Shor t Form Specif icat ions
Exte rior Top is c onstructed of one piec e 16 -gauge stainless steel,
with integral 2.12 ” (5. 4c m) square nosing on front and 4” (1 0.2cm)
high by 2 ” (5.1c m) thick backsplash on rear. Top has an ope ning for
use w ith 1/ 6 size pans. Pan and adapter bars supplied by others. Pans
are recessed 3” (7.6c m) or 2” (5.1cm) and rest on adjustable pan supports. Pan opening to have a removable 20 -gauge stainless steel co ver.
Temperature in top o pening to m aintain 33° F (1° C) to 41 °F (5° C),
with pans recessed 3 ” (7.6c m), at 86 °F ambient roo m temperature,
meeting NSF7 requirements.
Exte rior back and bo ttom of base are co nstructed o f 24-gauge galva-
nized steel. Exterior ends are co nstructed o f 18-gauge galvanized
steel.
Unit has a stainless steel plate shelf 8.4” [21 .3 cm] high above the
doors.
Base interior has a 22 -gauge stainless steel back and bottom .
Interior ends and doo r frames are thermofo rmed ABS plastic. Base
is insulated w ith 1.5” (3 .8 cm) o f high density foamed in place
polyurethane.
Door(s) are c onstructed w ith ABS plastic interior liner and 22-
gauge stainless steel exterior front. Doo r(s) have a black recessed
handle and a snap in magnetic gasket which is easily replaceable.
Base is furnished w ith a blow er co il especially made to fit be hind
door mullion. Blower co il ho using to enclose refrigeration lines,
evaporator c oil, expansion valve and fans and includes thermostat
and solenoid valve.
Unit is mounted o n 6 .1 3” (1 5.6cm) high adjustable stainless steel legs.
Re frigeration Syste m Compone nts — HFC-404 A.
Electrical connections are 11 5 vo lts, 60 Hertz, single phase. Unit
must be hard wired.
