After wiring the DC power supply, remove the tape from the circuit breaker switch handle and
reinstate power by moving the handle of the circuit breaker to the ON position.

cause serious burns or weld the metal object to the terminals.

An exposed wire lead from a DC-input power source can conduct harmful levels of electricity. Be
sure that no exposed portion of the DC-input power source wire extends from the terminal block
plug.

FCC Class A

Modifying the equipment without Cisco’s authorization may result in the equipment no longer
complying with FCC requirements for Class A or Class B digital devices. In that event, your right to use
the equipment may be limited by FCC regulations, and you may be required to correct any interference
to radio or television communications at your own expense.

This equipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC rules. A label on the bottom of the chassis contains
the FCC registration number in the format US:5BIDDNAN0006. If requested, this information must be
provided to the telephone company.

If this equipment causes harm to the telephone network, the telephone company will notify you in
advance that temporary discontinuance ofservice maybe required.If advancenotice is not practical, the
telephone company will notify you as soon as possible. You will be advised of your right to file a
complaint with the FCC if you believe it is necessary.

equipment meets certain telecommunications network protection, operation, and safety

Definitions of Service Request Severity

To ensure that all service requests are reported in a standard format, Cisco has established severity
definitions.

Severity 1 (S1)—Your network is “down,” or there is a critical impact to your business operations. You

Severity 2 (S2)—Operation of an existing network is severely degraded, or significant aspects of your
