We inform you that the plastic stop (spare part no. 534845 )which secures the
cover of the above mentioned fryer types has been modified.
The new metal stop with spare part no. 612011 is perfectly interchangeable
and has to be installed as shown in the drawing

We inform you, that since '94 we implement a new spring for the outlet valve inside the boiler of all our coffee makers. This
new spring with code no. 611917 is slightly smaller than the old one code no. 611861 (see figure below). However the new
spring is interchangeable with the old one if you use it together with the small support ring code no. 621986 which has to
be inserted between valve and spring.
As the old spring code no.611861 is not available anymore, you will have to order from now on the new spring code no.
611917 and in case that you have to substitute the old spring you have to order also the support ring code no.621986.

Furthermore we inform you that in order to conform with electromagnetic CE norms, the production '96 of all 12 liters baking
ovens provides only two cooking modes (oven and grill ) instead of the four cooking modes used until now.
For further informations please consult the new spare parts lists and tecnical sheets.
SEPTEMBER '96: ALL FRYERS TYPE FP
We inform you that there has been modified the frame and the casing on all "FP" type fryer models. You can distinguish
both frames by the added guide on the back side of new frame (close to where is fixed the cover - see also figure below)
and by the serial number.
Until serial no. 6 21 04 you will find the old frame and casing with codes no. 534573 (frame) and 735345 (casing).
From serial no. 6 22 04 you will find the new frame and casing with code no. 536752 (frame) and 737987 (casing).
As the new frame and the new casing are not interchangable with the old ones, repairing the old fryer models you
will have to change always both pieces together, that is frame and casing.
As the old spare parts are not available anymore, ordering the old casing you will receive automatically the new casing
with frame. If you need to replace the old frame you will have to order the new casing 737987 (provided also with
frame) and replace frame and casing!

Ocotber '96:Coffee machines BAR M100 - M110.
In case the tube connecting the electric-valve with the steam generator, breaks, this can be replaced with a kit
including a over-pressure outlet valve, with code nr. 9920000021 so to avoid eventual future inconvenients.
After the intervention is better to block the outlet tube with a nylon clamp (as shown on figure).

TAKE CARE: In order to avoid other tubes breakeages, make sure to eliminate all remaining
flashes from steam-generator attach with sand-paper. To ease the insertion of tubes use
vaseline-oil.
October '96:Coffee Machines Bar M100 e Bar M110.
In case of malfunction of the I.F.D.System (Instant Frothting Device) due to wrong positioning of the milk-tank (if
the tank is not inserted exactly in its position, the lever does not close the microswicth, blocking the pump), it is
possible to replace the I.F.D.group, with the new one that has been modified on the microswitch-lever that now is
thicker. Code for the new group is 738531.

February '97:Coffee Machines Bar M100 and Bar M110.
In case of, while closing the coffee-holder, its handle goes far to the
right interfering with the I.F.D. tube, it is necessary to add, under the
existing OR type gasket, another very slim OR with code nr. 536109.
March '97 - Coffee Machines BAR M100 and M110
In case of these machines have difficulties on frothing the milk making "cappuccinos", check first if the holes of the
steam-and-milk mixer are obstructed or blocked in any way .
In order to do this you should take-off the milk-tank from the machine, then pull-out the I.F.D. group and the rubber mixer.
then free the holes passing compressed air through the two small holes.

November '97 - Ice-Cream Makers SIMAC GC1000-2000E-3000-4000E.
We inform you that soon will be available for these type of Ice-cream Makers
a new more powerful compressor ( code SC2531020 type Aspera BP1111Z),
which should solve those particular cases of low efficiency.
For the gas charge (only using this new compressor) refer to the table here
enclosed.
November '97 - Ice-cream Makers Magnum and 4000 series.
We inform you that on these types of Ice-cream Makers, is now available
a kit for the replacement of the whole mixing-shaft with cod. SC1000.
It includes: the gear-wheel, the clip, the shaft and the OR type
gasket.
December '97 - Coffee Machines BAR M100 and M110 (not Ex:A).
We inform you that on these machines can be mounted the new type of steam
generator (code nr.738560)as long as you follow these precautions:
- take off the two brass connectors from the original steam generator and
reinstall them on the new one, sealing them with an appropriate autoblocking product for high temperatures (we suggest LOCTITE 648 that
you can order with code nr. 8040200024, or our code SC49991001). In
case you have to replace also the brass connectors refer to the exploded
view.
-rebuild the electrical connections of the resistance, replacing the present
type of connectors with appropriate ones.
January '98 - Coffeè machine BAR 8 IS (De' Longhi) and CS 300I (SIMAC).
We inform you that from serial nr. 740.. on, on these coffeè machines we have modified
the milk container and the plastic cover. The new milk-container (code 7332102900),
can also fit on the machines produced before the modification.
In case you find difficult to insert the new container on its site on the old
plastic cover, you will have to replace also the plastic cover with the
modified one (code 5932100900 for Bar 8 IS and
code 5932101000 for CS 300 I SIMAC).

January '98 - Deep friers with mechanical timer.
We inform you that on these machines is not available anymore the 15 min. timer (code 521148). On its place
will be automatically delivered the 20 min. timer (code 521096).
These two timer are interchangeable, but in order to maintain the rigth reference with the serigrafy on the knob,
you will have to replace the original knob with the one with code 734558, to be ordered separately.
May '98 - Coffeè machine mod. SIMAC CA 3000.
We inform yout that the electronic control board with code SC1771533 (REV.04 printed on the board), that has
been used for the very first production of this model (till serial number 1197), is not available anymore.
You have to order instead the board with code SC1771536 (REV.05 printed on it) together with the relative wiring
with code SC6712700.
May '98 - Small kitchen appliances, Bravo SIMAC models 1; 1S; 2; 2S.
We inform you that for these appliances is now available also the single motor support
with code SC19991027 that was before available only assembled with the whole motor.
July '98 - Small food processor De' Longhi KM180 / KM200 (amends and replace the previous one of June '98).
We inform you that on the last production of these small food processors, has been modified the shape of the
connection between the motor joint and the shaft of the rotating part. The new parts are interchangeable
with the old ones only if you replace both of them.

