When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be
followed, including:
• Read all instructions.
• Remove all bags and packaging
from appliance before use.
• Wipe down and dry Iced Beverage
Brewer before using for the rst
time.
• Use only water in this appliance
except as directed in the
Maintenance section of this manual.
• Prior to rst-time use, run the Iced
Beverage Brewer with just water – do
not use any tea – and then pour it
out. This will eliminate any odors or
dust that may have collected in the
Water Tank.
• For maintenance other than
cleaning, please contact us directly

PST Monday – Friday or by email at
support@storebound.com.
• To prevent the risk of re, electric
shock, or personal injury, do not
place the cord, plug, or unit near
water or other liquids.
• Always be sure to unplug the
appliance from outlet prior to
assembly, disassembly, and storage.
• Never leave appliance unattended
when in use.
• Children should be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
• Refrain from using attachments
that are not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer, as this
may result in re, electric shock, or
personal injury.
• WARNING: To avoid electric shock,
do not overll Water Tank.
• Never immerse the Iced Beverage
Brewer in water or any other liquid;
instead, wipe the surface with a
soft, damp cloth and properly
clean Water Tank according to the
Maintenance section of this manual.
• Do not use the appliance if any of
the parts are damaged.
• This appliance is not intended for
use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory,
or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge unless
they are provided with supervision
and instruction concerning use
of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
• Do not open the Brew Basket Lid
while the device is in operation.
• To prevent personal injury, do
not touch the surface of the
Iced Beverage Brewer during or
immediately following use. Allow
appliance to cool after each use.
• Allow Iced Beverage Brewer to cool
completely before moving, cleaning,
or disassembling.
• Do not let the cord touch hot
surfaces or hang over the edge of
tables or counters.
• Do not place appliance on or near a
hot gas burner, hot electric burner,
or in a heated oven.
• When disposing of the Iced
Beverage Brewer, do not discard
with general household waste;
instead, drop off at a designated
electronic waste recycling facility.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use
handles or knobs.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use
and before cleaning. Allow to cool
before putting on or taking off parts,
and before cleaning the appliance.
• Do not operate any appliance with
a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or has been
damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the nearest authorized
service facility for examination,
repair or adjustment.
• Scalding may occur if the lid is
removed during the brewing cycles.
• Do not use appliance for other than
intended use. Do not use appliance
outdoors or for commercial
purposes.
• Always attach plug to appliance rst,
then plug cord into the wall outlet.
To disconnect, turn any control to
“off,” then remove plug from wall
outlet.
• StoreBound shall not accept liability
for damages caused by improper
use of the appliance.
• Improper use of the Iced Beverage
Brewer can result in property
damage or even in personal injury.
• This appliance has a polarized plug
(one blade is wider than the other).
To reduce the risk of electric shock,
this plug will t in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not
completely t in the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not t, contact
a qualied electrician. Do not modify
the plug in any way.
• Extension cords are not
recommended for use with this
appliance. If an extension cord must
be used, make sure the electrical
rating of the wire is compatible with
the Iced Beverage Brewer.
• Caution: Extremely hot liquid.

POWER-SUPPLY CORD ADVISORY
a) A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is to be
provided to reduce risks resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over
a longer cord.
b) Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and
may be used if care is exercised in their use.
c) If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
1. The marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord or
extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the
appliance;
2. If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a
grounding type 3-wire cord; and
3. The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter
top or table top where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.
