
aan te passen (zie "het aanpassen van de motor").

Als u de bosmaaier vervoert, dan moet de motor zijn uitgeschakeld en
het blad zijn bedekt met de maaibladbeveiliging.

Neem tijdens het werken met de bosmaaier en stabiele houding aan.

Start en gebruik de machine nooit als deze in een gesloten ruimte
staat. Het inademen van uitlaatgassen kan namelijk nadelige gevolgen

Raak nimmer het maaiblad als de motor loopt en pleeg ook geen

Vul alleen brandstof bij als de machine uit staat en als er geen open
vuur in de buurt is. Rook nooit tijdens het vullen.

Verwijder nooit de dop van de brandstoftank als de machine nog loopt

Zorg ervoor dat u geen benzine over de machine of op de grond morst.

Als er brandstof gemorst wordt tijdens het vullen, dient u de machine

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ− Ο θαµνοκοπτης, εαν χρησιµοποιειται σωστα, ειναι ενα
ταχυ, ανετο και αποτελεσµατικο µεσον εργασιας. Για την σιγουρια και
την ανεση της εργασιας σας, τηρητε πιστα τις προδιαγραφες ασφαλειας
που αναγραφονται εδω.

1 - Μην χρησιµοποιητε τον θαµνοκοπτη σε συνθηκες φυσικης

εξαντλησης.

2 - Φορατε τα ειδικα ρουχα και τα προστατευτικα ειδη οπως µποτες,

χοντρα παντελονια, γαντια, προστατευτικα γυαλια, ωτοασπιδες
και κρανος. Χρησιµοποιητε ρουχισµο στενο µα ανετο.

3 - Μην επιτρεπετε στα παιδια να χρησιµοποιουν εναν θαµνοκοπτη.
4 - Μην επιτρεπετε σε αλλα ατοµα να παραµενουν στα 15 µετρα

κατα την διαρκεια λειτουργιας του θαµνοκοπτη.

5 - Πριν χρησιµοποιησετε τον θαµνοκοπτη, σιγουρευτειτε οτι το

µπουλονι που σταθεροποιει τον δισκο ειναι καλα βιδωµενο.

6 - Ο θαµνοκοπτης θα πρεπει να ειναι εφοδιασµενος µε τα κοπτικα

εξαρτηµατα που συνιστα ο κατασκευαστης.

7 - Μην χρησιµοποιητε τον θαµνοκοπτη χωρις τις προστασιες του

δισκου και της κεφαλης.

8 - Πριν θεσετε σε κινηση το µοτερ, σιγουρευτειτε οτι ο λεβιες

επιταχυνσης λειτουργει ελευθερα.

9 - Πριν θεσετε σε κινηση το µοτερ, ελενξτε εαν ο δισκος δεν

εµποδιζεται απο τιποτα και δεν ειναι σε σε επαφη µε εξωτερικα
σωµατα.

10 -Κατα την διαρκεια της εργασιας, ελεγχετε συχνα τον δισκο,

σταµατωντας το µοτερ. Αντικαταστειστε τον δισκο µολις
παρουσιασει ριξεις η ρωγµες.

11 -Με το µοτερ στο ρελαντι, ο δισκος δεν θα πρεπει να γυρναει. Σε

αντιθετη περιπτωση, ρυθµιστε την βιδα του ρελαντι.

12 -Μεταφερετε τον θαµνοκοπτη µε το µοτερ σβηστο και το

προστατευτικο του δισκου τοποθετηµενο.

13 -Εργαστειτε µονο εαν εχετε µια σταση σταθερη και σιγουρη.
14 -Θετετε σε λειτουργια τον θαµνοκοπτη µονο σε χωρους που

αεριζονται καλα.

15 -Με το µοτερ εν κινηση µην κανετε καµµια συντηρηση και µην

αγγιζετε τον δισκο.

16 -Γεµιζετε το τεποζιτο µακρια απο απο πηγες θερµοτητας και µε το

µοτερ σβηστο. Μην καπνιζετε κατα την διαρκεια του
ανεφοδιασµου.

17 -Μην βγαζετε την ταπα του τεποζιτου µε το µοτερ σε λειτουργια.
18 -Προσεχετε να µην χυθει η αναµικτη βενζινη στο εδαφος η στο

µοτερ.

19 -Εαν τυχον κατα την διαρκεια του ανεφοδιασµου χυθει καυσιµο,.

µετατοπιστε τον θαµνοκοπτη πριν θεσετε σε λειτουργια το µοτερ.

20 -Μην χρησιµοποιητε καυσιµο (αναµικτη βενζινη) για τον

καθαρισµο.

21 -Μην ελεγχετε τον σπινθηρα του µπουζι κοντα στην οπη του

κυλινδρου.

