SUBJECT: FOUR-WAY WEDGE KIT
with STRIPPER PLATE (PN 77204-00)
WARNING
Before inspecting or servicing any part of this machine,
shut off or disconnect power source and make sure all
moving parts have come to a complete stop.

OPERATION
The log stripper plate will push the split logs off the wedge
as the wedge retracts.
STRIPPER PLATE INSTALLATION
To install the log stripper plate kit:
1. Remove the cradle cylinder channel.
2. Install the log stripper plate in the same holes with the

six 5/16 x 1-1/4" hex head bolts, at washers and centerlock nuts provided in the kit.

OPERATION
• The four-way wedge will split logs into four pieces. Be
aware of where all four split logs fall. The top two pieces
may be ejected upward slightly before falling.

FOUR-WAY WEDGE INSTALLATION
1. Push the four-way wedge over the existing wedge.
2. Pull out pin and slide wedge down as far as possible so
pin locks into place .
3. Secure with two 3/8 x 3/4" square head screws.
