The Omega Omicron is a scaled-down Omega Mono, beautifully

executed to preserve every technical and sonic advantage. It

successfully combines subtlety and nuance-commonly associated

with low-output amplifiers-with the control and authority that only

come with real power. The Omega Omicron is fully balanced from

input to output, boasts a massive, fully regulated power supply,

over-built output stage and numerous other design details shared

with the larger and more costly Omega Mono.

And no amplifier joins the Classé family of elite sonic performers

without going several steps beyond technical sophistication.

The Omega Omicron benefits from hundreds of hours of listening

where every aspect of the design is proven and refined. Component

parts, circuit layout and the multilayer circuit boards themselves

were all selected on the basis of their contribution to the

sonic excellence of the amplifier.

Although it appears almost petite beside its bigger brother,

the Omega Omicron is a true power-house. It is rated at 300W

into 8 ohms and delivers 600W into 4 ohms and 1,200W into

2 ohms. Were a speaker to require it, the impressive supply and

output stage of the Omega Omicron is stable below 1 ohm

and capable of delivering over 1,800W.