22 -Μην εργαζεστε οταν εαν εξατµιση ειναι ελαττωµατικη.
23 -∆ιατηρητε παντα καθαρα τα χερουλια απο λαδια και καυσιµο.
24 -∆ιατηρητε τον θαµνοκοπτη σε µερος ξηρο, µακρια απο πηγες

θερµοτητας και ανυψωµενο απο το εδαφος.

25 -Μην θετετε σε κινηση το µοτερ µε τον βραχιονα

αποσυναρµολογηµενο.

26 -Μην κοβετε πολυ κοντα στο εδαφος για να αποφυγετε πετρες και

αλλα αντικειµενα.

27 -Ελεγχετε καθηµερινα τον θαµνοκοπτη για να ειστε σιγουροι οτι

καθε εξαρτηµα ασφαλειας και µη, λειτουργει.

28 -Μην επεξεργαζεστε η επισκευαζετε τον θαµνοκοπτη περα απο την

κανονικη συντηρηση. Απευθυνθητε σε εξουσιοδοτηµενα

Fit the blade guard (A) to the shaft arm with screws in
a position allowing the operator to work safely (B).

Put the head fixing pin (H) in the appropriate hole (L)
and tighten the knob(N) clockwise by hand.

Put the upper (F) flange in place. Put the head fixing
pin (L) in the appropriate hole and tighten the head (N)
anti-clockwise by hand.

Fit the handle onto the shaft arm and secure it using
screws (A), washers, and nuts. The handle position is
calculated depending on the requirements of the
operator.

Plaats de handgreep op de steel en vergrendel deze
door schroeven (A), ringen en moeren gelijkmatig en
kruiselings vast te draaien. De handgreep positie is

Fixe a protecção de plástico ou ferro (A) no tubo de transmissão
com a ajuda dos parafusos (B) numa posição tal que vos
permita trabalhar com toda a segurança. NOTA: utilize a

protecção (C, Fig. 4) adenas con os fios de nylon.

Enfie a cavilha (H) que vai bloquear a cabeça no seu
orifício (L) e aperte à mão, no sentido aos ponteiros do

Enfie o freio superior (F) nos seus lugares no cubo.

Monte o punho sobre o tubo de transmissão e fixe-o
com os parafusos (A), as anilhas e as porcas de
maneira uniforme e cruzada. A posição do punho

Svitare in senso orario il bullone (A); togliere la rondel­la (B), la coppa (D) e la flangia inferiore (E).Montare il
disco (R) sulla flangia superiore (F) assicurandosi del
giusto senso di rotazione.
Montare la flangia inferiore (E), la coppa (D), la rondella
(B) ed avvitare il bullone (A) in senso antiorario.
Inserire il perno in dotazione , nell'apposito foro (L) per
bloccare il disco e permettere il serraggio del bullone
(A, Fig. 8) a 2.5 kgm (25 Nm).

ATTENZIONE! - Non è previsto l’utilizzo di

queste macchine con il disco da legno (22-60-80
denti) e relativa protezione metallica.

MONTAGGIO BARRIERA DI SICUREZZA (Fig. 9)

Quando si utilizza il disco anziché la testina a fili di
nylon è necessario montare la “barriera di sicurezza”.
Fissare la barriera (A) sotto l’attacco impugnatura (C)
(Fig. 8B) tramite le viti (B), avendo l’accortezza di
verificare che la “barriera di sicurezza” stessa risulti
sul lato sinistro del decespugliatore.

ATTENZIONE! - Assicurarsi che tutti i compo­nenti del decespugliatore siano ben collegati e le
viti serrate.

NORME DI LAVORO

ATTENZIONE! - Seguire sempre le norme di
sicurezza. Il decespugliatore deve essere utilizza­to solamente per tagliare erba o piccoli arbusti. È
proibito tagliare altri tipi di materiale. Non utilizza­re il decespugliatore come leva per sollevare,
spostare o spezzare oggetti, né bloccarlo su so­stegni fissi. È proibito applicare alla presa di forza
del decespugliatore utensili o applicazioni che
non siano quelli indicati dal costruttore.

ASSEMBLAGE ASSEMBLY MONTAGE DER MOTORSENSE

MONTAGE DU DISQUE (Fig. 8-10)

Dévissez le boulon dans le sens des aiguilles d'une
montre (A); otez la rondelle (B), le carter (D) et la bride
inférieure (E). Montez le disque (R) sur la bride
supérieure (F), en vérifiant le bon sens de rotation.
Montez la bride inférieure (E), le carter (D), la rondelle
(B) et vissez le boulon (A) dans le sens contraire des
aiguilles d'une montre.
Enfilez le goujon en dotation dans le trou approprié (L)
pour pouvoir bloquer le disque et serrer le boulon (A,
Fig. 8) à 2.5 kgm (25 Nm).

