Chapter 1 Main Specification

1. Model: DWP-5500R Floor / Pallet scale

2. Accuracy: Grade Ⅲ, n=5000

5. Scale interval: 1/2/5/10/20/50 for option

Before installation please first recharge the Transmitter for
24 hours. The switch needs to be left ON during recharging.

Chapter 2 Installation

2.0 SCALE BASE SETUP

a. Open the scale base box (Box 1) with a knife very carefully. Sharp blade may scratch the scale

surface.

b. Take out t he sca l e fe et (total 4 feet packed in the box inside the scale base)

c. Screw each foot onto the load cell at each corner of the scale base.

d. Lay down the scale and lev el it.
e. Connect the cable onto the transmitter.

f. Connect the transmitter with the scale base.

g. Place the transmitter on the side of the scale.

h. Connect the antenna and plac e on t he side of the scale.

Turn on the indicator and your scale is ready to use. For advanced operations, please refer to the
following pages.

Your scale was pre-calibrated. Re-calibration is not necessary. However due to change of the
environment (such as gravity, temperature, humidi ty etc .) the accuracy may be affected. For perfect
results you can re-calibr at e the scale.

Although the indicator comes with wired cable port, the scale may not work by connecting the
indicator with the scale base using cable. Please contact
