Application
Ideal for tray lines or other high volume
applications. Recirculated cold air
maintains 40°F serving temperatures
with lids off.
Construction
All insulated stainless steel panel designs. For practical maintenance, drain is
equipped with standard hose fitting and
cap, and removable panels. Six 5”(13cm)
casters include 4 with locking brakes.
Lids are insulated and all
stainless steel.
Electrical Requirements
The compressor is 1/2 horsepower, 60
cycle, single-phase, available in 120 volt
only, and furnished with a 6’ cord with
5-15 P NEMA cap. Unit has an On/Off
switch with indicator light and thermostat controls.