ATTENTION! - Ce machine n’est pas destinée

à un usage avec disques à bois (22-60-80 dents), et
la protection metallique relative.

MONTAGE DE LA BARRIÈRE DE SÉCURITÉ (Fig. 9)

En utilisant le disc à la place de la tête nylon, il est
nécessaire de monter la “barrière de sécurité”. Fixer
la barrière (A) sous le support de la poignée (C) (Fig.
8B) au moyen des vis (B), en prendant bien soin de
vérifier pue la “barrière de sécurité” même sait du côte
gauche de la débroussailleuse.

ATTENTION! - Veillez à ce que tous les com-

posants soient bien relié et les vis serrées.
NORMES DE TRAVAIL

ATTENTION! - Respectez toujours les normes
de sécurité. Le débroussailleuse ne doit être utilisé
que pour tailler des herbe ou de petits arbustes. Il est
interdit de tailler autre chose. N’utilisez pas le comme
levier pour lever, déplacer ou fendre des objets et ne
le bloquez pas sur des supports fixes. Il est interdit
d’appliquer à la prise de force du débroussailleuse
des outils ou des applications autres que ceux qui
sont indiqués par le constructeur.

FITTING THE DISK (Fig. 8-10)

Loosen the bolt (A) clockwise; remove washer (B),
cup (D) and lower flange (E).
Fix the blade (R) onto the upper flange (F) making
sure that the rotation direction is correct.
Fix the lower flange (E), the cup (D), the washer (B)
and tighten bolt (A) anti-clockwise.
Put the pin provided in the appropriate hole (L) to
block the blade and allow the bolt (A, Fig. 8) to be
tightened to 2.5 kgm (25 Nm).

WARNING! - This machine is not suitable for

use with disc for wood (22-60-80 teeth) and relevant
metal guard.

ASSEMBLING THE SAFETY BOOM (Fig. 9)

When using the disc instead of nylon line head, it is
necessary to set up the “safety boom”. Fix the boom
(A) under the attachment of handle (C) (Fig. 8B) by
means of the screws (B). Taking care to verify the
“safety boom” being on the left side of the brushcutter.

WARNING! - Make sure that all components

are connected properly and all screws tightened.
WORK PRECAUTIONS

WARNING! - Always follow the safety
precautions. The brush cutter must only be used
to trim grass material. Do not use the brush cutter
as a lever to lift, move or break objects, nor lock it
on fixed supports. It is forbidden to apply tools or
applications that are not the ones indicated by the
manufacturer onto the brush cutter’s power take­off.

MONTAGE DES SCHNEIDBLATTS (Abb. 8-10)

Die Schraube (A) im Uhrzeigersinn lösen Unterlegscheibe
(B), Gleitteller (D) und unteren Flansch (E) abnehmen.
Das Schneidblatt (R) am oberen Flansch (F) montieren
dabei auf richtige Drehrichtung sowie korrekten Sitz auf
der Nabe achten. Unteren Flansch (E), Gleitteller (D) und
Unterlegsscheibe (B) montieren, Schraube (A) entgegen
Uhrzeigersinn eindrehen.
Um die Schraube (A) (2.5 kgm/25 Nm) festzuziehen
(Abb. 8), den bei liegenden Stift in die vorgesehene
Bohrung (L) einsetzen.

ACHTUNG! - Diese Maschinen sind nicht für den
Einsatz mit Holzschneidblatt (22-60-80 Zähne)

und entsprechendem Metallschutz ausgelegt.

MONTAGE SCHUTZSTANGE (Abb. 9)

Bei Einsatz mit Schneidblatt anstelle des Nylonfadenkopfes
ist die “Schutzstange” zu montieren. Schutzstange (A)
unter der Griffbefestigung (C) (Abb. 8B) durch die
Schrauben (B) befestigen. Versichern Sie Sich, daß die
“schutzstange” auf der Linkseite des Motorsense ist.

ACHTUNG! - Beachten, daß alle Bauteile sauber

angeschlossen und die Schrauben festgezogen sind.
ARBEITSVORKEHRUNG

ACHTUNG! - Befolgen Sie immer die
Sicherheitsvorkerungen. Der Motorsense darf nur für den
Schnitt von gras oder kleinen Sträuchern eingesetzt werden.
Es ist absolut verboten, andere Arten von Materialien zu
schneiden. Benutzen Sie den Motorsense nicht als Hebel
zum Anheben, Versetzen oder zum Zerkleinern von
Gegenständen; befestigen Sie ihn auch nicht an starren
Halterungen. Es ist verboten, am Antrieb des Motorsense
Geräte oder Zusätze anzubringen, die nicht vom Hersteller
für diesen Zweck ausdrücklich angegeben sind.
