PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. CUTTING OF PLASTIC BUMPER COVER IS RECOMMENDED.
2. NOTE: It may be necessary to remove/relocate front license plate and license plate bracket. It
is not required, but strongly recommended. If local/state law requires a license plate, license plate relocation kit is available.
3. Starting at the driver side, remove the two factory bolts and the tow hook, (Figure 1). NOTE: This Bull Bar is not compatible with factory tow hooks and they will not be reinstalled.
4. Select the driver side Frame Bracket. Refer to illustration above for bracket configuration. Position the Frame Bracket onto the outside of the frame rail, (Figure 2). Secure the Bracket to the frame channel using the included (2) 12mm x 35mm Hex Bolts, (4) 12mm Flat Washers, (2) 12mm Lock Washers and (2) 12mm Hex Nuts, (Figure 2). Tighten hardware at this time.
5. Repeat Steps 3 & 4 for passenger side Frame Bracket installation.
6. Loosely attach the driver side Bull Bar Bracket to the Bull Bar using the included (2) 8mm x
25mm Hex Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers and (2) 8mm Flat Washers, (Figure 3). Center the Bracket on the end of the Bull Bar tube and snug but do not tighten at this time. Repeat this step for passenger side Bull Bar Bracket installation.
7. With assistance, position the Bull Bar assembly up to the outside of the Frame Brackets. Adjust the width or alignment of the Bull Bar Brackets if necessary. Insert the 10mm Double Nut Plate between the plastic bumper cover and the Bull Bar Bracket, (Figure 4). Bolt the Bull Bar Brackets to the Frame Brackets using the included (4) 10mm x 30mm Hex Bolts, (4) 10mm

Lock Washers and (4) 10mm Flat Washers, (Figure 5). NOTE: Do not tighten hardware at this time.
8. Level and adjust the Bull Bar and tighten all hardware. NOTE: It may be necessary to remove the Bull Bar to readjust the width of the Brackets on the Bull Bar and to tighten the 8mm hardware securing the Brackets to the Bull Bar.
9. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to
add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish. For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild soap may be used also to clean the Bull Bar.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Bull Bar.

Remove the factory tow hook and hardware. Tow hook will not be reinstalled
