1. I am having difficulties installing the camera driver and software. What Should I do?
If you encounter this issue, please uninstall the driver completely and restart your computer. Please reinstall the driver again. It's recommended you download the latest driver version from our website http://www.concord-
camera.com/support/downloads/downloads.htm.
1. From the Start button, click Settings > Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. Highlight the “Digital CAM” and click the Change/Remove button.
4. Proceed to the next step following the on-screen instructions.
5. Click Start > Shut Down.
6. When the Shut Down dialog box is displayed, choose Restart. Click OK to restart your computer.
If you encounter difficulties uninstalling the camera driver, please follow the steps below to uninstall the camera driver:
1. Download the camera web installer from our website.
2. Install the web installer following the on-screen instructions.
3. After finishing the installation of the web installer, two drivers will be displayed when you enter the Add/Remove Programs.

4. Highlight the Concord 5345z camera driver. Follow the on-screen guide to remove the driver.
5. After removing the web installer, please uninstall the old camera driver.
6. Highlight the DigitalCAM and remove the driver following the on-screen guide.
7. Click Start > Shut Down.
8. When the Shut Down dialog box is displayed, choose Restart. Click OK to restart your computer.
2. Does this camera have a burst shooting feature?
The Concord camera does not have a burst (or continuous) shooting feature.
3. What type of memory card(s) can I use for my Concord camera?
This camera is compatible with a Secure Digital (SD) card and MultiMedia Card (MMC). Please use cards that have a capacity of 16 MB or more. We recommend the use of internationally recognized brands of memory cards for optimal performance.
4. I am a Windows 2000 user. I am having difficulties restarting my PC after installing the VideoWave. What should I do?
After installing VideoWave, a message will pop up to ask whether you want to reboot your computer or not. Just click on "NO" and reboot the PC manually after the installation is completed. If you click “YES”, it may take between 4 and 7 minutes to reboot. The restart time is determined by your computer’s configuration and the type of software and applications already installed on your PC.
5. I am having difficulty using the VideoWave software. What should I do?
If you do not reboot your PC after installing VideoWave you may encounter difficulties and may see the pop up message shown below. Just restart your computer and you will be able to use VideoWave.
