The X-Clean™ combines the powerful X-Stream® Wash technology with an enhanced dish machine
component to provide a complete warewashing solution in one compact footprint. The X-Stream®
Wash technology increases the ease and effectiveness of your warewashing process by delivering the
right amount of heat, chemical and impingement for your tougher jobs (pots, pans, fryer parts, etc.).
The dish machine component allows for lightly soiled items (glassware, silverware, etc.) to be cleaned
in large volumes and also provides a rinse and sanitize function for wares coming out of the XStream® Wash component. While the rinse and sanitize sinks satisfy health code requirements for a
three-compartment sink, they also convert to an extra work surface through the use of a fold down lid.

The X-Clean™ Wash System increases the ease and effectiveness of your warewashing process by
delivering the right amount of heat, chemical and impingement for each job.
• Variable, programmable wash schemes tailored to your operations
• Batch cycle washing noties you when your wares have been thoroughly cleaned
• Idle mode between batches reduces energy costs and eliminates grease slicks resulting in
possible recontamination during ware removal
• Health reporting allows you to track and monitor usage data to ensure proper sanitation
• Other valuable features include temperature control, low water detection, integrated soap
dispensing and self diagnostics
