Exte rior to p is c onstructed of one piec e 16 -gauge stainless steel, w ith
integral 2.12” (5.4c m) square nosing on front and 4 ” (10 .2cm) high by
2” (5.1cm) thick backsplash o n rear. Top is insulated with 2” (5.1cm)
high density insulation.
Exte rior back and bo ttom of base are 24 -gauge galvanized steel. Exterior
ends are c onstructed of 18 -gauge galvanized steel.
Base interior has 22 -gauge stainless steel back and bottom . Interior ends
and do or frames are thermo formed ABS plastic. Base is insulated with 1.5”
(3.8c m) high density foamed in place polyurethane.
Door(s) have a thermoformed plastic ABS plastic interior liner and 22 -
gauge stainless steel exterior front. Doo r(s) have black recessed handle(s)
and a snap-in magnetic gasket which is easily replaceable. Unit is furnished
with (1) epo xy co ated w ire shelf fo r each door sec tion.
Base is furnished with blow er co il made to fit behind do or mullion. Blower
co il housing encloses refrigeration lines, evaporator coil, expansion valve,
fans and includes thermostat and soleno id valve. Unit is designed to maintain 3 6°F (2°C ) to 40° F (4° C) interior cabinet temperature.
Unit is mounted o n 6 .1 3” (1 5.6cm) high adjustable stainless steel legs.
Re frigeration Syste m s Component — HFC-404 A
Electrical connections are 1 15 vo lt, 6 0 Hertz, single phase. Unit must
be hard wired.
