SHELF MOUNTED PLATE WARMERS
For Plates Up To 12 3/4” Diameter
CONSTRUCTION...Completely welded
double wall cabinet construction. High
density fiberglass insulation.
SHELF MOUNTING PROVISIONS...
Stationary clips & hardware provided to
mount unit to shelf in field. Minimum
shelf load required for mounting: HP38 395 lbs (179 kg), HP40 - 415 lbs (188
kg), HP42 - 435 lbs (197 kg), HP58 - 600
lbs (272 kg), HP65 - 675 lbs (305 kg).
CABINET MATERIAL...All stainless steel
construction; 20 gauge polished exterior,
16 gauge interior base. Powder coated
aluminum door.
DOOR... Blue powder coated aluminum
door. Flip up style with menu card
holder. Door is recessed above plates
when cabinet is open.
INSULATION... High density fiberglass, 1
1/2” thick on sides and top.
CABINET CAPACITY...Plate capacity
depends on stacking height/thickness of
plates. Accommodates plates up to 12
3/4” in diameter.
GREASE FILTER... Two piece washable
pull-out grease filter. Dishwasher safe.
CONTROLS... Recessed on/off switch.
Red power-on indicating light. Red low
temperature indicating light for auto-reset
high limit.
HEATING SYSTEM... Top mounted
convection heating system. Factory set
for 155 degrees. Maximum heat of 185
degrees. Incoloy-sheathed heating
elements, on/off switch with breaker,
power indicating light and trouble
indicating light.
ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS...
Operates on 120 volts, 60 cycle, single
phase, 1920 watts, 16 amps. Six foot 3
wire rubber cord with 3 prong grounding
plug. NEMA 5-20P (Specify left or right
end cord mounting with order).
OPTIONS/ACCESSORIES...
Sliding doors in lieu of flip-up door

DOUBLE WALL STAINLESS STEEL
CONSTRUCTION... Strongest, most
durable materials for long life and easy
cleaning. High density fiberglass
insulation for maximum heat retention.
HIGH PERFORMANCE HEATING
SYSTEM... Blower system for fast heat up,
recovery and heat distribution throughout
cabinet. Simple on-off switch with power
indicating light and red service indicator
light for simple operation. Factory pre-set
at 155 degrees.
GREASE FILTERS... Protect heater
components from grease and dirt so
unit may be mounted conveniently
above grill or saute station. Simple
pull-out design for easy removal and
cleaning. Filters can be washed by
hand or run through an automatic
dishwasher.
FLIP UP DOOR... For easy plate access,
door can be pushed up into recessed
track. Includes conveniently located menu
card holder.
