Safety

•The vacuum cleaner should only be used as described in the manual. Only use accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer.

•Do not expose the vacuum cleaner and its mains lead to moisture, blows or high temperatures.

•Never immerse the vacuum cleaner in water.

•Do not expose the vacuum cleaner to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

•Do not use the vacuum cleaner if the mains lead or its plug is damaged. Do not use the vacuum cleaner if you have dropped it on the floor, left it outdoors or if it has been in contact with water.

•Do not leave the vacuum cleaner unattended when it is connected to a power point.

•Always unplug the vacuum cleaner from the power point when it is not in use. Turn the vacuum cleaner off and grip the plug itself when disconnecting it from the wall socket. Do not pull the lead.

•Do not vacuum outdoors or on wet surfaces. Store the vacuum cleaner indoors.

•Do not carry or pull the vacuum cleaner around by the mains lead and avoid closing a door on the lead and pulling it around sharp edges or corners.

•Do not insert any item into any opening other than the suction port.

• Keep the air intake free from dust, fluff, hair and anything that

	can reduce the airflow.	ENGLISH
	• Do not vacuum any burning or smoking objects such as hot
	ashes, matches or cigarette butts. Do not vacuum any liquids.
	• Do not use the vacuum cleaner for vacuuming construction
	site waste such as cement, gypsum or concrete dust.
	• Take extra care when vacuuming on stairs.
	• Do not use the vacuum cleaner if the air intake dust filter or
	exhaust filter is damaged, clogged or not in place. Always use
	the correct dust filter.
	• The vacuum cleaner should not be used if it or the mains lead
	is in any way damaged or malfunctioning.
	• The vacuum cleaner must only be repaired by qualified service
	technicians.
	• The mains lead should be checked regularly. Do not use
	the vacuum cleaner if the mains lead or its plug is damaged.
	• The mains lead must be changed if damaged. This is to
	prevent the risk of electric shock or fire and should only be
	carried out by the manufacturer, authorised service facility or
	a qualified tradesman.
	• The vacuum cleaner can be used by children aged from
	8 years and above if they have been given supervision or
	instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
	if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user
	maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are
	older than 8 and supervised.
	• Keep the vacuum cleaner and its mains lead out of reach of
	children under the age of 8.
	• The vacuum cleaner may be used by persons with reduced
	physical, sensory or mental capability, lack of experience or
	knowledge which could jeopardise their safety, provided they
	have been given proper supervision or instruction regarding
	the safe use of the product and understand any hazards involved.
	• Never let children play with the vacuum cleaner.

Operation

1. Attach the suction hose by pressing	2. Connect the extendible tube
the end down into the suction port	to the hose.
and twisting it clockwise.

3.Attach the floor nozzle to the extendible tube and set the selector switch to either the carpet or hard floor setting.

4.Extend the mains lead. Note: Do not extend the mains lead further than to the red mark.

5.To rewind the mains lead, press

the rewind button [  ] with one hand and guide the lead with the other hand to ensure that it does not whip and cause any damage.

6.Switch the vacuum cleaner on and off using the [   ] button.

Care and maintenance

•Change the dust bag when the Full dust bag indicator turns red.

•Turn off and unplug the vacuum cleaner from the wall socket before cleaning it.

•Clean the vacuum cleaner by wiping it with a damp cloth. Use only mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.

Changing the dust bag

1.Open the dust bag compartment by lifting the cover.

2.Release the catch and remove the old dust bag.

3.Insert the new dust bag and lock it in place with the catch.

Replacing the air filter

1.Open the dust bag compartment by lifting the cover.

2.Release the catch and pull out the filter bracket assembly. Separate the filter from the bracket assembly.

3.Rinse the filter in lukewarm water and allow it to air-dry. Never wash the filter in a washing machine. Do not use a hair dryer or similar to dry it.

4.Refit the clean filter when it is completely dry.

You may also replace the filter with a new one.

Changing the (HEPA) exhaust filter

1.Remove the exhaust filter assembly.

2.Remove the old filter from the holder and insert a new one.

3.Refit the filter assembly.

Responsible disposal

This symbol indicates that this product should not be disposed of with general household waste. This applies throughout the entire EU. In order to prevent any harm to the environment or health hazards caused by incorrect waste disposal, the product must be handed in for recycling so that the material can be disposed of in a responsible manner. When recycling your product, take it to your local collection facility or contact the place of purchase. They will ensure that the product is disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.

• Dammsug inte heta föremål som aska, tändstickor eller cigarettfimpar. Dammsug inte heller någon form av vätska.

• Använd inte dammsugaren för att suga upp rester från byggnadsarbete, t.ex. gipsdamm eller betongrester.

• Var extra försiktig vid dammsugning i trappor.

• Dammsug inte om insugseller mikrofiltret är skadat eller inte

		• Dammsugaren får användas av barn från 8 år om de har fått
		instruktioner om hur den på ett säkert sätt ska användas och
		förstår faror och risker som kan uppkomma. Rengöring och
		skötsel får utföras av barn från 8 år i vuxens närvaro.
		• Håll dammsugaren och dess nätsladd utom räckhåll för barn
		under 8 år.
		• Dammsugaren får användas av personer med någon form av
		funktionsnedsättning, brist på erfarenhet eller kunskap som
		skulle kunna äventyra säkerheten, om de har fått instruktioner
		om hur produkten på ett säkert sätt ska användas och förstår
		faror och risker som kan uppkomma.
		• Låt aldrig barn leka med dammsugaren.
