. Auspacken

eim Auspacken kontrollieren, daß die Ware keine Mängel aufweist. Transportschäden sind
nmittelbar dem für den Transport zuständigen Unternehmen zu melden.

. Aufstellen der miniCool

ie beste Kühlleistung bei geringstem Verbrauch erreicht man, wenn man die miniCool nicht in
nmittelbarer Nähe einer Heizquelle aufstellt oder der direkten Sonnenbestrahlung aussetzt. Um ein
inwandfreies Arbeiten des Absorberkühlaggregates zu ermöglichen, ist eine waagerechte Aufstellung
er miniCool notwendig (Wasserwaage). Das Gerät sollte so aufgestellt werden, daß eine ungehinderte
uftzirkulation des Kühlaggregates gewährleistet ist. Das hintere Entlüftungsgitter darf nicht abgedeckt

erden. Empfohlener Rückwandabstand ca. 2 cm. (Mindestabstand).

ICHTIG: Wird die miniCool nicht frei aufgestellt, sondern ein- oder untergebaut, so ist für eine

ausreichende Belüftung des Kühlaggregates zu sorgen. Der offene Querschnitt der

. Reinigen der miniCool

s empfiehlt sich, die miniCool vor der ersten Benutzung innen und außen mit lauwarmen Wasser - mit
inem geringen Zusatz eines milden, nicht kratzenden Reinigungsmittels - zu säubern. Anschließend

it klarem Wasser nachwaschen und gut austrocknen. Bitte verwenden Sie unter keinen Umständen

icht mit herkömmlichen Gleit- oder Schmiermitteln behandelt werden, da dies zu Fehlfunktionen führen

ann. Im Ausnahmefall muß ein Spezialmittel für Zylinderschlösser verwendet werden.

. Elektroanschlußspannung

or Inbetriebnahme kontrollieren, ob die auf dem Typenschild (im Kühlraum) angegebene Spannung

it der Netzspannung übereinstimmt. Das Netzkabel ist fest am Gerät angebracht und muß gemäß den

orschriften an eine vorschriftsmäßig geerdete Steckdose angeschlossen werden. Falls das Netzkabel

inksdrehen wird eine wärmere Kühlfachtemperatur eingestellt. In Stellung 0 ist das Gerät
usgeschaltet.

. Abtauen des Verdampfers

ie elektronische Steuerung des Gerätes enthält eine automatische Abtaufunktion. Die Elektronik ist so

ufgebaut, daß bei Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes (Einstecken des Gerätesteckers in die Steckdose), die
aufzeit bis zur ersten Abtauphase 15 Std. beträgt, so daß durch gezieltes Einstecken des Netzsteckers
ie gewünschte Abtauzeit wählbar ist.

ie Abtauzeit beträgt 2 Std. Danach arbeitet das Gerät jeweils 22 h, denen 2 h Abtauzeit folgen.

eispiel: Inbetriebnahme 10.00 Uhr = Abtauzeit 1.00 - 3.00 Uhr.

ie Eisschicht am Verdampfer darf niemals gewaltsam entfernt oder das Abtauen mit einem

ie mit Wasser gefüllten Eisschalen werden auf die Verdampferplatte im hinteren Bereich des Gerätes

estellt. Für eine schnelle Eisbereitung stellt man den Thermostaten auf die höchste Stufe. Die

iswürfel lassen sich leicht entfernen, wenn man die Schale unter fließendes Wasser hält.

. Beleuchtung

ie Netzspannungsbeleuchtung des Kühlfaches wird durch einen Sensor berührungslos geschaltet.

uß eine Lampe gewechselt werden, so gehen Sie bitte folgendermaßen vor (Fig. 3)

1. Netzstecker ziehen !

2. Lampenabdeckung entfernen (A).

3. Mit kleinem Schraubendreher vorsichtig 4 Rastnasen am Reflektor lösen (B).

4. Reflektor nach unten herausziehen.

5. Kabel lösen und defekte Lampe ausclipsen (C)

6. Neue Lampe einsetzen und Kabel anschließen.

Wichtig: Lampenkabel unbedingt wie in (D) gezeigt aufstecken !

7. Reflektor und Lampenabdeckung einclipsen.

. Einige allgemeine Hinweise

a) Kontrollieren, ob die miniCool waagerecht steht
b) Kontrollieren, ob die Be- und Entlüftung des Aggregates richtig ist
c) Keine Kühlung: Prüfen Sie, ob der Stecker fest in der Steckdose und ob die

Sicherung in Ordnung ist

ARNUNG!: Niemals explosive Stoffe, z. B. Feuerzeuggas, Benzin, Äther oder

dergleichen in der miniCool aufbewahren.
Das Kühlaggregat auf der Rückseite des Gerätes entwickelt im Betrieb
Wärme. Die miniCool muß so aufgestellt werden, daß zufälliges Berühren
unmöglich ist.

