SVENSKA

1. Demontera kåpan (1) över motorn. För att underlätta monteringen, lyft

upp elektronikboxen (2) och demontera dess låda (3).

2. Montera ihop värmare och slangar, se bild B.

3. Lossa originalslangen från kupévärmeväxlaren och anslut slangen (4)

från värmaren till kupévärmeväxlaren, se till att slangen ligger bakom

bränsleledningarna. Bild C.

4. Lyft bilen och demontera skyddet under motorn.

5. Använd bifogat fäste (5), skruv/mutter och distans för att sätta fast vär-

maren i motorfästet, se bild D.

6. Anslut den lossade originalslangen (6) mellan motorn och kupévärmaväx-

laren till värmarens övre anslutning, bild E.

7. Montera tillbaka elektronikboxen och dess låda, kåpan över motorn samt

skyddet under motorn.

SUOMI

1. Irrota moottorin suoja (1). Helpottaakseen asennusta nosta
tietokoneboxi (2) ylös ja irrota sen laatikko (3).

2. Asenna letkut lämmittimeen, katso kuva B.

3. Irrota alkuperäinäen letku lämmönvaihtimesta ja yhdistä letku (4)
moottorin lämmittimestä lämmönvaihtimeen, tarkista että letku tulee
polttoaine letkujen taakse. Kuva C.

4. Nosta auto ylös ja poista moottorin pohjasuoja.

5. Käytä mukanatuleva kiinnike (5), ruuvi/mutteri ja holkki kiinnittääksesi
lämmitin moottorin kiinnikkeeseen, katso kuva D.

6. Yhdistä irrotettu alkuperäinen letku (6) moottorin ja lämmövaihtimen
välistä lämmittimen yläliitokseen, kuva E.

7. Asenna tietokoneboxi ja sen laatikko paikalleen ja moottorin ylä ja
ala suoja.

8. . Täytä jäähdytysjärjestelmä ja suorita ilmaus käyttöohjekirjan mu­kaisesti. käynnistä moottori ja tarkista mahdolliset vuodot.

ENGLISH

1. Remove the cover (1) over the engine. To facilitate assembly, lift up
the electronics unit (2) and remove the box (3).

2. Assemble heater and hoses see picture B.

3. Loosen the original hose from interior heat exchanger and connect
hose (4) from the heater to the interior heat exchanger, make sure
the hose is behind the fuel lines. See picture C.

4. Lift the car and remove the cover under engine.

5. Use supplied bracket (5) screw, nut and distance washer to fit the
heater to the engine supply. See picture D.

6. Connect the original hose (6) to the heaters top connection sleeve,
see picture E.

7. Remount the electronic unit and it's box. Remount the cover over and
under the engine.

8. Fill up with coolant and vent the cooling system, see the instruction
book. Run the engine and check that there is no leakage.

1. Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung über dem Motor (1). Um die Montage
zu erleichtern, heben Sie die Elektronikeinheit (2) an und entfernen
Sie das Gehäuse (3).

2. Montieren Sie die Schläuche am Motorvorwärmer siehe Abbildung
B.

3. Lösen Sie den Originalschlauch vom Innenraumwärmetauscher und
verbinden Schlauch (4) vom Motorvorwärmer zum Innenraumwär­metauscher. Achten Sie darauf, dass sich der Schlauch hinter den
Kraftstoffleitungen befindet. Siehe Ab

bildung C.

4. Heben Sie das Fahrzeug an und entfernen Sie die untere

Motorabdeckung.

5. Nutzen Sie die mitgelieferte Halterung (5), Schraube, Mutter und
Abstandshalter um den Motorvorwärmer an der Motoraufhängung
zu befestigen. Siehe Abbildung D.

6. Verbinden Sie Schlauch (6) am oberen Anschlussstutzen des
Motorvorwärmelements, siehe Abbildung E.

7. Montieren Sie die Elektronikeinheit und das Gehäuse. Befestigen
Sie die obere und untere Motorabdeckung.

8. Füllen Sie die Kühlflüssigkeit auf und entlüften Sie das Kühlsystem,
Hinweise der Kfz-Betriebsanleitung beachten. Motor laufen lassen
und Einbaustelle auf Dichtigkeit prüfen.

1. Ta bort clipset (8). Borra ett nytt hål (Ø6.4mm) för clipset enligt skissen. Sätt
dit clipset i den nya hålet.

2. Kapa ur plåten enligt skissen för att ge utrymme åt värmaren.

SUOMI

1. Poista kiinnike (8). Poraa uusi reikä (Ø6,4mm) kuvanmukaisesti kiinnikkeelle.
Asenna kiinnike uuteen reikään.

2. Leikkaa pellistä pala pois kuvanmukaisesti saadaakseen tilaa lämmittimelle.

ENGLISH

1. Remove the clip (8). Drill a new hole (Ø6.4mm) for the clip according to the
picture. Attach the clip to the new hole.

