Installation Guide	Heating cables

1 Introduction

In this installation manual, the phrase “heating cable” refers to heating cables in readymade lengths; heating cables on drums; heating cables on mesh; and preshaped taped heating cables.

2	Safety instructions

Heating cables must always be installed according to local building regulations and wiring rules as well as the guidelines in this installation manual.

•De-energize all power circuits before installation and service.

•Residual current device (RCD) protection is required. RCD trip rating is max. 30 mA.

•The screen from each heating cable must be earthed in accordance with local electricity regulations

•Heating cables must be connected via a switch providing all pole disconnection.

•The heating cable must be equipped with a correctly sized fuse or circuit breaker according to local regulations.

•Never exceed the maximum heat density (W/m or W/m²) for the actual application.

3	Installation guidelines

•Strongly recommended to use the heating cable together with an appropriate thermostat to secure against overheating.

•Caution! Do not use M1 classified cables in areas subject

to high mechanical loads or impact, such like outdoor applications, on steel reinforcing grids, in concrete with sharp stones, roof and gutters, etc.

The presence of a heating cable must

•be made evident by affixing caution signs in the fuse box and in the distribution board or markings at the power connection fittings and/or frequently along the circuit line where clearly visible (tracing).

•be stated in any electrical documentation following the installation.

•It is not recommended to install heating cables at temperatures below -5°C.

•Heating cable bending diameter must be at least 6 times the cable diameter. Do not bend connections.

4	Mechanical class

•Free end from cold lead must be protected by installer to avoid water from coming in.

M1— For use in applications with low risk of mechanical damage according to IEC 60800:2009, e.g. installed on even surfaces and embedded in screeds with no sharp objects. M2 — Can be used in applications with high risk of mecha-

nical damage according to IEC 60800:2009.

C — High mechanical strength according to IEC 60800:1992. MMM — Marking for high mechanical protection class according to NF C 32-330:2002.

5 Warranty

A 20-year full service warranty is valid for:

•heating cables incl. DEVIflex™, DEVIsafe™, DEVIsnow™, DEVIasphalt™, DEVIbasic™;

•heating mats incl. DEVIsnow™, DEVIasphalt™, DTCE. Not only does this warranty include costs of reparation or

replacement, but also installation and floor materials, such as damage to brickwork and tiles.

A 20-year product warranty is valid for:

•heating cables incl. DEVIaqua™.

A 10-year product warranty is valid for:

• DEVIcell™ insulation plates.

A 5-year product warranty is valid for:

•heating cables incl. DEVIbasic™ Drum, DEVIsnow™ Drum, DEVImulti™, DEVIsport™.

•self-limiting cables: DEVIiceguard™, DEVIpipeheat™, DEVIpipeguard™ Industry, DEVIhotwatt™.

Should you, against all expectations, experience a problem with your DEVI product, you will find that Danfoss offers DEVIwarranty valid from the date of purchase that was no later than 2 years from production date on the following conditions: During the warranty period Danfoss shall offer a new comparable product or repair the product if the product is found to be faulty by reason of defective design, materials or workmanship. The decision to either repair or replace will be solely at the discretion of Danfoss.

In addition to repair or replacement of the defective product Danfoss will also compensate installation costs and any damage to floor/surface materials (e.g. brickwork, tiles or roof surface) if the damage is caused by the defective product or is an unavoidable result of repairing the defective product for all products with full-service

warranty. Except for such costs and damage, Danfoss shall	EN
not be liable for any resulting losses or consequential or
incidental damages including, but not limited to, damages
to property or extra utility expenses. No extension of the
warranty period following repairs undertaken is granted.
The warranty shall be valid only if the WARRANTY
CERTIFICATE is completed correctly and in accordance
with the instructions, the fault is submitted to the installer
or the seller without undue delay and proof of purchase
is provided. Please note that the WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
must be filled in, stamped and signed by the authorized
installer performing the installation (Installation date
must be indicated). After the installation is performed,
store and keep the WARRANTY CERTIFICATE and purchase
documents (invoice, receipt or similar) during the whole
warranty period.
The DEVIwarranty shall not cover any damage caused
by incorrect conditions of use, incorrect installation or
if installation has been carried out by non-authorized
electricians. All work will be invoiced in full if Danfoss is
required to inspect or repair faults that have arisen as a result
of any of the above. The DEVIwarranty shall not extend to
products which have not been paid in full. Danfoss will,
at all times, provide a rapid and effective response to all
complaints and inquiries from our customers.
All claims exceeding the above conditions are explicitly
excluded from the DEVIwarranty.

1)Heating cables/mats can be customized for the specific project, depending on voltage, required output, length of heating cable and length of cold leads.

Note: It is the full responsibility of the installer/designer to use proper cold lead dimensioned for the purpose and assembly sets that establish sufficient mechanical strength, flammability resistance and water tightness - and to design the heating unit with correct output for the specific application to avoid overheating of the cable or building materials.

2)The heating cable shall only be installed in concrete or used while fully covered with non-flamable material e.g. soil or similar.

3)The cable are approved for use in contact with drinking water or water for human consumption - comply to Danish GDV (Godkendt til drikkevand) demands.

