Installation Instructions for

Pre-Bent Monorail

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- This product is ETL listed for indoor dry locations.

- Monorail is bendable horizontally to a radius as small as 6".

- The product is intended to be used with Edge Lighting
Monorail systems only.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS!

Connect the Pre-Bent Monorail Sections with the Conductive
Connectors

A

STRAIGHT
CONDUCTIVE
CONNECTORS

1: Push the Monorail conductive connector pins completely into
one pre-bent Monorail section. Make sure this Monorail

section is secured with the standoffs (Refer to the
instructions provided with the standoffs).

ONE PRE-BENT
MONORAIL SECTION

1: Push the straight isolating connectors completely into one
pre-bent Monorail section end. Make sure this pre-bent
Monorail section is secured with the standoffs (Refer
to the instructions provided with the standoffs).

2: Push the other pre-bent Monorail section completely onto

the Monorail straight conductive connector pins and
simultaneously connect the pre-bent Monorail to the
standoffs.

THE OTHER PRE-BENT
MONORAIL SECTION

2: Push the other pre-bent Monorail section entirely onto the

isolating connectors and simultaneously connect the
pre-bent Monorail to the standoffs.

#6-32 SET SCREW

3: Tighten the #6-32 set screw on each of the isolating
connectors firmly with the 1/16 Allen wrench. Do not over

tighten the set screws as this may strip the threads.

Connecting a Pre-Bent Circle Sections

CONDUCTIVE CONNECTOR

1: For the Single Power Feed Connection- Use one set of
isolating connectors and the appropriate sets of conductive
connectors provided to connect the pre-bent Monorail
sections together as a circle.
