Instructions
Before beginning this modification or attempting
any maintenance, remove the electrical power and air
source from the machine; also, bleed off any stored
compressed air by exhausting through the air blast foot
valve.

Cage Bracket Mounting Configuration
1. With a speed handle and 3/8-inch socket, remove
the two bolts that fasten the tool/lube holder bracket to
the machine. Reserve fasteners.
3. Remove four bolts to open the inflation tower
access panel.
4. Use five 3/8-16 x 7/8 inch bolts and 3/8-16 nuts to
fasten cage bracket B to machine inflation tower and
cage bracket A. Align bracket B and insert fasteners
through the bracket plates and tower, then secure.

5. Reinstall the inflation tower access panel.
6. Use two 3/8-16 x 7/8 inch bolts and 3/8-16 nuts to
fasten cage bracket C to cage bracket A. Align bracket
C and insert fasteners through the bracket plates, then
secure via bracket B access hole.

2. Use reserved fasteners to bolt tool/lube holder
bracket and cage bracket A to machine inflation tower.
Align brackets and insert fasteners through the bracket
plates and tower, then secure.
7. Refer to the Tire Inflation Cage Kit 85607770
instructions for its attachment and setup procedure.
8. Reconnect the air and electric supply to the
machine. Test the machine for full function before
returning the machine to operation.

Location of Tire Inflation Cage
Provide at least three feet of clear space between
the Tire Inflation Cage and building walls. When a tire
fails, the explosive release of air will throw all movable
objects in the path of the expanding compressed air.
