Probe Wipes help meet HACCP guidelines and are an ideal way of cleaning thermometer probes between temperature
checks to avoid cross-contamination. The 9150 box of individual packets each contain 200 wipes, each wipe consists of
70% Isopropyl alcohol. Sanitizing probes before and after use is recommended.
