Setting Up Your Computer
Complete the following steps to start using your computer:
1 Slide the battery into the battery bay on the bottom of the
computer and gently snap it into place.

2 Connect the AC adapter to the computer. Connect the other end
of the AC adapter to a power outlet.

In the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, you can directly connect the duckhead adapter into a power outlet as shown in the illustration.
3 Swipe the latch release and lift to open the display.