4)The cable are not approved for installation inside the water pipe and for use in contact with drinking water or water for human consumption, waste water, etc.!

1 Въведение

В това ръководство за монтаж фразата„Нагревателен кабел” се отнася за нагревателни кабели в готови за използване дължини; нагревателни кабели на барабани; нагревателни кабели в мрежа; и предварително оформени нагревателни кабели, задържани от лента.

2	Инструкции за безопасност

Нагревателните кабели трябва винаги да бъдат инсталирани според местните наредби в строителството и правилата за окабеляване, както и указанията в това ръководство за монтаж.

•Уверете се, че захранването е изключено, преди да започнете инсталацията или сервизни дейности.

•Нужна е дефектно токова защита . Токът на утечка трябва да е макс. 30 mA.

•Екранировката на нагревателния елемент трябва да бъде заземена в съответствие с местните норми за електрически инсталации.

•Нагревателните кабели трябва да са свързани посредством прекъсвач, осигуряващ изключване на всички полюси.

•Кабелът трябва да е оборудван с правилния размер стопяем или автоматичен предпазител в съответствие с местното законодателство.

•Никога не превишавайте максималното разпределение на нагряването (W/m или W/m²) за конкретното приложение.

•Силно препоръчваме да използвате отоплителния кабел заедно с подходящ термостат, за да се предпазите от прегряване.

•Внимание! Не използвайте класифицирани кабели M1 в области, които са предмет на високо механично натоварване или удар като външни приложения, върху стоманени армировъчни решетки, в

бетон с остри камъни, покрив и улуци и т.н.

Наличието на нагревателен кабел трябва

•да е ясно обозначено с предупредителни знаци в кутията на предпазителя в електроразпределителното табло или с маркировки на свръзките и/или на къси разстояния по захранващата верига, където да са ясно видими (трасиране).

•да се отрази във всички електрически документации след инсталацията.

3	Указания за инсталация
• Не се препоръчва инсталацията на нагревателни кабели при		• Свободният край от студения олово трябва да бъде защитен от

Ако вие, противно на всякакви очаквания, имате проблем със своя продукт DEVI, ще откриете, че Danfoss предлага гаранция DEVIwarranty, валидна от датата на покупка, която е не повече от 2 години от датата на производство, при следните условия: По време на гаранционния период Danfoss следва да предложи нов, сравним продукт или да поправи продукта, ако продуктът е счетен за неизправен поради дефект в дизайна, материалите или изработката. Решението за поправка или замяна е изцяло по усмотрение на Danfoss.

Освен ремонта или подмяната на дефектния продукт, за всички продукти с гаранция с пълно обслужване Danfoss ще компенсира и разходите за монтаж, както и всички щети по материалите на пода/повърхностността (напр. тухли, плочки или покривна

повърхност), ако щетата е причинена от дефектен продукт или е неизбежен резултат от ремонта на дефектния продукт. С изключение на подобни разходи и щети, Danfoss не носи отговорност за никакви възникнали загуби, последващи или

случайни щети, включително, но не само, щети върху собственост или допълнителни разходи за комунални услуги. Не се предоставя удължение на гаранционния период след извършени ремонти.

Тази гаранция е валидна само ако ГАРАНЦИОННАТА КАРТА е попълнена правилно и в съответствие с инструкциите, неизправността е подадена към техника или търговеца без

излишно забавяне и е представено доказателство за покупка. Обърнете внимание, че ГАРАНЦИОННАТА КАРТА трябва да се попълни, отпечата и подпише от упълномощения монтажник, извършващ монтажа (трябва да бъде посочена датата на монтажа). След като монтажът бъде извършен, съхранявайте и пазете ГАРАНЦИОННАТА КАРТА и документите за закупуване (фактура, разписка или подобно) през целия период на гаранцията.

Гаранцията DEVIwarranty не покрива щети, причинени от неправилни условия на ползване, неправилен монтаж или ако монтажът е извършен от неправоспособни електротехници. Всички дейности ще бъдат фактурирани изцяло, ако се налага Danfoss да инспектира или поправя неизправности, възникнали в резултат на някое от горепосочените. Забележка: Пълната отговорност на монтажника/дизайнера е да използва подходящ студен захранващ кабел

оразмерен за целта и монтажни комплекти, които да осигуряват достатъчна механична якост, устойчивост на запалимост и водонепропускливост, както и да проектират отоплителната инсталация с правилната мощност за конкретното приложение, за да се избегне прегряване на кабела или строителните материали.

2)Отоплителният кабел трябва да бъде монтиран единствено в бетон или да се използва когато е изцяло покрит с невъзпламеним материал, напр. почва, други подобни.

3)Кабелът е одобрен за употреба при контакт с питейна вода или вода за консумация от човека - спазвайте датските изисквания GDV (Godkendt til drikkevand).

4)Кабелът не е одобрен за монтаж във водопровода и за използване в контакт с питейна вода или вода за консумация от човека, отпадни води и др!

1 Úvod

V této instalační příručce se termín„topný kabel“ používá pro topné kabely v délkách připravených k okamžitému použití, topné kabely na bubnech, topné kabely na síťovině a předem tvarované topné kabely přichycené páskou.