. Installation of the miniCool

he best refrigerating performance at the least power consumption is achieved by placing the miniCool

ot too close to a source of heat and away from dirct sunlight. The miniCool must be installed in a way

hat it is quite level (use a spirit level) in order to ensure satisfactory operation of the absorber unit.

. Cleaning of the miniCool

t is advisable to clean the miniCool inside and outside with likewarm water (add a little mild,

on-abrasive detergent) before taking it into service. Then rinse it with tap water and dry it well. Do not
se soap or sharp, grainy cleaning agents under any circumstances, in particular not those containing
oda. Clean the internal equipment in the same way. The PVC door seal must not come in contact with
il or grease. It retains its softness and will last a long time if you wipe it occasionally with talcum
owder, in particular on the hinge side.

torage compartment) is the same as the mains voltage. The mains cable is fixed at the appliance and

he regulations. If the mains cord has to be replaced, a spare part is obtainable from the agent for your

he appliance is equipped with an electronic temperature control unit. The thermostat knob is located
nside the rear part of the cabinet. The thermostat should be set to a medium position (Fig. 2) Turning
he thermostat knob to the right causes a colder temperature in the cooling compartment. By turning the

nob to the left, the temperature will get warmer. On Position `"0'' the miniCool is switched off.

. Defrosting the evaporator

he electronic control of the appliance contains an automatic defrost function. The electronic device is

djusted to start defrosting 15 hours after the appliance is turned on (plugged into the mains socket).

efrosting takes 2 hours. Following this initial cycle, the appliance is set to operate for 22 hours at a

ime, followed by the 2 hour defrosting period.

xample: Appliance turned on at 10 o`clock = defrosting time between 1 and 3 o` clock.

ccelerated by the use of a radiant heating element.

1. Pull out mains plug !

2. Remove cover of the lamp using a small srew driver (A)

3. Snap out the reflector at 4 positions (B)

4. Pull out reflector

5. Pull off the cabling and and clips out the defective bulb (C).

6. Put in a new bulb and reconnect the cabling

Important: Reconnect the cabling as shown in (D) !

7. Re- install reflector and lamp cover

. Some useful hints

a) Check that the miniCoool is in an accurately horizontal position
b) Check that the air flow round the absorber unit (incoming and outgoing air).
c) If the frigde is not woking, check whether it is properly plugged in and check the fuse.

TTENTION: Do not store explosive substances, e. g. lighter fuel, petrol, ether, or the

like in the miniCool.
The absorber unit at the back of the appliance produces heat in operation. The
fridge has to be place in such a way, that an accidental touch of the unit is
impossible.

. Déballage

ontrôler lors du déballage du miniCool que rien ne manque et que tout est en bon état. En cas de

ommages constatés, en avertir immédiatement le transporteur.

. Installation du miniCool

our obtenir un maximum de réfrigération moyennant un minimum de consommation, il convient d'éviter
e placer le miniCool à proximité d'une source de chaleur ou de l'exposer directement au soleil. Il doit
tre par ailleurs parfaitement de niveau (utiliser un niveau à bulle pour contrôler l'horizontalité) pour
arantir le bon fonctionnement du groupe frigorifique. Veiller également à ce que la circulation d'air
utour de ce groupe ne soit pas entravée. La grille de ventilation arrière ne doit pas être recouverte et

. Nettoyage du miniCool

. Fabrication de glace

. Eclairage intérieur

' éclairage intérieur de l' appareil est commandé par un détecteur.

'il est nécessaire de remplacer une ampoule, procéder comme suit (Fig. 3):

1. Débrancher la fiche d' alimentation secteur !

2. Déposer le capot de protection de l' ampoule en faisant levier avec un petit tournevis
entre celui- ci et le boitier de lampe (A).

3. Libérer le réflecteur à 4 positions (B).

4. Sortir le réflecteur en tirant.

5. Débrancher le câble et enlever le clip de fixation de l' ampoule grillée (C).

6. Mettre en place une nouvelle ampoule et rebrancher le câble.

Important; Le câble doit être rebranché selon les indications du dessin (D).

7. Remettre en place le réflecteur et la .

. Service après-vente, pièces de rechange

our les pièces de rechange, veuillez vous adresser au concessionnaire local. Pour toute commande
e pièces de rechange, indiquer le numéro de série et le modèle de l'appareil (voir la plaque
ignalétique).

. Quelques conseils

a) Contrôler que le miniBar est parfaitement de niveau.
b) Contrôler que l'air circule comme il faut autour du groupe frigorifique.
c) Si le miniBar ne fonctionne pas, contrôler le branchement électrique et le fusible.

TTENTION!: Ne pas stocker de produits explosifs (gaz pour briquets, essence, éther,

etc.) dans le miniCool. Le groupe frigorifique, au dos de l'appareil, dégage par
ailleurs de la chaleur lorsqu'il fonctionne, aussi convient-il de placer le miniCool
de telle sorte que l'on ne puisse pas toucheracci-dentellement ce groupe.
