Application
Ideal for high volume tray lines or serving
lines. The unit is designed for “open” use
while maintaining 0°F serving temperatures
in a frost-free, all stainless body. A 5.4
cu. ft. or 8 cu. ft. model is available.
Construction
Unit is all stainless steel interior and
optional stainless or steel exterior. Drains
and removable panels are provided for
easy cleaning and maintenance. Fully
insulated, the unit comes with 5” (13cm)
casters with locking brakes.
Electrical System
The compressor is 1/2 horsepower, 120
volt, 60 cycle, single-phase and furnished
with a 6’ power cord with 5-15P NEMA
capacity. Compressor utilizes
environmentally- friendly refrigerant.
Unit has ON/OFF switch with indicator
light and thermostat controls.