2	Bezpečnostní pokyny

Chcete-li získat úplnou instalační příručku, registraci záruky, informace o výrobku, tipy a triky, adresy atd., navštivte stránky www.devi.com, www.devi.cz a www.cz.manuals.devi.com.

Instalace topných kabelů musí být vždy provedena ve shodě s místními stavebními předpisy a s pravidly pro elektrickou instalaci, a také musí být dodrženy pokyny uvedené v této instalační příručce.

•Před instalací a prováděním servisu musí být odpojeno napájení všech el. obvodů.

•Je vyžadována ochrana proudovým chráničem v souladu s místními platnými normami a předpisy. Hodnota sepnutí musí být max. 30 mA.

•Veškerá stínění topných kabelů musí být uzemněna ve shodě s místními předpisy pro elektroinstalace.

•Topné kabely musí být připojeny prostřednictvím spínače, který odpojuje všechny póly.

•Topný kabel musí být vybaven správně dimenzovanou pojistkou nebo jističem podle místních předpisů.

• Nikdy nepřekračujte maximální tepelnou hustotu (W/m	CZ
nebo W/m²) pro danou aplikaci.

•Důrazně doporučujeme použít topný kabel spolu s vhodným termostatem, který zajistí ochranu před přehřátím.

•Pozor! Nepoužívejte kabely s klasifikací M1 v místech vystavených vysokému mechanickému zatížení nebo nárazům jako jsou venkovní aplikace, na ocelové výztužné mříže, v betonu s ostrými kameny, střechou a okapem atd.

Přítomnost topného kabelu musí být

•označena připevněním výstražných nápisů ve svorkovnici a na rozvodnici nebo značek u připojení napájení, nebo často a zřetelně podél vedení;

•po instalaci uvedena ve veškeré dokumentaci k elektroinstalaci.

3	Pokyny k instalaci

•Nedoporučujeme provádět instalaci topných kabelů při teplotách pod –5 °C.

•Průměr ohybu topného kabelu musí činit alespoň šestinásobek průměru kabelu. Neohýbejte spojky a připojení.

•Volný konec z chladného vedení musí být chráněn instalátorem, aby se zabránilo vniknutí vody.

4	Mechanická třída

Kdybyste navzdory všem předpokladům zaznamenali potíže s výrobkem DEVI, společnost Danfoss nabízí záruku DEVIwarranty, která platí od data zakoupení

(musí však začít platit nejdéle do 2 let od data výroby) za následujících podmínek: V průběhu trvání záruky společnost Danfoss nabídne nový, srovnatelný výrobek nebo výrobek opraví v případě, že u výrobku budou nalezeny vady způsobené vadnou konstrukcí, vadou materiálu nebo zpracování. Rozhodnutí, zda bude výrobek opraven nebo vyměněn, závisí výhradně na posouzení společnosti Danfoss.

Kromě opravy nebo výměny vadného výrobku společnost Danfoss také vykompenzuje náklady na instalaci a jakékoli poškození materiálu podlahy či krytiny (např. zdiva, dlažby nebo střešní krytina), pokud je poškození způsobeno vadným výrobkem nebo je nevyhnutelným důsledkem

opravy vadného výrobku u všech výrobků s plnou zárukou na servis. Kromě těchto nákladů a škod nenese společnost Danfoss žádnou odpovědnost za žádné ztráty ani jakékoli následné nebo náhodné škody včetně, mimo jiné, škod na majetku nebo mimořádných výdajů týkajících se vytápění. Prodloužení záruční doby po provedených opravách není možné zaručit.

Záruka bude platná pouze v případě, že CERTIFIKÁT ZÁRUKY bude vyplněn správně a podle pokynů, závada bude neprodleně nahlášena montážní firmě nebo prodejci a bude předložen nákupní doklad. Upozorňujeme, že CERTIFIKÁT ZÁRUKY musí být vyplněn, opatřen razítkem

a podepsán autorizovaným montážním pracovníkem provádějícím instalaci (musí být uvedeno datum instalace). Po provedení instalace uložte CERTIFIKÁT ZÁRUKY a doklady o nákupu (faktura, stvrzenka a podobně) a uchovejte je během celé záruční doby.

Záruka DEVIwarranty se nevztahuje na žádné škody způsobené nesprávným použitím, chybnou instalací nebo pokud byla instalace provedena neautorizovaným elektrikářem. Pokud bude muset společnost Danfoss zkoumat nebo opravovat závady vzniklé v důsledku libovolné z výše uvedených příčin, budou veškeré práce fakturovány v plném rozsahu. Záruka DEVIwarranty se nevztahuje na výrobky, které nebyly zaplaceny v plné výši. Společnost Danfoss bude vždy rychle a efektivně reagovat na všechny reklamace a dotazy od svých zákazníků.

Poznámka: Instalatér/projektant je plně odpovědný za použití vhodného studeného konce dimenzovaného tak, aby

při jeho montáži na kabel byla zajištěna dostatečná mechanická pevnost, odolnost vůči hořlavosti a vlhkosti - a za návrh topné jednotky se správným výkonem pro konkrétní aplikaci tak, aby bylo zabráněno přehřátí kabelu nebo stavebních materiálů.

