1. WARNING! Read and follow all instructions.
2. For Household Outdoor Use Only ­Do Not Use Indoors or on recreational vehicles or boats. Never use as a space heater. Not for commerical use.
3. WARNING! To reduce the risk of serious or fatal injury from breathing toxic fumes and from explosion and fire as a result of leaking gas, use only outdoors in an open area with good ventilation. As with all conventional fuels, the burning process consumes oxygen and produces toxic gases, including Carbon Monoxide. 37. Never lean your body over the LP gas grill when lighting it or while it is in use or hot.
38. Do not attempt to disconnect, move or alter any gas fittings while your LP gas grill is in operation.
39. Your LP gas grill should be cleaned on a regular basis. Refer to Care and Maintenance section in this manual.
31. Do not use charcoal in an LP gas grill. Do not use aerosols or store flammable liquids or materials near this LP gas grill.
32. WARNING! Do not wear loose clothing (example: hanging shirt tails, clothing with frills, etc.) around an LP gas grill while in use or hot.
33. Never use an LP cylinder if it shows signs of: dents, gouges, bulges, fire damage, corrosion, leakage, excessive rust or other forms of visual external damage; it may be hazardous and should be checked by a
Liquefied Petroleum supplier. Do not use an LP cylinder
with a damaged valve.
34. Even though your LP cylinder may appear to be empty, gas may still be present and the cylinder
should be transported and stored accordingly.
35. Never store an LP gas cylinder indoors (empty or filled). If storing the gas grill indoors, disconnect LP gas cylinder and store it outdoors out of the reach of children.
40. This LP gas grill is not designed to be used with more than 66% of the cooking area as a solid plate (griddle). Full coverage of plates will cause excessive heat and could damage the grill.
41. Never douse the grill with water when its surfaces are hot because it may cause grease to splatter or the porcelain cooking grids to break.
42. When not in use, the LP cylinder valve must be
turned to “Off” position.
43. Always leave the control panel cover open during use
to prevent excess heat buildup and damage to your grill.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT! Please Read!
Please read all the instructions in this manual before beginning assembly.
Follow them in order.
PREPARATION FOR ASSEMBLY: Two People will be required for removing parts from the carton and for some assembly. Look in the Parts List on page 5 to find the exact parts you need.
Do not throw away any packaging until you have located all the parts (Some items are already pre-
assembled on the grill).
Remove all the parts from the carton and lay them on a smooth, clean surface (You may cut
the carton, spread it out, and use it as a pad to protect part finishes).

Step 1 - Unpacking the Grill
•Open the Carton
•Cut the sides of your carton and fold down as shown.
•Remove The contents from the grill.
•Remove all packing materials from inside the grill.
•Set the Grill Body aside for later use.
•Use the Packing Blocks to support the grill until ready to assemble.
NOTICE: Be careful and do not set the
Grill Body on the Manifold Extension. Bending or damaging this connection
can make the grill unusable.
STEP 2 - Assemble the Pedestal
•With Base upside down, screw Caster Assembly (Item 28) into Caster mounting hole. Rotate clockwise to tighten.
•Place Base right side up.
•Using Locating Bolts, position half of the Pedestal onto Base and secure into
place with 2 M6 X15 bolts as shown. No nuts are required.
•Assemble other half of Pedestal to Base.

•Attach Cylinder Retaining Wire (Item 26) through hole in back of Pedestal as shown in detail.
STEP 3 - Assemble the Grill Body
CAUTION: TWO PEOPLE REQUIRED!
•Make sure contents of grill have been removed for easy lifting.
•Place Body on Pedestal.
•Note: The Regulator and Hose should be hanging down inside the pedestal.
•Carefully Open Hood
Caution:
Do not leave grill unattended until
bolts are secured.
