In the majority of the EU and other European Countries, the 2.4- and 5-GHz bands have been made available for the use of wireless LANs. Table 1 provides an ov erview of the regula tory requirements in general applicable for the 2.4- and 5-GHz bands.

The radio module has been evaluated under FCC Bulletin OET 65C (01-01) and found to be compliant to the requirements as set forth in 47 C FR Sections
2.1091, 2.1093, and 15.247 (b) (4) addressing RF Exposure from radio frequency devices. This model meets the applicable government requirements for exposure to radio frequency waves.
This wireless phone contains a radio transceiver. The radio transceiver and
tenna have been designed to meet the RF emiss ion requirements for human
