Safety Instructions
• The appliance must always stand upright with the wheels underneath.
• The appliance must stand upright for at least 1 hour before it is used for the first
time. The same applies after the appliance has been moved or cleaned, etc.
• Never use the appliance if the mains lead, plug or any other part is damaged
or does not work properly. Never try to repair the appliance yourself. Leave it to
aprofessional.
• The appliance must not be covered in any way. Make sure that no foreign objects
cover or block the air inlet/outlet. Blockages can lead to fires, electric shocks or
damage to the product.
• Never use the appliance in areas where flammable liquids/materials or gases
(petrol, solvents, gas cylinders, etc.) are stored or used.
• Unplug the appliance from the wall socket when it is not in use. However, do not
use the plug to turn the appliance on and off. The appliance should be controlled
using the control knob.
• If the appliance is to be moved, first turn the control knob to OFF. Then unplug
the appliance and empty the water tank.
• Never expose the appliance to running water or other liquids. Liquid coming in
contact with electric components can be extremely hazardous.
• This product must not be used by anyone (including children) suffering from
physical or mental impairment. This product should not be used by anyone without
sufficient experience or knowledge unless they have been instructed in its use by
someone who will take full responsibility for their safety.
• Never let children play with the product.

Product description
The appliance draws in humid air from the surroundings and channels it past acooling
element inside the dehumidifier. When the humid air passes the cooling element,

the water vapour in the air condenses and runs into the water tank. The air then
passes through the condenser where it is warmed slightly before being blow out again.
Placement
• Make sure that the appliance is standing firmly on an even surface.
• The appliance should be placed where it can draw in air from the entire house.
• All interior doors should be opened. Close exterior doors and windows.
• If any part of your house suffers from severe humidity, the appliance can be placed
there first and then moved to another part of the house later.
• Position the appliance where the air can circulate freely, leave aspace of at least
10 cm around the unit.
• The appliance is fitted with wheels for extra mobility. If you move the appliance:
make sure that it is turned off and that the water tank is empty.
• Never place the appliance next to aradiator or heating appliance.

Use
1. Connect the appliance to apermanently installed 230 V wall socket.
2. Turn the control knob (13) on the hygrostat to the desired extraction level.
3. For continuous operation, turn the control knob to MAX.
4. To switch the appliance off, turn the control knob to OFF.
5. Do not use the appliance if the ambient temperature has settled below +15 ºC.
Emptying
• When the water tank is full the compressor will stop and the indicator lamp that
shows that the water tank is full will shine red.
• To empty the tank: Grasp the water tank handle (6) and pull the tank straight out.
• After emptying the tank, replace it and make sure that it is inserted correctly so
that the indicator lamp goes out and the dehumidifier starts again.
• Note: The indicator lamp will keep shining if the tank is not replaced properly.

Continuous drainage
When the unit is used in aroom with high humidity, the water tank will need to be emptied
frequently and it might be more practical to set the unit up for continuous drainage.

1. Remove the drain hole plug
(hole A) on the back of the unit
and connect adrain hose with
and internal diameter of 12mm.
NOTE! A drain hose is not
included.

2. Remove the water tank and use
the plug from hole A to plug the
drain hole in the tank (hole B).
NOTE: If the dehumidifier is set to MAX for continuous operation and placed on a sloping
floor, it must be aligned so that the corner with the drain hole is at the lowest point.
Otherwise there is a risk of the water leaking out.
NOTE! Make sure that the water runs freely through the hose and that it is firmly attached.
In case of cold weather, make sure the drain hose does not freeze.
3. Replace the water tank.

Care and maintenance
Use adamp cloth to clean the outer casing.
Never use solvents or corrosive cleaning products.
Cleaning the air filter

1. Remove the water tank
and filter holder.
3. Make sure that the filter is completely dry before replacing it.
4. Do not expose the filter to direct sunlight.
2. Use avacuum cleaner to clean the filter.
If it is very dirty wash it in warm water with
amild detergent.
Storage
If the appliance is not to be used for along time:
1. Turn off the appliance and pull out the plug from the wall socket.
2. Empty the water tank and dry it.
3. Cover the appliance and store it in an area not exposed to direct sunlight.

Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. If you are unsure of how to
dispose of this product, please contact your local authority.

Troubleshooting

• Is it plugged into awall socket?
• Is the wall socket live?
• Is the control knob set to MAX?
• Is the water tank inserted correctly and empty?
• Make sure that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked.
• Does the filter need cleaning?
• Make sure that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked.
• Is the humidity of the room already at alow level?
(this is normal in winter and spring)
• Is there awindow or door open?
• Is there anything in the room that creates alot of humidity?
• Make sure the appliance is standing on alevel surface.
• Check that the unit is not damaged in any way.
• If the continuous drainage option is not used, make sure
that the drain plug on the back (hole A) is tightly sealed.

Säkerhetsanvisningar
• Apparaten måste alltid stå ien upprätt position med hjulen nedåt.
• Innan apparaten tas ibruk för första gången skall den stå iupprätt position minst
1 timme innan den kan används. Det samma gäller om apparaten kommit ur sin
upprätta position genom att den flyttats, rengjorts etc.
• Använd aldrig apparaten om nätsladden, stickproppen eller någon annan del
är skadad eller inte fungerar korrekt. Försök aldrig reparera själv utan lämna
apparaten till en yrkesman.
• Apparaten får inte på något sätt övertäckas. Se till att främmande föremål inte
täcker för eller tränger in iluftinlopp/utlopp. Detta kan leda till elchock, brand eller
att produkten förstörs.
• Använd aldrig apparaten ilokaler där brandfarliga vätskor/ämnen eller gaser
(bensin, lösningsmedel, gasol etc.) förvaras eller används.
• Dra ur nätsladden ur vägguttaget när apparaten inte används. Använd dock aldrig
nätsladden för att slå till och från apparaten. Apparaten ska styras med kontrollvredet.
• Om apparaten flyttas skall först kontrollvredet ställas till OFF. Dra därefter ur
nätsladden ur vägguttaget och töm vattentanken.
• Utsätt aldrig produkten för rinnande vatten eller andra vätskor. Det kan utgöra
livsfara om vätska kommer ikontakt med elektriska delar.
• Produkten får inte användas av personer (inklusive barn) med begränsad fysisk
eller mental förmåga. Den får inte heller användas av personer utan tillräcklig
erfarenhet och kunskap, om de inte fått instruktioner om användningen av någon
som ansvarar för deras säkerhet.
• Låt aldrig barn leka med produkten.
