CW2450 & CW2451 LED WORKLAMPS
CODE3 INC. CW2450 and CW2451 LED Worklamps feature a fully adjustable mounting bracket that allows it to be rotated 360º as well as angled upwards or downwards. A convenient (removable) handle made of reinforced nylon allows easy repositioning. Other features include an aluminum heatsink housing, tough polycarbonate lens, on/off switch and nine 3-watt LEDs that produce a high-intensity beam. These worklamps are designed to perform in the harshest
of work environments and offer all the benets of LED technology
including the brightest white light output, a long, maintenance-free service life and extremely low current consumption.

1. Proper installation combined with operator training in the installation, use, care and maintenance of vehicle equipment accessories is essential to ensure the safety of you and those you are trying to protect.
2. Exercise caution when working with live electrical connections.
3. This product must be properly grounded. Inadequate grounding and/or shorting of electrical connections can cause high
current arcing, which can cause personal injury and/or severe vehicle damage, including re.
4. Proper placement and installation are vital to the performance of this worklamp. Install this product so that output performance of the system is maximized and the controls are placed within convenient reach of the operator so that s/he can operate the system without losing eye contact with the work area.
5. It is the responsibility of the vehicle operator to ensure during use that all features of this product work correctly. In use, the vehicle operator should ensure the projection of the beam is not blocked by vehicle components (i.e., open trunks or compartment doors), people, vehicles, or other obstructions.
6. The manufacturer assumes no liability for any loss resulting from the use of this device.

Installation Instructions:
1. Select a mounting location for the unit on a at surface. Place the unit base, at side down, on the surface.
2. Use the four holes in the base to mark the drill locations for mounting. It may be necessary to remove the light head from the base by turning the base handle counter-clockwise until the head can be removed. For reference, the mounting holes are 50mm x 30mm square, center-to-center.
3. Drill four 5.5mm diameter through holes through the mounting surface. Align the base with the mounting holes and place the M5 hex head bolts through the base and the holes. Place a washer on the other end of the bolt and tighten with the M5 nut. Repeat for the other three bolts.
4. Place the light head back in the base and turn the handle clock wise until the head is captured. Position the light in the appropriate direction and fully tighten using the handle.

Manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found by the Manufacturer to be defective and subject to this Limited Warranty.
