Warning! Read all the instructions. Failure to adhere to the following instructions
may lead to electric shocks, res and/or serious injury. The term “electrical hand
tools” in the warning text below is referring to your mains operated or battery operated hand tool. SAVE THE INSTRUCTIONS.
1) The work space
a) Keep the work space clean and well illuminated. Cluttered and poorly lit
areas invite accidents.
b) Do not use electrical hand tools in explosive environments, i.e. nearby
ammable liquids, gas or dust. Electrical hand tools generate sparks that
could easily ignite dust or fumes.
c) Keep away from children and other spectators while using the electrical
hand tool. Distractions can make you lose your concentration and control.
2) Electrical safety

modify the plug in any way. Never use an adaptor together with earthed

body is earthed.

e) Maintenance of electrical hand tools.

Special Safety Rules for Sander
• Wear a dust mask while sanding and if possible also use a vacuum cleaner
connected to the machine.
• Be especially careful when sanding paint that may contain lead or when
sanding wood, metal, or other material that may produce hazardous sanding
dust. Also make sure that persons present at or near the worksite are
adequately protected.
• Grinding dust may be highly inammable when exposed to air.

Use
Install the grinding paper
1. Open the fastening clamps (5).
2. Place the grinding paper on the grinding plate with its sides parallel to the
grinding plate (6).
3. Fold the grinding paper up around the grinding plate at both ends.
4. Close the fastening clamps one after the other.
5. Make sure that the grinding paper is xed and not loose in any place. If it is
loose: Open one of the fastening clamps and press out the grinding paper until
it is totally at.
Start and stop with the power switch
• Press the power switch (1) to start the plane grinder, and release the power
switch to stop it.
• Press the switch (1) rst and then the power switch lock (2) to lock the
machine in the grinding mode without holding the power switch pressed, press
the power switch again to stop the plane grinder.
Grinding
• Hold the machine steady with both hands.
• Bring the machine forward and back, parallel to the grains of the work piece.
• Do not force the machine.
Grinding dust
Use a vacuum cleaner (or dust extraction) to remove the grinding dust: Press the
adapter (4) for the extraction sleeve coupling (3) and connect the vacuum cleaner
hose to the adapter.
Caution: Note that grinding dust is hazardous to your health and can be highly
inammable when coming in contact with air.
Disposal
Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. If you are
unsure about how to dispose of this product contact your municipality.

1) Arbetsutrymmet

2) Elektrisk säkerhet
a) Det elektriska handverktygets stickpropp måste passa i vägguttaget.

4) Användning och underhåll av det elektriska handverktyget