2)Topný kabel musí být instalován pouze v betonu nebo použitý tak, že je zcela zakryt nehořlavým materiálem, např. půdou a podobně.

3)Kabel je schválen pro použití ve styku s pitnou vodou nebo vodou pro lidskou spotřebu - splňuje požadavky dánské GDV (Godkendt til drikkevand).

4)Kabel není schválen pro instalaci do vodovodního potrubí a pro použití ve styku s pitnou vodou nebo vodou pro lidskou spotřebu, odpadní vodou atd.!

1 Einleitung

In dieser Installationsanleitung bezieht sich das Wort„Heizleitungen“ auf Heizleitungen in Normlängen, Heizleitungen auf Rollen, Heizleitungen auf Drahtmatte und mit Klebeband vorgeformte Heizleitungen.

2 Sicherheitshinweise

Um die vollständige Installationsanleitung, Garantieregistrierung, Produktinformationen, Tipps und Tricks, Adressen usw. zu erhalten, besuchen Sie www.devi.com, www.devi.de and www.de.manuals.devi.com.

Heizleitungen müssen immer unter Beachtung der örtlichen Bauvorschriften, Elektroinstallationsrichtlinien und den Vorgaben dieser Installationsanleitung installiert werden.

•Alle Stromkreise vor Installation und Wartung abschalten.

•Ein Fehlerstromschutzschalter (Residual current device — RCD) ist erforderlich. RCD-Auslösewert ist max. 30 mA.

•Jedes Heizleitungsgeflecht muss unter Einhaltung der örtlichen Elektrizitätsvorschriften geerdet.

•Heating cables must be connected via a switch providing all pole disconnection.

•Heizleitungen müssen über einen Schalter angeschlossen werden, der ein allpoliges Abschalten ermöglicht.

•Die Heizleitung muss entsprechend den lokalen Vorschriften mit einer korrekt ausgelegten Sicherung oder einem Leistungsschalter versehen sein.

•Überschreiten Sie niemals die maximale Wärmedichte (W/m oder W/m²) für die tatsächliche Anwendung.

•Es wird dringend empfohlen, das Heizkabel zusammen mit einem geeigneten Thermostat zu verwenden, um eine Überhitzung zu vermeiden.

•Achtung! Verwenden Sie keine nach M1 klassifizierten Leitungen in Bereichen mit hoher mechanischer Belastung oder Beanspruchung B. für Außenanwendungen, auf Stahl-

verstärkungsgittern, in Beton mit scharfen Steinen, Dach und Rinnen usw.

Das Vorhandensein einer Heizleitung muss

•durch Anbringen eines Warnzeichens im Sicherungskasten und am Verteiler oder durch Kennzeichnungen an den Stromanschlüssen und/oder mehrfach entlang der Stromleitung kenntlich gemacht werden (Tracing).

•in jeder elektrischen Dokumentation, die zur Installation gehört, angegeben werden.

3 Installationsrichtlinien

•Es wird empfohlen, Heizleitungen nicht bei Temperaturen unter -5°C zu verlegen.

•Der Biegedurchmesser der Heizleitung muss mindestens dem 6-fachen Leitungsdurchmesser entsprechen. Die Verbindungen dürfen nicht verbogen werden.

4	Mechanische Klasse

•Das freie Ende von kaltem Blei muss vom Installateur geschützt werden, damit kein Wasser eindringen kann.

M1— Zum Einsatz in Anwendungen mit geringer Gefahr mechanischer Beschädigung nach IEC 60800:2009, z. B. Installation auf ebenen Oberflächen und eingebettet in Estriche ohne scharfe Gegenstände.

Sollten Sie wider Erwarten bei Ihrem DEVI-Produkt auf Probleme stoßen, gewährt Ihnen Danfoss ab dem

Kaufdatum, solange dieses nicht mehr als 2 Jahre nach dem Produktionsdatum liegt, die DEVIwarranty unter folgenden Bedingungen: Während des Garantiezeitraums liefert Danfoss ein neues vergleichbares Produkt oder repariert das vorhandene Produkt, sofern festgestellt wird, dass dieses aufgrund der Ausführung, der Materialien oder der Herstellung fehlerhaft ist. Die Entscheidung, ob eine Reparatur oder ein Austausch vorgenommen wird, liegt allein bei Danfoss.

Neben der Reparatur oder dem Austausch des defekten Produkts erstattet Danfoss bei allen Produkten mit Full-Service-Garantie auch Installationskosten und Schäden an Boden-/Oberflächenmaterialien (z. B. Mauerwerk, Ziegel oder Dachfläche), wenn der Schaden durch das mangelhafte Produkt verursacht wurde

oder durch die Reparatur des mangelhaften Produkts unvermeidbar ist. Abgesehen von den vorgenannten Kosten und Schadensersatzleistungen haftet Danfoss für keine sich daraus ergebenden Verluste sowie

Folgeoder Nebenschäden, einschließlich jedoch nicht darauf beschränkt, von Sachschäden oder zusätzlichen Betriebsausgaben des Kunden. Eine Verlängerung des Garantiezeitraums nach durchgeführten Reparaturen wird nicht gewährt.

