Application
These self-leveling mobile style plate
dispensers are offered two, three or
four silo, enclosed heated or unheated.
These self-leveling mobile style plate
dispensers can be found on tray lines,
front or back-of-the-house, or any place
your needs require.
Construction
Mobile cabinets are constructed of all
welded stainless steel construction with
#3 polished finish. Cabinet has 18-gauge
top and 20 gauge side panels. Cabinet
is mounted on four 5” extra-load swivel
casters (two with brakes). Cabinet
bottom has center clean out hole and
includes perimeter bumper..
Heating System
The heating system is thermostatically
controlled, in a tamper protective
location. Thermostat is field
adjustable with a temperature range
between 100 to 189 degrees. On/off
switch and power indicator light are
mounted on top flange of dispenser.
Unit is 120 volt, 60 Hz and features a 8’
long cord set and 5-15P NEMA plug.
Dispenser
Self-leveling dispensers are constructed
of stainless steel and travel vertically
in dispenser tube with nylon guides for
smooth operation. Dispenser features
flange mounted perimeter extension
springs, which are detachable to
provide adjustment without tools.