2. Cut the protective plate according to the sketch to make room for the heater.

DEUTSCH

1. Entfernen Sie den Clip (8). Bohren Sie für den Clip ein neues Loch (Ø 6,4mm),
siehe Abbildung. Montieren Sie den Clip am neuen Loch.

2. Schneiden Sie die Schutzabdeckung nach Skizze zu und schaffen Sie Raum

INFORMATION

• Demontera kåpan över motorn.

• Demontera skyddet under motorn.

• Töm motorn på kylarvätska eller använd slangtänger.

A:

• Värmaren monteras på slangen (1) mellan kupèvärmeväxlaren och
oljekylaren.

• Lossa slang (1) från kupèvärmeväxlarens anslutning.

B:

• Montera ihop medföljande slangar och värmaren enl.bild.

C:

• Montera slang (4) från värmaren till kupèvärmeväxlarens anslutning (2)
med medföljande slangklämma.

• Se till att slang (4) ligger bakom bränsleledningarna (3).

D:

• Värmaren monteras på vänster motorfäste.

• Demontera skyddsplåten för bränsleledningarna.

• Lossa skruv (5) så att det går att skjuta in det medföljande fästet.

E:

• Använd bifogat fäste (6), skruv/mutter och distans till att sätta fast vär­maren i motorfästet, se bild.
OBS! Skruven ska sitta i det bakre hålet på värmaren.

D:

• Heater is mounted on the left engine support bracket.

• Remove protection plate for the fuel lines.

• Loosen the screw (5), so that it is possible to insert the supplied bracket.
E:

• Use the attached bracket (6), screw / nut and spacer for fixing the
heater in the engine support bracket, see pic.

NOTE! The screw should sit in the rear hole on the heater.

• Make sure that the heater is not touching engine support bracket.

F:

• Cut Protection plate, see pic (F) for instructions.

G:

• Refit protection plate for the fuel lines.

• Replace clips in the new hole and attach red hose.

H:

• Fit hose (1) to the upper connection on the heater with supplied hose
clamp.

INFORMATION

• Attach hose (1) with cable ties, so the hose does not rub against anyth­ing.

• Refit cover under engine and engine cover.

• Fill coolant and bleed the cooling system, see the user manual.

• Run the engine and check for leaks.

G:

• Befestigen Sie wieder die Schutzabdeckung der Kraftstoffleitungen.

• Platzieren Sie den Clip im neuen Loch und befestigen Sie den roten
Schlauch.

H:

• Befestigen Sie Schlauch (1) mit einer mitgelieferten Schlauchschelle am
oberen Anschlussstutzen des Motorvorwärmers.

INFORMATION:

• Sichern Sie Schlauch (1) mit Kabelbindern, so dass der Schlauch nicht
an anderen Komponenten reibt.

• Befestigen Sie die Abdeckung unterhalb vom Motor und die Motorab­deckung.

• Füllen Sie die Kühlflüssigkeit auf und entlüften das Kühlsystem, Hinweise
der Kfz-Betriebsanleitung beachten.

• Motor laufen lassen und Einbaustelle auf Dichtigkeit prüfen.

• Använd bifogat fäste (6), skruv/mutter och distans till att sätta fast vär­maren i motorfästet, se bild.
OBS! Skruven ska sitta i det bakre hålet på värmaren.

• Se till att värmaren inte tar i motorfästet, vinkla fästet (6) bakåt tills
värmaren går fri från motorfästet.

F:

• Kapa skyddsplåten, se bild (F) för instruktion.

G:

• Återmontera skyddsplåten för bränsleledningarna.

• Återmontera clipset i det nya hålet och fäst upp röda slangen.

H:

• Montera slang (1) till övre anslutningen på värmaren med medföljande
slangklämma.

INFORMATION

• Fäst slang (1) med buntband så att den inte skaver mot något eller kom­mer emot rattstången.

• Se till att inget skav från slangklämmor m.m kan förekomma.

• Montera tillbaka kåpan över motorn samt skyddet under motorn.

• Fyll på kylvätska och lufta kylsystemet, se instruktionsboken.

• Kör motorn och kontrollera att inget läckage förekommer.

• Irrota suoja moottorin alta

• Tyhjennä jäähdytysjärjestelmä

A:

• Lämmitin asennetaan letkuun (1) lämpökennon ja öljynlauhduttimen
väliin.

• Irroita letku (1) lämpökennosta

B:

• Liitä yhteen mukana tulevat letkut ja lämmitin (katso kuva)

C:

• Asenna letku (4) lämmittimestä lämpökennon liitäntään (2) mukana
tulevalla letkuklemmarilla

• Katso että letku (4) sijaitsee polttoaineputkien takana (3).