Die Garantie gilt nur dann, wenn das GARANTIEZERTIFIKAT vollständig und korrekt ausgefüllt wurde, der Defekt dem entsprechenden Installateur oder Verkäufer unverzüglich gemeldet wurde und ein Kaufnachweis vorliegt. Bitte

beachten Sie, dass das GARANTIEZERTIFIKAT von dem DE autorisierten Installateur, der auch die Installation

durchführt, ausgefüllt, abgestempelt und unterzeichnet werden muss (das Datum der Installation ist anzugeben). Bewahren Sie das GARANTIEZERTIFIKAT und die Kaufunterlagen (Rechnung, Quittung o. ä.) nach der Installation über den gesamten Garantiezeitraum hinweg auf.

Die DEVIwarranty deckt keine Schäden ab, die aufgrund unzulässiger Betriebsbedingungen, falscher Installation oder einer Installation durch einen nicht autorisierten Elektriker verursacht werden. Alle Arbeiten werden vollständig in Rechnung gestellt, falls festgestellt wird, dass für Danfoss eine Prüfung oder Reparatur von Defekten nötig wird, die durch einen der oben genannten Umstände verursacht wurden. Die DEVIwarranty gilt nicht für Produkte, die nicht vollständig bezahlt wurden. Danfoss wird jederzeit für eine schnelle und effiziente Beantwortung aller kundenseitigen Beanstandungen und Anfragen sorgen.

Hinweis: Es liegt in der alleinigen Verantwortung des Installateurs / Konstrukteurs, die für das Projekt geplanten bzw.

geeignete Kaltleiter zu verwenden sowie die Montagesets, die eine ausreichende mechanische Festigkeit, nicht Entflammbarkeit und Wasserdichtigkeit gewährleisten - und die Heizeinheit mit der richtigen Leistung für die spezifische Anwendung auszulegen, um eine Überhitzung der Kabel oder Baumaterialien zu vermeiden.

2)Das Heizkabel darf nur in Beton eingebaut oder verwendet werden, während es vollständig mit nicht brennbarem Material bedeckt ist, z.B. Boden oder ähnliches.

3)Das Kabel ist für die Verwendung in Kontakt mit Trinkwasser oder Wasser für den menschlichen Gebrauch zugelassen - gemäß den Anforderungen des dänischen GDV (Godkendt til drikkevand).

4)Das Kabel ist nicht für die Installation in der Wasserleitung und für die Verwendung in Kontakt mit Trinkwasser oder Wasser für den menschlichen Gebrauch, Abwasser usw. zugelassen!

Installationsvejledning Varmekabler

1 Introduktion

I denne installationsmanual dækker ordet “varmekabel” varmekabler i færdige længder; varmekabel på tromler; varmekabler på net og præformede limede varmekabler.

2 Sikkerhedsinstruktioner

For at få den fulde installationsvejledning, garantiregistrering, produktinformation, tips og tricks, adresser tec. besøg www.devi.com, www.devi.dk eller www.dk.manuals.devi.com.

Varmekabler skal altid installeres i henhold til de lokale bygningsregulativer og regler om kabelføring samt retningslinjerne i denne installationsmanual.

•Frakobl alle strømkredse før installation og service.

•Fejlstrømsrelæ (RCD) er påkrævet. Max. mærkeudløsestrøm 30 mA.

•Hver varmekabelskærm skal jordes i henhold til de lokale regler på elområdet.

•Varmekabler skal forbindes ved hjælp af en flerpolet afbryder.

•Varmekablet skal forsynes med en korrekt dimensioneret sikring eller strømafbryder i henhold til lokale regulativer.

•Den maksimale varmeeffekt (W/m eller W/m²) for den faktiske anvendelse må ikke overskrides.

3 Installationsvejledning

•Det anbefales kraftigt at bruge varmekablet sammen med en passende termostat for at sikre mod overophedning.

•Forsigtig! Undlad at bruge M1-klassificerede kabler i områder med høje mekaniske belastninger eller påvirkninger sådan som udendørs applikationer, på

stålforstærkende gitter, i beton med skarpe sten, tag og	DK
tagrender osv.
Tilstedeværelsen af et varmekabel skal

•synliggøres ved hjælp af advarselsskilte i sikringsskabet og eltavlen eller markeringer ved strømtilslutningsfittings og/eller regelmæssigt langs med kredsens ledning på let synlige steder (sporing).

•skal fremgå i al elektrisk dokumentation efter installationen.

•Det frarådes at installere varmekabler ved temperaturer på under -5 °C.

•Varmekablets bukkediameter skal være mindst 6 gange kablets diameter. Samlingerne må ikke bøjes.

•Fri ende fra kold ledning skal beskyttes af installatøren for at undgå, at vand kommer i.

4	Mekanisk klasse

M1 — Til anvendelse i systemer med lav risiko for mekaniske skader i henhold til IEC 60800:2009, f.eks. installeret på jævne flader og indbygget i afretningslag uden skarpe genstande.

