1. Después de cada uso, apague (OFF) y desconecte el aparato. Abra las placas y permita
que se enfríen antes de limpiarlas.

2. Elimine los residuos de las placas con una brocha y absorba el aceite con un papel
absorbente o un paño seco. También puede limpiar las placas con un paño ligeramente
humedecido para eliminar las manchas y la acumulación de residuos de aceite y evitar
que la mezcla pegue.

3. Limpie el cuerpo del aparato con un paño suave seco. Nunca utilice limpiadores
abrasivos ni estropajos duros.

Cómo hacer wafles/gofres:

1. Precaliente el lado para hacer wafles/gofres al nivel deseado y abra las placas. Llene la
taza medidora proveída con mezcla. Vierta la mezcla en el centro de la placa inferior.

2. Esparza uniformemente la mezcla, usando una espátula resistente al calor. Cierre y gire
las placas 180°.

3. Al final de la cocción, la unidad emitirá tres pitidos y el indicador luminoso verde
se encenderá.

4. Gire las placas de tal manera que el indicador luminoso se encuentre arriba.
Retire entonces el wafle/gofre, soltando los bordes con una espátula de cocina
resistente al calor.

Cómo hacer tortilla de huevo:

1. Precaliente el lado para hacer tortilla de huevo al nivel deseado y abra las placas.
Vierta la mezcla de huevos batidos sobre la placa inferior.

2. Cierre las placas y espere por 20 segundos. Luego, gire las placas 180°.

3. Al final de la cocción, la unidad emitirá tres pitidos y el indicador luminoso verde
se encenderá.

4. Gire las placas de tal manera que el indicador luminoso se encuentre arriba.
Abra las placas y retire la tortilla de huevo.

Remove all packaging and any promotional
labels or stickers from your Breakfast
Express

. Wipe housing and baking plates
with a damp cloth to remove any dust from
the warehouse or shipping.

IMPORTANT!

Belgian Waffle/Omelet maker. Keep for future reference.

These helpful hints are intended to be a supplement to the Instruction Booklet.

In order to ensure safe operation and optimum performance,

please read the entire Instruction Booklet.

1. Once you have nished baking, press switch to the OFF position; remove plug from
electrical outlet. Leave top lid open and allow grids/plates to cool before cleaning.

2. To clean, simply brush crumbs from grooves and absorb any excess cooking oil by wiping
with a dry cloth or paper towel. You may also clean the plates by wiping with a damp cloth
to prevent staining and sticking from batter or oil buildup.

3. To clean exterior, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Never use an abrasive cleanser or harsh pad.

Making Wafes:

1. After the Breakfast Express® is preheated and ready for baking, open the wafe maker.
Fill the supplied measuring cup to the top. Pour batter evenly into the center of the
wafe plate.

2. Use a heatproof spatula to spread the batter evenly over the plate. Close top lid cover
and rotate the wafe side 180°.

3. When the wafe is baked to the desired doneness, the unit will beep three times and
the green indicator light will illuminate.

4. Rotate wafe maker with the lit indicator light to the top position. Remove the wafe by
gently loosening the edges with a heat proof spatula.

Making an Omelet:

1. After the Breakfast Express® is preheated and ready for baking, open the omelet maker.
Pour egg mixture evenly on the omelet plate.

2. Close top lid cover and let mixture stand for 20 seconds. Then rotate the omelet
side 180°.

3. When the omelet is baked to the desired doneness, the unit will beep three times
and a green indicator light located on the omelet cover will illuminate.

4. Rotate the omelet maker so that the lit indicator light is at the top position.
Raise the top cover and remove the baked omelet.

CLEANING AND CARE

The wafe/omelet maker must be unplugged and

completely cool before cleaning or storing.

ANTES DEL PRIMER USO

Retire el aparato del material de embalaje y quite
las etiquetas promocionales pegadas en su
cuerpo. Limpie el cuerpo del aparato y las placas
con un paño humedecido para eliminar el polvo
acumulado durante la fabricación y el transporte.

Conecte el cable a una
toma de corriente.
Ponga el botón de

encendido/apagado sobre “ON”.

Siempre aceite las
placas, usando

aceite o spray
vegetal sin sabor, antes
de la cocción.

Ajuste la temperatura al
nivel deseado. El nivel 1

producirá wafles/gofres o
tortillas de huevo poco cocidos.
El nivel 6 producirá wafles/gofres
o tortillas de huevo muy cocidos.
Cuando las placas estén listas, la
luz verde se encenderá y el aparato
emitirá seis pitidos.

Para abrir las placas:
ponga el pulgar encima

del asa inferior y el índice
debajo del asa superior. Empuje
hacia arriba y abajo para abrir. Para
cerrar: ponga el pulgar encima del
asa superior y los dedos debajo del
asa inferior; apriete para cerrar.
