STEAM IRONING
This iron works with normal tap water. a) Before filling the tank, make sure the steam regulator (
H) is in the position ("dry" position) (fig. 1). Make sure the mains lead is unplugged from the mains socket.
b) Open the tank opening cover (
C) and, with the iron in a horizontal position, fill the tank with water (fig. 2). The iron must always be unplugged from the mains whenever the tank is filled or topped-up with water.
c) Plug the iron into the mains. The
sector LED lights up;
d) To select the required temperature, press buttons
G. The
button increases temperature and the button reduces it. For steam ironing, select the temperature indicated by the
●●● or MAX sectors. The steam will
be damper if you select
●●● and dryer if you select
MAX.
e) After these checks, select the required temperature by
pressing the buttons
G.
f) The LEDs corresponding to the selected temperature
flash. Once the temperature has been reached, the LEDs stop flashing and you hear a beep. After about a minute in the case of maximum temperature, the indicator light will go off showing that the iron is ready for use.
g) Continuous steam delivery is obtained by positioning the
steam regulator (
H) in the segment. Steam delivery stops whenever the iron is placed in a vertical position on the rear rest (position recommended while pausing during ironing) or when the iron is horizontal with the steam regulator (
H) in the dry position.