M2 — Kan anvendes i systemer med høj risiko for mekaniske skader i henhold til IEC 60800:2009.

C — Høj mekanisk styrke i henhold til IEC 60800:1992. MMM — Mærkning for høj mekanisk beskyttelsesklasse i

Ud over reparation eller udskiftning af det defekte produkt dækker Danfoss også installationsomkostninger og eventuelle skader på gulve/overflader (f.eks. murværk, fliser eller tag), hvis skaden skyldes det defekte produkt eller er en uundgåelig følge af reparation af det defekte produkt for alle produkter med fuld servicegaranti. Med undtagelse af sådanne omkostninger og skader hæfter

Danfoss under ingen omstændigheder for deraf følgende tab eller følgeskader eller indirekte tab, hvilket, uden at være begrænset hertil, omfatter skader på ejendom eller yderligere forsyningsudgifter. Der bevilges ikke forlængelse af garantiperioden efter udførelse af reparationsarbejde.

Garantien er kun gyldig, hvis GARANTICERTIFIKATET udfyldes korrekt og i overensstemmelse med instruktionerne, og at fejlen uden unødig forsinkelse anmeldes til installatøren eller forhandleren, og

der fremvises et købsbevis. Vær opmærksom på, at GARANTICERTIFIKATET skal udfyldes, stemples og underskrives af den autoriserede installatør, der udfører installationen (installationsdatoen skal være anført). Når installationen er udført, skal GARANTICERTIFIKATET og købsdokumenterne (faktura, kvittering eller lignende) gemmes og opbevares i hele garantiperioden.

DEVIwarranty dækker ikke skader, der skyldes forkert brug, ukorrekt installation eller installationer, der ikke er udført af autoriserede elektrikere. Alt udført arbejde vil blive faktureret til normal pris, hvis Danfoss skal inspicere eller udbedre fejl, der skyldes nogen af ovenstående omstændigheder. DEVIwarranty omfatter ikke produkter, der ikke er betalt i sin helhed. Danfoss vil til enhver tid svare hurtigt og effektivt på alle klager og henvendelser fra vores kunder.

Alle erstatningskrav ud over ovenstående er udtrykkeligt udelukket fra DEVIwarranty.

Paigaldusjuhend	Küttekaablid

1 Sissejuhatus

Selles paigaldusjuhendis tähistab sõna„küttekaabel” valmispikkusega küttekaableid; küttekaableid trumlitel; küttekaableid võrgul; ja teipidega eelvormitud küttekaableid.

2 Ohutusjuhised

Täieliku paigaldusjuhendi, registreerimislehe, tooteinfo, aadresside jne. saamiseks külastag www.devi.com, www.devi.ee ja www.ee.manuals.devi.com.

Küttekaablid tuleb alati paigaldada kohaliku ehitusja kaabeldusmäärustiku ning paigaldusjuhendi kohaselt.

•Enne paigaldusja hooldustöid tuleb kõik toiteahelad pinge alt vabastada.

•Vajalik on rikkevoolukaitsekaitse (RCD) maksimaalse rakendusvooluga 30 mA.

•Küttekaabli varjestus tuleb maandada kohalike elektrieeskirjade kohaselt ning ühendada (RCD).

•Küttekaablid tuleb ühendada lüliti abil, millel saab välja lülitada kõik poolused.

•Küttekaabel peab olema varustatud kohalike eeskirjade kohaselt õige suurusega kaitsme või kaitselülitiga.

•Ärge ületage olemasoleva rakenduse maksimaalset soojustihedust (W/m või W/m²).

•Ülekuumenemise vastu on tungivalt soovitatav kasutada küttekaablit koos sobiva termostaadiga.

•Ettevaatust! Ärge kasutage M1 klassi kaableid piirkondades, kus esineb suuri mehaanilisi koormusi või lööke nagu välistingimustes, terasarmatuurvõredel, teravate kividega betoonil, katusel ja vihmaveerennidel jne.

Küttekaabli olemasolu tuleb

•teha selgelt arusaadavaks, paigaldades kaitsmekarbile, jaotuskilbile, toiteühendusliitmikele ja/või piki ahelat hästi nähtavatesse kohtadesse hoiatussildid või märgistused.

•märkida pärast paigaldamist kõigisse elektridokumentidesse.

3 Paigaldusjuhised

•Küttekaableid pole soovitatav paigaldada temperatuuridel alla –5 °C.

•Küttekaabli pöördediameeter peab olema vähemalt kuuekordne kaabli läbimõõt. Ühendusmuhve painutada ei tohi.

•Vee sissevoolu vältimiseks peab paigaldaja kaitstuma külma pliidi vaba otsa.

4	Mehaaniline klass

M1 — Kasutamiseks rakendustes, millel on standardi IEC 60800:2009 järgi madal mehaanilise kahjustuse risk, nt paigaldamiseks siledatele aluspindadele ja valamiseks teravate esemeteta põrandasegusse.

M2 — Saab kasutada rakendustes, kus on standardi IEC 60800:2009 järgi suur mehaanilise kahjustuse risk.

C — Suur mehaaniline tugevus standardi IEC 60800:1992 järgi.

