Safety
• The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• The hand mixer must not be used continuously for longer than 10 minutes. Let the mixer cool down before reusing it.
• The power lead should be regularly checked. Never use the device if the power lead or plug is damaged.
• The power lead must be changed if damaged in order to avoid the risk of chock or fire, but this should only be done by the manufacturer, qualified service station or professional.

Operating Instructions
NOTE: Clean whisks and dough hooks before the first use. Dishwasher safe.
• Make sure the plug is disconnected from the wall socket and the speed level selector is at “0”.
• Insert the whisks/dough hooks to the holes on the bottom. When you hear a click sound they are properly inserted.
• Connect the transformer to a 230 V wall socket.
• Set the whisks in the type of food which is being whisked before you start the electric hand mixer.
• Choose desired speed with the speed selector.
• You can activate the turbo button at any speed to increase the speed somewhat.
• Keep in mind when working with heavier doughs such as rye that the hand mixers maximum capacity is 750 g.
Release whisks/dough hooks
1. Let the device stop completely.
2. Unplug from the wall socket.
3. Push the release button.
Care and Maintenance
• Always unplug the device from the wall socket before cleaning.
• Wash the whisks and dough hooks after use. Dishwasher safe.
• Do not expose the motor part to water. Clean it with a damp cloth instead.

Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. If you are unsure about the disposal of this product contact your municipality.