We inform you that, on these models of Contac Grills, in case of intervention of the 226 °C, TCO, it is
advisable to replace it with a 240 °C one, with code 511732.

October '98 - Coffee machine mod. Personal Espresso CA3000 SIMAC.
We inform you that, from serial nr. 83106, these machines will be produced in a new version (named Rev.07).
In order to easely identify the machines produced in this new version, we have changed the code of the machine
as well (you will find it on the rating plate).
This was 6710000 for the rev. 05, 6720000 for the rev. 06, and is now 95101 for the new rev. 07.
The main modification concerns the new electronic board, and in particular there is a new connector for the flat
cable connecting the control board.
This is why this new board (Rev.07), is not singularly interchangeable with the old ones, but, considering that
from now on will be available as spare part only this new board, you will have to proceed as follows:
- in case you have to replace the electronic board on machine rev. 07 (check for the code 95101 on the rating
plate),you will need to order only the single board with code VT155001,
- in case you have to replace the board on machines Rev.05 and Rev.06, you will have to order the kit with code
VT599160 ( that is comprehensive of the complete wires and an additional microswitch to transform the machine
in a Rev.07), (refer to the electric diagram), and also the flat cable with code VT155007 for the connection with
the control board.
October '98 - Coffee machines SIMAC mod. BRASIL.
We inform you that, in order to improve the quality of this product, we have modified the sump (thicker edges)
and the related gasket OR (that now is thinner).
Consequentely, these part are interchangeable with the old ones, only if changed together, otherwise, for order of
single parts, only the gasket or only the sump, follow the table below for the codes.singoli particolari,solo guarnizione o solo coppetta, fare riferimento alla tabella seguente.

-It is easy to recognise the new sumps because they have rotating coffee outlets-
On top of that, we have also improved the boiler-support of these machines, so, in case you have to replace the
sump in one machine, is advisable to replace the support as well with the modified one code SC19991022. As the
modification regards only the kind of material, the two supports are interchangeable.
November '98 - Coffee Machines, mod. Bar 3-4-10-15-16.
We inform you that, for these coffee machine, are not available anymore the steam-taps with security valve
(codes 552080 and 551925).
Ordering these codes you will automatically receive a kit with code 5532103400 and will have to proceed as
follows:
- Take-off the faulty tap;
- Replace it with the one with code 552833 (which is without the security valve);
- Screw-out and take-off from the pump, the auto-igniting valve;
- Screw-on the pump the anti-drop valve (with built-in security valve) with code 736620;
- Shorten, as much as you need, the teflon tube coming from the boiler, and fix it to the anti-drop valve, using the
connector included with code 622189;
- Insert one end of the silicon with code 536321 on the over-pressure exit of the anti-drop valve while the other
end of the tube has to discharge on the water tank;
- Verify that the machine is working correctly and in particular check the sealing of the connections.
March '99 - Electric friers series F- 8.., all models.
We inform you that, on this kind of fryers, for every intervention concerning the plastic bottom, is advisable to
check as well that the screw which keeps the TCO fixed in place, is correctly tightened.
May '99 - Electric friers series F- 8.., all models.
We inform you that, on this kind of fryers, in case is difficult to open the lid, this is probably caused by an
imperfect coupling between the lid itself and the right hook (looking the machine from the controls side). In this
case is enough to file a bit (with sand-paper), the hole on the bottom of the lid, correspondent to the right hook.
In other cases, if the lid-opening button is too hard while pushing, is enough to take-off the button and enlarge the
hole on the support of the button itself with a ∅∅10.5 drill.

August '99 - Ice cream makers De'Longhi IC 5000.
We inform you that we have recently modified the basket of these Ice-cream makers. The new one has a different
internal shape (now is rounded) and so also the whisk and the related pin has change.

October ’99 - Electric contact grill De’ Longhi mod. CG 134, 144, 238, 248 e 258.
We inform you that we have modified these contact grill, inserting,
instead of the 240°C Thermo-fuse , a 260°C security thermostat

with blown thermofuse, is advisable to "update" it.

December ’99 - New range of electric oven type O-190, O-170, O-150 O-110 etc.
We inform you that, in case these kind of ovens present a precarious door closing (or opening), is necessary to adapt
the door lever. With a plier, create a slight loose space between the door lever and the glass support. If necessary,
lubrificate the mechanism.
July 2000 - De' Longhi, rotofriers series F-8...
We inform you that, on these friers has been introduced two modifications.
Starting from serial number 01008 on, we have introduced a new cover gasket, in order to improve its sealing capacity.
The new gasket is interchangeable with the old one and the code is 5325132200.
Starting from serial number 00408 on, we have also introduced a new casing, with a built-in condensed-steam collector
on the back side, in order to avoid the fall of drops while the cover is open.
Also this new part is interchangeable with the old one and the code is 5325129400.
September 2000 - New range of electric oven type O-190, O-170, O-150 O-110 etc.
We inform you that, in case these kind of ovens present a precarious door closing
(or opening), to solve the problem you must change the original pin, that is the guide for the
door lever (see the picture), with a new one with code 611714 plus the brass bush
with code 621933.