MMM — Märgistus kõrge mehaanilise kaitseklassi kohta standardi NF C 32-330:2002 järgi.

20-aastase täieliku hooldusgarantiiga DEVI tooted:

•Küttekaablid: DEVIflex™, DEVIsafe™, DEVIsnow™, DEVIasphalt™, DEVIbasic™;

•küttematid, sh DEVIsnow™, DEVIasphalt™, DTCE. Lisaks remondija asendamise kuludele hõlmab see garantii ka põrandamaterjale ja nende paigaldamist näiteks keraamiliste plaatide jms. kahjustuste korral. Lisainfo saamiseks lugege allpooltoodud DEVIwarranty garantiitingimusi.

20-aastane tootegarantii kehtib:

10-aastane tootegarantii kehtib:

Kui teil peaks mingil põhjusel tekkima oma DEVI tootega probleem, pakub Danfoss DEVIwarranty garantiid, mis hakkab kehtima ostukuupäevast, mis ei tohi olla hilisem kui kaks aastat pärast toote valmistamiskuupäeva,

ja mis kehtib järgmistel tingimustel. Garantiiperioodi ajal asendab Danfoss vigase toote samaväärse tootega või parandab toote juhul, kui tootevea põhjuseks on konstruktsiooni-, materjalivõi tootmisdefekt. Remondivõi asendusotsuse teeb Danfoss oma äranägemisel.

Kõigi täisteenuse garantiiga toodete korral kompenseerib Danfoss lisaks defektse toote parandamisele või asendamisele ka paigalduskulud ja põranda-/ pinnamaterjali (nt tellisseinad, keraamilised plaadid või

katusepind) kahjustused, kui kahjustuse on põhjustanud defektne toode või see on defektse toote parandamise vältimatu tagajärg. Kui sellised kulud ja kahjud välja arvata, ei vastuta Danfoss mis tahes tagajärgede ega juhuslike kahjude eest, sealhulgas, kuid mitte ainult, varakahju või täiendavate kommunaalkulude eest. Garantiiperioodi ei pikendata pärast parandustöid.

Garantii kehtib üksnes juhul, kui GARANTII SERTIFIKAAT on vastavalt juhistele õigesti täidetud ning veast teatatakse paigaldajale või müüjale ilma asjatu viivituseta ja esitatakse ostutõend. Võtke arvesse, et GARANTII SERTIFIKAADI peab täitma, tembeldama ja allkirjastama volitatud paigaldaja, kes paigaldise teostab (märkida tuleb paigalduskuupäev).

Pärast paigalduse lõpetamist hoidke GARANTII EE SERTIFIKAAT ja ostudokumendid (arve, kviitung vms) alles

kogu garantiiperioodi vältel.

DEVIwarranty garantii ei kata kahjusid, mis on tekkinud ebaõigete kasutustingimuste või vale paigalduse tõttu või kui paigalduse on teostanud vastava volituseta elektrik. Kogu töö kohta esitatakse arve, kui Danfoss peab kontrollima või parandama vigu, mis on tekkinud mis tahes ülalnimetatud põhjusel. DEVIwarranty garantii ei laiene toodetele, mille eest pole täielikult makstud.

Danfoss vastab alati kiiresti ja asjakohaselt kõigile klientide kaebustele ja päringutele.

Tähelepanu: Paigaldaja/projekteerija vastutab täielikult selle eest, et kasutataks õige ristlõikega toitekaableid ning

ühenduskomplekte, et tagada vajalik mehhaaniline tugevus, tulekindlus ning veekindlus, samuti see, et kütteseade oleks konkreetse rakenduse jaoks õige võimsusega, et oleks välditud küttekaabli või ümbritsevate ehitusmaterjalide ülekuumenemine.

2)Küttekaabel peab kogu pikkuses olema ümbritsetud betooni või muu mittepõleva materjaliga, näiteks liivaga jne.

3)Kaabel on ette nähtud kasutamiseks kokkupuutel joogivee või olmeveega - järgige Taani GDV (Godkendt til drikkevand) nõudeid.

4)Kaabli paigaldamine veetoru sisse ja joogivee või olmevee, reovee jms kasutamiseks on keelatud!

1 Introducción

En este manual de instalación, el término «cable calefactor» hace referencia a cables calefactores de longitud predefinida, cables calefactores en bobinas; cables calefactores en malla y cables calefactores preformados y precintados.

2	Instrucciones de seguridad

Los cables calefactores deben instalarse siempre de acuerdo con las normas locales de construcción y con las normas de cableado, así como con las directrices de este manual de instalación.

•Desconecte todos los circuitos eléctricos antes de la instalación y el mantenimiento.

•Se requiere protección diferencial (ID). La corriente dif max es 30 mA.

•Todas las pantallas de los cables calefactores deben conectarse a tierra de acuerdo con las normas eléctricas locales y conectarse mediante un RCD.

•Los cables calefactores deben conectarse a través de un interruptor que permita la desconexión de todos los polos.

•El cable calefactor debe estar equipado con un fusible del tamaño adecuado o con un disyuntor, conforme a la normativa local.

3	Directrices de instalación

•No superar nunca la densidad calorífica máxima (W/m o W/m²) de la aplicación real.

