IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always

be followed. These instructions should be saved for future reference:

• Read and familiarise yourself with all operating instructions using this deep
fat fryer.

• Before plugging your deep fat fryer into the mains, visually check that it is
intact and has not suffered any transit damage.

• Check that the voltage indicated on the data plate corresponds with that of
the local network before connecting before the appliance to the mains power

system or any other device.

in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Keep the appliance and

• Never fill the fryer more than its capacity – ensure that the oil level is

between the min and max marks.

• Always fit the lid during use and do not remove the lid whilst the food is
cooking.

• WARNING do not attempt to move the fryer whilst the oil is hot.

• Only use cooking oil with this fryer.

• CAUTION: The outside surface of the fryer will get hot

during use.