D:

• Lämmitin asennetaan moottorin vasempaan kannakkeeseen

• Irrota polttoaineputkien suojalevy

• Löysää ruuvia (5) niin että mukana tulevan kiinnikkeen saa asennettua

E:

• Käytä mukana tulevaa kiinnikettä (6), ruuvia/mutteria ja mittaa lämmit­timen kiinnittämiseen moottorin kannakkeeseen

HUOM! Ruuvin tulee olla lämmittimen taaemmassa reiässä

• Tarkista että lämmitin ei ole kosketuksissa moottorin kannakkeeseen.
Muokkaa kiinnikkeen (6) kulmaa niin ettei lämmitin kosketa kannaketta

F:

• Leikkaa suojalevyä, katso kuvan (F) ohje

G:

• Asenna takaisin polttoaineputkien suojalevy

• Asenna clipsi uuteen reikään ja kiinnitä punainen letku

H:

• Asenna letku (1) lämmittimen ylempään liitokseen mukana tulevilla
letkuklemmareilla

INFORMAAATIO

• Kiinnitä letku (1) nippusiteillä niin ettei se pääse hankaamaan mihinkään

• Asenna takaisin paikalleen moottorin suojamuovi ylä- ja alapuolelle

• Täytä jäähdytysjärjestelmä ja suorita ilmaus käyttöohjekirjan mukaisesti

• Käynnistä moottori ja tarkista mahdolliset vuodot

INFORMATION

• Remove engine cover.

• Remove cover under the engine.

• Drain coolant.

A:

• Heater mounted on the hose (1) between passenger compartment heat
exchanger and engine oil cooler.

• Loosen hose (1) from passenger compartment heat exchanger connec­tion.

B:

• Install the supplied hoses and heater see pic.

C:

• Fit hose (4) from heater to passenger compartment heat exchanger con­nection (2) with the supplied hose clamp.

Make sure the hose (4) is located behind the fuel lines (3).D:

• Heater is mounted on the left engine support bracket.

• Remove protection plate for the fuel lines.

• Loosen the screw (5), so that it is possible to insert the supplied bracket.

E:

• Use the attached bracket (6), screw / nut and spacer for fixing the
heater in the engine support bracket, see pic.

NOTE! The screw should sit in the rear hole on the heater.

• Make sure that the heater is not touching engine support bracket.

F:

• Cut Protection plate, see pic (F) for instructions.

G:

• Refit protection plate for the fuel lines.

• Replace clips in the new hole and attach red hose.

H:

• Fit hose (1) to the upper connection on the heater with supplied hose
clamp.

INFORMATION

• Attach hose (1) with cable ties, so the hose does not rub against anyth­ing.

• Refit cover under engine and engine cover.

• Fill coolant and bleed the cooling system, see the user manual.

• Run the engine and check for leaks.

INFORMATION

• Entfernen Sie die Motorabdeckung

• Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung unterhalb vom Motor.

• Lassen Sie die Kühlflüssigkeit ab.

A:

• Der Motorvorwärmer wird in Schlauch (1) zwischen dem Innenraumwär­metauscher und dem Motorölkühler montiert.

• Lösen Sie Schlauch (1) vom Anschluss am Innenraumwärmetauscher.

B:

• Montieren Sie die mitgelieferten Schläuche und den Motorvorwärmer,
siehe Abbildung.

C:

• Befestigen Sie Schlauch (4) am Anschluss des Innenraumwärmetauschers
(2) mit einer mitgelieferten Schlauchschelle.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass sich Schlauch (4) hinter den Kraftstoffleitungen
(3) befindet.

D:

• Der Motorvorwärmer wird an der linken Motoraufhängung montiert.

• Entfernen Sie die Schutzabdeckung für die Kraftstoffleitungen.

• Lösen Sie Schraube (5), so dass es möglich ist den mitgelieferten Halte­bügel einzusetzen.

E:

• Verwenden Sie die beigefügte Halterung, Schraube / Mutter und
Unterlegscheibe, um den Motorvorwärmer an der Motoraufhängung zu
befestigen.
ACHTUNG! Die Schraube sollte im hinteren Loch am Motorvorwärmer
sitzen.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass der Motorvorwärmer nicht in Berührung mit der
Motoraufhängung kommt.

F:

• Schneiden Sie die Schutzabdeckung zu, siehe Abbildung (F) für weitere
Anweisungen.

G:

• Befestigen Sie wieder die Schutzabdeckung der Kraftstoffleitungen.

• Platzieren Sie den Clip im neuen Loch und befestigen Sie den roten
Schlauch.

H:

• Befestigen Sie Schlauch (1) mit einer mitgelieferten Schlauchschelle am
oberen Anschlussstutzen des Motorvorwärmers.

INFORMATION:

• Sichern Sie Schlauch (1) mit Kabelbindern, so dass der Schlauch nicht
an anderen Komponenten reibt.

• Befestigen Sie die Abdeckung unterhalb vom Motor und die Motorab­deckung.

• Füllen Sie die Kühlflüssigkeit auf und entlüften das Kühlsystem, Hinweise
der Kfz-Betriebsanleitung beachten.

• Motor laufen lassen und Einbaustelle auf Dichtigkeit prüfen.