•Se recomienda encarecidamente utilizar el cable calefactor junto con un termostato adecuado para evitar el sobrecalentamiento.

•Precaución: no utilizar cables clasificados como M1 en zonas

sujetas a elevadas cargas mecánicas o impactos tales como aplicaciones al aire libre, en rejillas de refuerzo de acero, en concreto con piedras afiladas, techos y canalones, etc.

La presencia de un cable calefactor debe:

• indicarse mediante la colocación de señales de precaución ES en la caja de fusibles y en el cuadro de distribución o

mediante marcas en los terminales de conexión eléctrica y frecuentemente a lo largo de la línea del circuito, cuando su trazado sea claramente visible.

•constar en toda documentación eléctrica con posterioridad a la instalación.

•No se recomienda instalar cables calefactores a temperaturas inferiores a –5 °C.

•El diámetro de curvatura del cable calefactor debe ser al menos seis veces superior al diámetro del cable. No doblar las conexiones.

•El instalador debe proteger el extremo libre del plomo frío para evitar que entre agua.

4	Clase mecánica

M1 — Para uso en aplicaciones con bajo riesgo de daño mecánico, de conformidad con la norma CEI 60800:2009, por ejemplo, instalación en superficies lisas y empotrado en entramado sin objetos afilados.

M2 — Para uso en aplicaciones con alto riesgo de daño mecánico conforme a la norma CEI 60800:2009.

C — Alta resistencia mecánica, conforme a la norma CEI 60800:1992.

MMM — Marca de clas — de alta protección mecánica, conforme a la norma NF C 32-330:2002

5 Garantía

Una garantía de 20 años de servicio completo es válida para:

•cables calefactores incl. DEVIflex™, DEVIsafe™, DEVIsnow™, DEVIasphalt™, DEVIbasic™;

•mallas de calefacción incl. DEVIsnow™, DEVIasphalt™, DTCE. Esta garantía no solo incluye los costos de reparación o reemplazo, sino también los materiales de instalación y del piso, como daños a los ladrillos y las losetas. Para más detalles, lea los términos y condiciones de DEVIwarranty a continuación.

Una garantía de 20 años del producto es válida para:

•cables calefactores incl. DEVIaqua™.

Una garantía de 10 años del producto es válida para:

• DEVIcell™ placas.

Una garantía de 5 años del producto es válida para:

•cables calefactores incl. DEVIbasic™ Drum, DEVIsnow™ Drum, DEVImulti™, DEVIsport™.

•cables autolimitados: DEVIiceguard™, DEVIpipeheat™,

DEVIpipeguard™ Industry, DEVIhotwatt™.

En el hipotético caso de que experimentara algún problema con su producto DEVI, podrá hacer uso de la DEVIwarranty que le ofrece Danfoss, con validez desde la fecha de compra, siempre que no hayan pasado más de dos años desde la fecha de fabricación y en los siguientes supuestos: Durante el periodo de garantía, Danfoss le facilitará un producto nuevo de iguales condiciones o reparará su dispositivo si fuera defectuoso debido a defectos en el diseño, los materiales o la fabricación. La decisión de reparar o sustituir el producto dependerá exclusivamente de Danfoss.

Además de la reparación o sustitución del producto defectuoso, Danfoss también compensará los costes de instalación y cualquier daño en los materiales del suelo/superficie (por ejemplo, albañilería, azulejos y superficie del techo) si los daños han sido causados por el producto defectuoso o son el resultado inevitable de

la reparación del producto defectuoso para todos los productos con garantía de servicio completo. Salvo en el caso de estos costes y daños, Danfoss no asumirá ningún tipo de responsabilidad por las pérdidas resultantes o por cualquier daño directo o indirecto que incluya, sin limitación alguna, daños materiales o gastos adicionales. No es posible ampliar el periodo de garantía tras haber realizado reparaciones.

La garantía tendrá validez solo si el CERTIFICADO DE GARANTÍA está debidamente cumplimentado y de acuerdo con las instrucciones, siempre y cuando que el defecto se comunique al instalador o proveedor a su debido tiempo adjuntando un comprobante de compra. Tenga en cuenta que el CERTIFICADO DE GARANTÍA debe ser cumplimentado, sellado y firmado por el instalador autorizado que realice la instalación (se debe indicar la fecha de instalación). Una vez realizada la instalación, guarde el CERTIFICADO DE GARANTÍA y los documentos de compra (factura, recibo o similares) durante todo el período de garantía.

DEVIwarranty no cubrirá ningún daño derivado de unas condiciones de uso inadecuadas o de una instalación incorrecta o llevada a cabo por un electricista no autorizado. Los trabajos deberán estar facturados en su totalidad en caso de que Danfoss requiera inspeccionar o reparar defectos derivados de alguna de las condiciones anteriores. DEVIwarranty no tendrá validez para productos que no hayan sido abonados en su totalidad. Danfoss facilitará en todo momento una respuesta inmediata y efectiva ante toda queja o consulta de nuestros clientes.

Todas las reclamaciones que excedan las condiciones anteriores quedarán explícitamente excluidas de la DEVIwarranty.
