Notes:
1) If the machine has an AC controlled X-axis, this must be changed to a Servo controlled type
(closed loop control, +/-10V speed signal, encoder feedback)!
2) In case of 12V linear scale, replace it by a 5V type
3) In case of 40u linear scale, replace it by a 20u type
4) In case of a single linear scale application contact Delem
5) If the machine is equipped with add-on cards DI-43 (7259-00x) or DI-44 (7357-00x), these
cards should be replaced by the DI-01. In this case please indicate if you need the HSB bus
connection cables and the required lengths
6) The DA-65R does not accept the old DLA file format. Please contact Delem for conversion
possibilities of products and tools. The machine parameters should programmed manually.

10V analog output
The DA-65R is standard supplied with a 12-pole female FRB connector for the Y1 and Y2 linear
scale interface. For the X and AUX axis a 9-pole SUBD connector is standard available. Listed below
are the optional parts, which can be ordered together with the DA-65R.
